Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀药芯焊丝及其制备方法,以满足航天、航空大型结构件的焊接需求,其焊缝可获得较高的接头综合力学性能。该药芯焊丝具有优良的强度、韧性,特别是具有很好的耐腐蚀性能,不易形成脆性金属间化合物相,易于获得高性能的焊接接头;本发明的制备该药芯焊丝的方法工艺简单,方便高效,适应性好,便于推广。

一种耐腐蚀药芯焊丝及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及焊接技术,具体涉及一种耐腐蚀药芯焊丝及其制备方法。
背景技术
药芯焊丝也称为管状焊丝,可以通过调整药芯添加物的种类和比例,很方便地设计各种不同用途的焊接材料,因为它的合金成分可灵活方便的调整,所以药芯焊丝的许多品种是实心焊丝无法冶炼和轧制的。
药芯焊丝是一种新的焊接材料,目前可用于自动焊、半自动焊、气体保护焊,自保护焊或配合焊剂的自动焊等。药芯焊丝用途广泛,焊缝多属质量好,对母材的适应性强,焊接生产效率高。
药芯焊丝断面形状可为“E”型、“O”型和“T”型等形状。从综合角度又可分为有缝、无缝、镀铜和不镀铜药芯焊丝。
目前,很多药芯焊丝用于焊接航天、航空大型结构件。因此,随着航空航天工业的发展,对于药芯焊丝的耐腐蚀性能要求越来越高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀药芯焊丝及其制备方法,以满足航天、航空大型结构件的焊接需求,其焊缝可获得较高的接头综合力学性能。
为实现上述目的本发明采取如下技术方案:一种耐腐蚀药芯焊丝,其药芯的化学成分为:
C:3.0~5.0%;
Mn:3.0~5.0%;
Zr:2.0~3.0%;
Sc:0.3~0.5%;
Mo:0.2~0.3%;
Si:0.5~0.8%;
Cr:5~8%;
Ce:0.1~0.5%;
Y:0.1~0.5%;
Ni:0.1~0.5%;
Cu:0.2~0.5%,
余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
作为优选,耐腐蚀药芯焊丝药芯的化学成分为:
C:3.5%;
Mn:3.0%;
Zr:2.3.%;
Sc:0.3%;
Mo:0.0.3%;
Si:0.6%;
Cr:6%;
Ce:0.3%;
Y:0.2%;
Ni:0.3%;
Cu:0.4%,
余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
作为优选,耐腐蚀药芯焊丝药皮由冷轧碳素钢轧制而成。
一种制备上述耐腐蚀药芯焊丝的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)精选原材料,
选择上述化学成分的原料进行质量纯度控制;
(2)药粉处理
将置于石英容器中,然后置于干燥箱中干燥,干燥温度120℃±10℃,干燥时间30min;
(3)筛粉、配粉、混粉
①将干燥后的粉分别用100目筛网过筛,过筛后保存细粉,弃掉杂质;
②按比例称取过筛后的粉加入混粉机内,进行搅拌混合,搅拌转速15r/min,搅拌时间为60min,搅拌混合后成混合药粉;
(4)钢带轧制、药粉封装
将冷轧碳素钢带在成型轧机上轧制成型,然后填充混合药粉,并封装,混合药粉的填充率为60%,然后将其轧制成圆管型;
(5)精密拉丝、卷绕
在拉丝机上通过硬质合金拉丝模把焊丝的直径逐步拉拔减径加工,使焊丝直径尺寸为Φ1.8mm,然后卷绕成焊丝盘,即耐磨堆焊药芯焊丝;
(6)检测、试验、分析
对制备的耐磨堆焊药芯焊丝盘进行检测、试验、分析。
作为优选,步骤(4)中将冷轧碳素钢带在成型轧机上轧制成U型,然后填充混合药粉,并封装,然后将其轧制成圆管型。
作为优选,用Deltaweld-852型焊机进行堆焊试验;用CMM-20Z型光学显微镜进行堆焊合金组织分析;用ML-10磨料磨损试验机对堆焊层进行耐磨性能分析。
本发明的有益效果是,该药芯焊丝具有优良的强度、韧性,特别是具有很好的耐腐蚀性能,不易形成脆性金属间化合物相,易于获得高性能的焊接接头;本发明的制备该药芯焊丝的方法工艺简单,方便高效,适应性好,便于推广。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述,并非对本其保护范围的限制:耐腐蚀药芯焊丝,其药芯的化学成分为:
C:3.5%;
Mn:3.0%;
Zr:2.3.%;
Sc:0.3%;
Mo:0.0.3%;
Si:0.6%;
Cr:6%;
Ce:0.3%;
Y:0.2%;
Ni:0.3%;
Cu:0.4%,
余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
制作该药芯焊丝的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)精选原材料,
选择上述化学成分的原料进行质量纯度控制;
(2)药粉处理
将置于石英容器中,然后置于干燥箱中干燥,干燥温度120℃±10℃,干燥时间30min;
(3)筛粉、配粉、混粉
①将干燥后的粉分别用100目筛网过筛,过筛后保存细粉,弃掉杂质;

(5)精密拉丝、卷绕
在拉丝机上通过硬质合金拉丝模把焊丝的直径逐步拉拔减径加工,使焊丝直径尺寸为Φ1.8mm,然后卷绕成焊丝盘,即耐磨堆焊药芯焊丝;
(6)检测、试验、分析
对制备的耐磨堆焊药芯焊丝盘进行检测、试验、分析。用Deltaweld-852型焊机进行堆焊试验;用CMM-20Z型光学显微镜进行堆焊合金组织分析;用ML-10磨料磨损试验机对堆焊层进行耐磨性能分析。
本发明不限于上述实施方式,只要在不超出本发明的范围内,可以采取各种方式实施本发明。

1.一种耐腐蚀药芯焊丝,其特征在于,其药芯的化学成分为:
C:3.0~5.0%;
Mn:3.0~5.0%;
Zr:2.0~3.0%;
Sc:0.3~0.5%;
Mo:0.2~0.3%;
Si:0.5~0.8%;
Cr:5~8%;
Ce:0.1~0.5%;
Y:0.1~0.5%;
Ni:0.1~0.5%;
Cu:0.2~0.5%,
余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀药芯焊丝,其特征在于,其药芯的化学成分为:
C:3.5%;
Mn:3.0%;
Zr:2.3.%;
Sc:0.3%;

4.一种制备权利要求1-3之一所述的耐腐蚀药芯焊丝的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)精选原材料,
