本发明公开了一种转盘型除湿装置,包括壳体,设置在壳体上的进风口和出风口,在壳体内设有除湿壳和干燥加热器,在除湿壳内设有除湿转盘,进风口与除湿转盘的中心相连接,出风口与除湿壳的边侧相连接,干燥加热器设置在出风口与除湿壳之间,在除湿壳内设有制冷器和与制冷器相连接的制冷挡板,制冷挡板上设有透风孔,在壳体内还设有与除湿转盘相连接的驱动电机,在除湿壳的内壁上设有集水板,在壳体的侧壁上设有排水孔,排水孔与集水板通过导水通道相连通,在除湿转盘的边侧与除湿壳的内壁之间设有隔离网,在隔离网与除湿壳的内壁之间设有缓冲弹簧。本发明的结构简单、使用稳定性好,其除湿效率高且不会造成不舒适感,其适用性好,实用性强。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于除湿装置技术领域,具体涉及一种转盘型除湿装置。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量的要求也越来越高,由于空气中的湿度较大会影响人体的舒适性,尤其是在南方地区,故而采用除湿器是较为常用的设备,现有技术的家用除湿器主要采用空调除湿或是采用加热器除湿,空调除湿效果较差而且空调除湿吹出的是冷风,长时间使用会给人不舒适的感觉,从而适用性和实用性受到限制,而采用加热器除湿,其并不能很好的除湿,而且使用稳定性较差,同时不方便进行清洗,故而适用性和实用性受到限制。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是提供一种结构简单、使用稳定性好且适用性强的转盘型除湿装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种转盘型除湿装置,包括壳体,设置在所述壳体上的进风口和出风口,在所述壳体内设有除湿壳和干燥加热器,在所述除湿壳内设有除湿转盘,所述进风口与所述除湿转盘的中心相连接,所述出风口与所述除湿壳的边侧相连接,所述干燥加热器设置在所述出风口与所述除湿壳之间,在所述除湿壳内设有制冷器和与所述制冷器相连接的制冷挡板,所述制冷挡板上设有透风孔,在所述壳体内还设有与所述除湿转盘相连接的驱动电机,在所述除湿壳的内壁上设有集水板,在所述壳体的侧壁上设有排水孔,所述排水孔与所述集水板通过导水通道相连通,在所述除湿转盘的边侧与所述除湿壳的内壁之间设有隔离网,在所述隔离网与所述除湿壳的内壁之间设有缓冲弹簧。
在所述除湿壳内设有清扫须,所述清扫须通过缓冲支杆与所述除湿壳的内壁相连接,所述清扫须抵压在除湿转盘的表面上。
在所述清扫须与所述除湿壳的内壁之间设有缓冲弹性加强筋。
在所述隔离网与所述除湿壳内壁之间设有挡水颗粒填充体。
在所述壳体上设有与所述驱动电机相连接的调速器。
在所述除湿转盘的表面设有导水流线槽。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构简单、使用稳定性好,其可有效的完成空气除湿,而且可以再干燥加热从而保证除湿后空气的干燥度,其除湿效率高且不会造成不舒适感,其适用性好,实用性强。

见图1,一种转盘型除湿装置,包括壳体1,设置在所述壳体1上的进风口2和出风口3,在所述壳体1内设有除湿壳4和干燥加热器5,在所述除湿壳4内设有除湿转盘6,所述进风口3与所述除湿转盘6的中心相连接,所述出风口3与所述除湿壳4的边侧相连接,所述干燥加热器5设置在所述出风口3与所述除湿壳4之间,在所述除湿壳4内设有制冷器7和与所述制冷器7相连接的制冷挡板8,所述制冷挡板8上设有透风孔9,在所述壳体1内还设有与所述除湿转盘6相连接的驱动电机10,在所述除湿壳4的内壁上设有集水板11,在所述壳体的侧壁上设有排水孔12,所述排水孔12与所述集水板11通过导水通道13相连通,在所述除湿转盘6的边侧与所述除湿壳4的内壁之间设有隔离网14,在所述隔离网14与所述除湿壳4的内壁之间设有缓冲弹簧15。
在所述除湿壳4内设有清扫须16,所述清扫须16通过缓冲支杆17与所述除湿壳4的内壁相连接,所述清扫须16抵压在除湿转盘6的表面上。
在所述清扫须16与所述除湿壳4的内壁之间设有缓冲弹性加强筋18。
在所述隔离网14与所述除湿壳4内壁之间设有挡水颗粒填充体19。
在所述壳体1上设有与所述驱动电机10相连接的调速器20。
在所述除湿转盘的表面设有导水流线槽。
本发明的结构简单、使用稳定性好,其可有效的完成空气除湿,而且可以再干燥加热从而保证除湿后空气的干燥度,其除湿效率高且不会造成不舒适感,其适用性好,实用性强。

1.一种转盘型除湿装置,包括壳体,设置在所述壳体上的进风口和出风口,在所述壳体内设有除湿壳和干燥加热器,在所述除湿壳内设有除湿转盘,所述进风口与所述除湿转盘的中心相连接,所述出风口与所述除湿壳的边侧相连接,所述干燥加热器设置在所述出风口与所述除湿壳之间,其特征在于:在所述除湿壳内设有制冷器和与所述制冷器相连接的制冷挡板,所述制冷挡板上设有透风孔,在所述壳体内还设有与所述除湿转盘相连接的驱动电机,在所述除湿壳的内壁上设有集水板,在所述壳体的侧壁上设有排水孔,所述排水孔与所述集水板通过导水通道相连通,在所述除湿转盘的边侧与所述除湿壳的内壁之间设有隔离网,在所述隔离网与所述除湿壳的内壁之间设有缓冲弹簧;在所述除湿壳内设有清扫须,所述清扫须通过缓冲支杆与所述除湿壳的内壁相连接,所述清扫须抵压在除湿转盘的表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转盘型除湿装置,其特征在于:在所述清扫须与所述除湿壳的内壁之间设有缓冲弹性加强筋。
3.根据权利要求2所述的转盘型除湿装置,其特征在于:在所述隔离网与所述除湿壳内壁之间设有挡水颗粒填充体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的转盘型除湿装置,其特征在于:在所述壳体上设有与所述驱动电机相连接的调速器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的转盘型除湿装置,其特征在于:在所述除湿转盘的表面设有导水流线槽。
