Abstract

本发明属于远红外电热技术领域,具体涉及一种不包含任何金属成分的远红外水性碳纤维发热丝用碳溶液。所述碳溶液包含以下成分:石墨24wt%~26wt%,粘合剂19wt%~21wt%,水48wt%~52wt%,分散稳定剂4wt%~6wt%。使用所述碳溶液(水性导电性涂料)可降低发生火灾的危险和对人体健康的危害,将一般原丝含浸在所述碳溶液中,即可在原丝表面形成碳分子粘合层,所得发热丝热电传导性高、电阻值均衡。

一种远红外水性碳纤维发热丝用碳溶液
技术领域
本发明属于远红外电热技术领域,具体涉及一种不包含任何金属成分的远红外水性碳纤维发热丝用碳溶液。
背景技术
一般来说,电热膜是依靠电流发热的薄垫内置板形状的发热体,具有温度调节简便、不污染空气、非常卫生和没有噪音等优点。因此,广泛使用于发热垫、发热贴、床垫、保温被、保温毯以及小区和一般住宅的居住用取暖设施等各个方面,还能应用于办公室或商店等商用建筑的取暖设施、施工场所或营帐等工业施工的取暖设施、塑料大棚或农产品烘干系统等农用设备、道路或停车场的融化积雪或防止结冰的各种防冻装置、休闲、防寒、家电产品、玻璃或镜子的防雾装置、健康辅助、畜产等领域。
现市面上电热膜的发热源使用镍铬合金发热丝或者用铝等金属薄板来蚀刻的发热丝。这种发热丝在一根线上通电,不仅存在只要某个部分断裂则全部的发热丝无法通电,导致丧失发热体功能的问题,还存在只有发热丝周围发热的部分发热方式造成温度分布不均匀的问题。
为了解决上述使用金属发热丝电热膜的问题,使用在纤维丝表面覆盖导电性涂料的发热丝来织造发热布的方案被提出,其中,导电性涂料分三大类:(1)把电子导电性非常高的金属粉(银、镍)粉末浆化,涂在电路或电路板上,来代替现存的铜板;(2)使用碳黑和石墨的弱导电性,防止半导体工厂等精密机器制造业的工厂地板、墙壁、服装和纤维的静电;(3)把金属粉和石墨涂料化,屏蔽电磁波或制作发热纤维和发热垫。
但是现存的制作发热丝的导电性涂料是油性的,不仅环境上存在问题,还对工作人员的健康产生恶性影响,在清理和管理生产线上也存在很多问题。不仅如此,油性导电性涂料难以支持一定数值以上的导电性,为了提高导电性而添加的金属粉的腐蚀性让导电性无法维持稳定。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种不包含任何金属成分的远红外水性碳纤维发热丝用碳溶液。
一种远红外水性碳纤维发热丝用碳溶液,其包含以下组分:石墨24wt%~26wt%,粘合剂19wt%~21wt%,水48wt%~52wt%,分散稳定剂4wt%~6wt%。
其中,石墨的含量超过26wt%,碳溶液随着固状粉的含量增加而凝结成块状,无法维持粘合层的均匀性;石墨的含量不足24wt%会降低导电性,导致发热效果降低的问题。水的含量不足48wt%时,碳溶液随着固状粉的含量增加而凝结成块状;超过52wt%会降低导电性,导致发热效果降低的问题。
每100wt%的碳溶液中含有10wt%~30wt%的生物能量粉末,所述生物能量粉末包含金刚药石33wt%~40wt%,电气石27wt%~32wt%,白云母15wt%~17wt%,锗18wt%~25wt%。即将各个材料用水净化后混合粉碎为纳米粉末,然后混入碳溶液中。其中,发热丝上的生物能量可散发远红外线,对于使用者的人体血液循环和生理活性有帮助,还能迅速有效地缓解疲劳;所述金刚药石是含有氧化硅和锂、硒、铌等多种稀有元素以及20余种有机物的矿物质,可有效缓解疲劳,防止老化、糖尿病、皮肤病和消化系统等疾病;另外,锗是带有半导体性质的碳素族群元素之一,锗进入体内后具有提高生命力的作用,与体内各种有害物质一同排出体外,没有毒性和副作用,且其能净化血液,在治疗肺癌、神经衰弱、哮喘、糖尿病、高血压、肾功能障碍、神经痛等领域上具有卓越的效果;电气石、白云母是可散发远红外线的生物能量的构成物质,自体能散发大量的远红外线。
所述碳溶液中固状粉含量在30wt%~34wt%,固状粉的含量超过34wt%时凝结成块状,增加粘合难度;固状粉的含量不足30wt%则降低石墨的粘合性,导致导电性下降。
为考虑粘合性和导电性,所述碳溶液的平均粒度为6μm~8μm,粘度为1400cps~1600cps,pH为9~11。
所述粘合剂包括聚氨基甲酸乙酯粘合剂和亚克力粘合剂,二者分别占碳溶液总量的5wt%和14wt%。
所述分散稳定剂是为改善石墨溶解于水时出现的强烈的凝聚性,其选自乙醇胺、甲基乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、己醇胺、羟烷基胺、哌啶或N-甲基哌啶中一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有下述优异的技术效果:
(1)使用水性导电性涂料(即所述碳溶液)可降低发生火灾的危险,电子导电性高,避免了常规油性导电性涂料中的金属粉氧化而引发电阻值变化的问题。
(2)与使用常规的油性导电性涂料不同,没有环境污染等问题,可防止对工作人员的健康产生恶性影响。
(3)发热丝表面用生物能量覆盖,对于人体的血液循环、生理活性以及疲劳缓解有帮助。
(4)将一般原丝含浸在所述碳溶液中,即可在原丝表面形成碳分子粘合层,所得发热丝热电传导性高、电阻值均衡。

