Abstract

本发明提供了一种装饰板材，本发明属于高性能材料领域，随着现代生活质量水平的提高，人们对家居生活的装饰装修越来越重视，传统的装修板材存在很多问题，比如防火效果不好，装饰层强度不够，以及隔音效果不佳，这就需要一种能弥补上述不足，且制作方便、成本较低的装饰板材。本发明所述的装饰板材平整光滑、内外结构均匀，具有尺寸稳定性好、强度高、环保隔音效果好的特点，还具有优良的加工性能和表面装饰性能。

技术领域
本发明属于高性能材料领域，尤其是涉及一种装饰板材。
背景技术
随着现代生活质量水平的提高，人们对家居生活的装饰装修越来越重视，传统的装修板材存在很多问题，比如防火效果不好，装饰层强度不够，以及隔音效果不佳，这就需要一种能弥补上述不足，且制作方便、成本较低的装饰板材。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明旨在提出一种装饰板材，以解决现有板材隔音效果差的问题。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种装饰板材，包括基板，所述基板为左右贯通的中空型板材，所述中空型装饰层内部设有加强板，所述基板的上下端面上分别设置有若干个凸起；位于基板上端面和下端面的隔音板，所述隔音板上均匀设置有若干个隔音孔，所述隔音孔内设置有隔音材料，所述隔音板上还设置有与所述凸起相对应的凹槽，所述凹槽内涂有塑形树脂胶膜；还包括设置在所述隔音板外侧的保护层。
进一步的，所述加强板的纵截面呈三角形。
进一步的，所述隔音材料为隔音棉。
进一步的，所述基板为秸秆、木粉、和竹粉经高温高压复合压制而成。
相对于现有技术，本发明所述的装饰板材具有以下优势：产品平整光滑、内外结构均匀，具有尺寸稳定性好、强度高、环保隔音效果好的特点，还具有优良的加工性能和表面装饰性能。

如图1所示，一种装饰板材，包括基板1，所述基板1为秸秆、木粉、和竹粉经高温高压复合压制而成；
所述基板1为左右贯通的中空型板材，所述中空型装饰层内部设有加强板101，所述基板1的上下端面上分别设置有若干个凸起102，优选的，所述加强板101的纵截面呈三角形；
位于基板1上端面和下端面的隔音板2，所述隔音板2上均匀设置有若干个隔音孔201，所述隔音孔201内设置有隔音材料，优选的，所述隔音材料为隔音棉；
所述隔音板2上还设置有与所述凸起102相对应的凹槽，所述凹槽内涂有塑形树脂胶膜；
还包括设置在所述隔音板2外侧的保护层3。

1.一种装饰板材，其特征在于：包括基板(1)，所述基板(1)为左右贯通的中空型板材，所述中空型装饰层内部设有加强板(101)，所述基板(1)的上下端面上分别设置有若干个凸起(102)；
位于基板(1)上端面和下端面的隔音板(2)，所述隔音板(2)上均匀设置有若干个隔音孔(201)，所述隔音孔(201)内设置有隔音材料，所述隔音板(2)上还设置有与所述凸起(102)相对应的凹槽，所述凹槽内涂有塑形树脂胶膜；
还包括设置在所述隔音板(2)外侧的保护层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材，其特征在于：所述加强板(101)的纵截面呈三角形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材，其特征在于：所述隔音材料为隔音棉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装饰板材，其特征在于：所述基板(1)为秸秆、木粉、和竹粉经高温高压复合压制而成。
