本发明涉及钢塑转换管件领域,具体是一种弯钢塑转换管件及其防腐生产工艺。该弯钢塑转管件核心为一根弯曲成直角的钢管,该钢管的一端有环形凸起,环形凸起到端头呈凹凸不平结构,环形凸起外侧连接PE管塑头,环形凸起到另一端头被.PE套管和长热缩管覆盖,环形凸起和凹凸不平结构外侧PE管塑头外覆盖有加强套,加强套外被短热缩管覆盖。本发明在节约成本的同时提高了生产效率,保证了防腐的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢塑转换管件领域,具体是一种弯钢塑转换管件及其防腐生产工艺。
背景技术
目前,公知的钢塑转换管件因为在使用时需要埋入地下,这就需要在埋地之前对钢管进行防腐处理,目前通用的方法是:先将内带粘合胶的直热缩管从钢管端通过强力拽到加强套的上方与PE管塑头搭接,而后进行烘烤,此种方法存在的缺陷有以下三点:一、加强套外径较钢管大,虽然钢套只点整根钢塑转换管件防腐段的很小的一部分,但选用热缩管时必须选择比钢套外径大的热缩管,对成本来说是一种浪费;二、由于热缩管内涂有粘合胶,在套到钢塑转换管件上时,尤其是在弯曲处,由于摩擦力较大,内涂粘合胶会从热缩管的内壁脱落,从而造成内涂粘合胶层厚薄不均或是存在因脱落而热缩管内壁没有粘合胶层,在烘烤时,由于粘合胶层厚薄不均会引起表面的凸凹不平,影响观感,而对凸处的过分烘烤又会引起表面的皴裂,对于脱落的区域同样会给防腐效果增加隐患,三、弯曲处热缩管起皱严重,因为在弯曲处,在弯曲钢管的内侧有大部分的热缩管,要使其烘烤效果同其它直定处,只能通过反复烤制,仅效率底下,成品率也不高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何解决背景技术中所述现有弯钢塑转换管件存在的各种缺陷与不足。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种弯钢塑转换管件,该弯钢塑转管件核心为一根弯曲成直角的钢管,该钢管的一端有环形凸起,环形凸起到端头呈凹凸不平结构,环形凸起外侧连接PE管塑头,环形凸起到另一端头被.PE套管和长热缩管覆盖,环形凸起和凹凸不平结构外侧PE管塑头外覆盖有加强套,加强套外被短热缩管覆盖。
一种权利要求1的弯钢塑转换管件的防腐生产工艺,将一端预制环形凸起且环形凸起到端头呈凹凸不平结构的直钢管折弯成为两端互相垂直的90度角,放入注塑机中注塑,环形凸起靠凹凸不平结构一侧注塑成PE管塑头,环形凸起另一侧注塑成PE套管,PE套管覆盖整个90度角弯曲处钢管,且端头注塑有三个环形凹槽,从注塑机中取出,在环形凸起和凹凸不平结构外侧PE管塑头外覆盖加强套,加强套外覆盖短热缩管,在未被注塑区域套上长热缩管,对三个环形凹槽处长热缩管进行烤制,长热缩管受热管径缩小并陷入PE套管上的三个环形凹槽内。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在钢塑转换管件弯曲处,直接利用注塑机模具进行PE包覆,然后在钢套处和直管钢管处使用不同管径的内涂粘合胶的热缩管进行烘烤成型,在节约成本的同时提高了生产效率,保证了防腐的效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,将一端预制环形凸起4且环形凸起到端头呈凹凸不平结构的直钢管折弯成为两端互相垂直的90度角(也可以在折弯成为两端互相垂直的90度角后,再在一端制作环形凸起4和环形凸起到端头的凹凸不平结构),在注塑模具上设有环形凸起4的托架,将弯曲后的钢管8放入在注塑模具上的型腔内并固定,注塑机合模,熔化后的塑料进入模具型腔,一部分去往PE管塑头1型腔,形成PE管塑头1,另一部分去往弯曲处的PE套管5的型腔,型成PE套管5,并且以环形凸起4为分界点,将PE管塑头1和PE套管5两部分完全分开,PE套管5端头注塑有三个环形凹槽,注塑机开模后取出,将加强套2安装到环形凸起和凹凸不平结构外侧PE管塑头外,此时只需要与加强套2外径相等的内涂粘合胶的短热缩管3套在加强套2的外侧,加热烘烤,由于加强套2两端管径均比较小,烘烤后的短热缩管3,由于内部涂的粘合胶遇热熔化,可以均匀的粘贴在外表面上,形成密封的防腐结构,且不会产生轴向防腐缺口,在PE套管5的另一端的三个环形凹槽6侧,选择与钢管管径相当的内涂粘合胶的长热缩管7,先在PE套管三个环形凹槽6区进行烤制,长热缩管7受热管径缩小并陷入PE套管5上的三个环形凹槽内,利用三个环形凹槽6的三个等宽的环形凹槽产生的摩擦力,再加上内涂粘合胶产生的阻力,从而限制长热缩管7在此处的轴向伸缩,避免产生防腐缺口,从上到下利用烘烤的热量将内涂粘合胶的热缩管紧固于钢管的表面,并通过内涂粘合胶(热缩管内部涂有粘合胶,当套在钢管上后,利用加热的方式促使内部的粘合胶熔化,随着热缩管的管径受热不断缩小,内涂粘合胶将热缩管的内壁与钢管的外壁紧密粘合)阻止水分接触到钢管的表面,达到防腐效果。

1.一种弯钢塑转换管件,其特征在于:该弯钢塑转管件核心为一根弯曲成直角的钢管,该钢管的一端有环形凸起,环形凸起到端头呈凹凸不平结构,环形凸起外侧连接PE管塑头,环形凸起到另一端头被.PE套管和长热缩管覆盖,环形凸起和凹凸不平结构外侧PE管塑头外覆盖有加强套,加强套外被短热缩管覆盖。
2.一种权利要求1的弯钢塑转换管件的防腐生产工艺,其特征在于:将一端预制环形凸起且环形凸起到端头呈凹凸不平结构的直钢管折弯成为两端互相垂直的90度角,放入注塑机中注塑,环形凸起靠凹凸不平结构一侧注塑成PE管塑头,环形凸起另一侧注塑成PE套管,PE套管覆盖整个90度角弯曲处钢管,且端头注塑有三个环形凹槽,从注塑机中取出,在环形凸起和凹凸不平结构外侧PE管塑头外覆盖加强套,加强套外覆盖短热缩管,在未被注塑区域套上长热缩管,对三个环形凹槽处长热缩管进行烤制,长热缩管受热管径缩小并陷入PE套管上的三个环形凹槽内。
