本发明公开了一种提高鲤鱼运输中鲜活率的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:1)选择待售的鲤鱼,饲养一天,水温控制在18℃-20℃;2)丁香酚与酒精按1:5的比例进行配制丁香酚药液,配制后静置10min;3)将鲤鱼逐条放入到浓度为20-22mg/L的丁香酚药液水中使之麻醉以提高其鲜活率;所述丁香酚药液麻醉鲤鱼的最适麻醉浓度为20mg/L。本发明采用丁香酚麻醉鲤鱼的方式,并找到丁香酚麻醉鲤鱼的最适麻醉浓度,从而大大提高了鲤鱼的成活率,简化而降低了操作的程序与难度,还适用于其他鱼类,具有非常明显的社会效益、经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于水产技术领域,具体地涉及一种提高鲤鱼运输中鲜活率的方法。
背景技术
随着水产业的快速发展,也促进了水产品开放、加工、运输及疾病治疗等发面的研究。由于鱼类在人工驯养、繁殖、运输和销售等环节中,会造成鱼类的应激反应和缺氧,则降低了鱼类的抵抗力,导致其存活率低、存活时间短,造成成本提高。目前国内,鱼类主要以鲜活的方式进行销售,其中,在销售过程中鲤鱼的存活率直接影响销售的价格和效益。因此,为了提高鲤鱼的存活率,需要多方寻求简化而降低操作程序与难度的方法,来提高社会效益、经济效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提高鲤鱼运输中鲜活率的方法,该方法独特采用丁香酚麻醉鲤鱼的方式,找到丁香酚麻醉鲤鱼的最适麻醉浓度,从而大大提高了鲤鱼的成活率,简化而降低了操作的程序与难度,具有非常明显的社会效益、经济效益。
本发明的目的及解决其主要技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的:一种提高鲤鱼运输中鲜活率的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选择待售的鲤鱼,饲养一天,水温控制在18℃-20℃;
2)丁香酚与酒精按1:5的比例进行配制丁香酚药液,配制后静置10min;
3)将鲤鱼逐条放入到浓度为20-22mg/L的丁香酚药液水中使之麻醉以提高其鲜活率。
上述的一种提高鲤鱼运输中鲜活率的方法,其中:所述丁香酚药液麻醉鲤鱼的最适麻醉浓度为20mg/L。
上述的一种提高鲤鱼运输中鲜活率的方法,其中:所述待售的鲤鱼体重为90g-100g。
上述的一种提高鲤鱼运输中鲜活率的方法,其中:可以用其他鱼类代替所述鲤鱼。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。由以上技术方案可知,本发明采用丁香酚麻醉鲤鱼的方式,并找到丁香酚麻醉鲤鱼的最适麻醉浓度,从而大大提高了鲤鱼的成活率,简化而降低了操作的程序与难度,还适用于其他鱼类,具有非常明显的社会效益、经济效益。
具体实施方式
以下结合较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的一种提高鲤鱼鲜活率的方法具体实施方式、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
一种提高鲤鱼运输中鲜活率的方法,做以下实验:
选择体重为90g-100g的鲤鱼,实验前均饲养一天。水温控制在18℃-20℃。丁香酚与酒精按1:5的比例进行配制丁香酚,配制后静置10min。鲤鱼放到水里面后10S开始记时。鲤鱼共40条,随机分为4组,每组10条,逐条放入到10mg/L、20mg/L、40mg/L、80mg/L的丁香酚药液中。观察并记录其进入各麻醉状态的时间(表一)。麻醉后放入到清水中,并记录达到各苏醒状态的时间(表一)。
试验结果表明:随着丁香酚浓度的不断增高,鲤鱼可从镇静(抑制脑的皮质)到鳃盖停止张合,临近死亡(延髓被麻醉)、生理变化过程。接触药物后,它们可经历一个短暂的镇静期;然后鳃盖张合加快,身体逐渐失去平衡至呼吸降低并转为规则;到麻醉进一步加深,呼吸与心血管舒缩中枢麻痹,鳃盖停止张合(濒死期),到最后死亡。
鲤鱼被麻醉所经历的阶段:鳃盖不动鲤鱼侧卧→鳃盖缓慢张合,对刺激无反应→鲤鱼开始缓慢游动,鱼体翻正反射恢复→行为恢复正常。
通过以上方法测定不同浓度的丁香酚使鲤鱼进入不同麻醉阶段的时间(表二):
麻醉阶段:当丁香酚麻醉浓度为10mg/L,20mg/L时,鲤鱼达到镇静期的时间分别为2.20min和0.10min;在浓度10mg/L时,鲤鱼只处于镇静期,在浓度为40mg/L、80mg/L浓度里几乎看不到镇静期,鲤鱼直接就进入兴奋期,随着丁香酚浓度从20mg/L到80mg/L不断增加,达到兴奋期的时间逐渐缩短,从15.05min将至0.08min,到达麻醉期的时间从4.02min将至0.98min,到达濒死期的时间从92.50min至42.40min。所以通过以上方法分析测得体重为90g-100g的鲤鱼,丁香酚麻醉鲤鱼的最适麻醉浓度为20mg/L。
由此,一种提高鲤鱼运输中鲜活率的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)选择待售的鲤鱼,饲养一天,水温控制在18℃-20℃;
2)丁香酚与酒精按1:5的比例进行配制丁香酚药液,配制后静置10min;
3)将鲤鱼逐条放入到浓度为20-22mg/L的丁香酚药液水中使之麻醉以提高其鲜活率。

1.一种提高鲤鱼运输中鲜活率的方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)选择待售的鲤鱼,饲养一天,水温控制在18℃-20℃;
2)丁香酚与酒精按1:5的比例进行配制丁香酚药液,配制后静置10min;
3)将鲤鱼逐条放入到浓度为20-22mg/L的丁香酚药液水中使之麻醉以提高其鲜活率。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种提高鲤鱼运输中鲜活率的方法,其特征在于:所述丁香酚药液麻醉鲤鱼的最适麻醉浓度为20mg/L。