下列结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。但是,以下说明仅是为了让一般技术人员更容易实施本发明的技术范围,并不代表本发明的保护限定范围。
实施例1
一种远红外水性碳纤维发热丝用碳溶液,其包含以下成分:石墨24wt%,粘合剂19wt%,水48wt%,分散稳定剂4wt%,所述粘合剂包括聚氨基甲酸乙酯粘合剂和亚克力粘合剂,二者分别占碳溶液总量的5wt%和14wt%,所述分散稳定剂为乙醇胺。
将一般原丝含浸在所述碳溶液中,即可在原丝表面形成碳分子粘合层,所得发热丝热电传导性高、电阻值均衡。
实施例2
一种远红外水性碳纤维发热丝用碳溶液,其包含以下组分:石墨26wt%,粘合剂21wt%,水52wt%,分散稳定剂6wt%。其中,每100wt%的碳溶液中含有20wt%的生物能量粉末,所述生物能量粉末包含金刚药石33wt%,电气石27wt%,白云母15wt%,锗25wt%;所述粘合剂包括聚氨基甲酸乙酯粘合剂和亚克力粘合剂,二者分别占碳溶液总量的5wt%和14wt%;所述分散稳定剂为哌啶。
将一般原丝含浸在所述碳溶液中,即可在原丝表面形成碳分子粘合层,所得发热丝热电传导性高、电阻值均衡。

1.一种远红外水性碳纤维发热丝用碳溶液,其特征在于,包含以下成分:石墨24wt%~26wt%,粘合剂19wt%~21wt%,水48wt%~52wt%,分散稳定剂4wt%~6wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远红外水性碳纤维发热丝用碳溶液,其特征在于,每100wt%的碳溶液中含有10wt%~30wt%的生物能量粉末,所述生物能量粉末包含金刚药石33wt%~40wt%,电气石27wt%~32wt%,白云母15wt%~17wt%,锗18wt%~25wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的远红外水性碳纤维发热丝用碳溶液,其特征在于,所述碳溶液中固状粉含量在30wt%~34wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的远红外水性碳纤维发热丝用碳溶液,其特征在于,所述碳溶液的平均粒度为6μm~8μm,粘度为1400cps~1600cps,pH为9~11。
5.根据权利要求1所述的远红外水性碳纤维发热丝用碳溶液,其特征在于,所述粘合剂包括聚氨基甲酸乙酯粘合剂和亚克力粘合剂,二者分别占碳溶液总量的5wt%和14wt%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的远红外水性碳纤维发热丝用碳溶液,其特征在于,所述分散稳定剂选自乙醇胺、甲基乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、己醇胺、羟烷基胺、哌啶或N-甲基哌啶中一种或多种。
