背景技术
自古以来，我国就有传统将中药和酒配成保健酒。中药与酒"溶"于一体的保健酒，不仅配制方便，而且药性稳定、安全有效，在医学上有着重要应用，在普通大众的日常生活中也可以时常见到。当今社会压力大节奏快，人们普遍缺乏锻炼，但对于健康的需求与日俱增。对于保健食品的需求也越来越多。目前市场上已有的保健酒种类较多，大部分是对人体具有祛湿寒或滋补强身作用的保健酒，但同时具有养颜健身的功能的保健酒却很少。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种养颜保健酒，该保健酒具有润肤乌发、活血通经、强筋健骨的保健功效，持久服用可以生精益血，排毒养颜。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用以下的技术方案：
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：本发明保健酒的重量配比是：何首乌15-25g、杜仲15-20g、枸杞10-15g、土茯芩15-20g、桃花10-15g、肉桂35-40g、人参10-15g、当归15-20g、荔枝5～15g、纯粮白酒1000g。
本发明保健酒的制作方式如下：将何首乌、杜仲、枸杞、土茯苓、桃花、肉桂、人参、当归、荔枝晾干后研磨成粉，将粉加入纯粮白酒中，密封于酒罐中，浸泡60天月以上即可制得该养颜健身保健酒。其中的白酒为纯粮白酒，且酒精度为50左右。
各成份的有益效果：何首乌养血滋阴；润肠通便；养颜乌发；杜仲补肝肾，治腰脊酸疼，足膝痿弱，调节身体机能；枸杞养肝，滋肾，润肺，调节免疫功能。土茯苓解毒，除湿，通利关节。桃花美容养颜-减肥瘦身-活血-疏通经络-改善血液循环-滋润皮肤。肉桂补元阳，暖脾胃，除积冷，通血脉。人参大补元气，复脉固脱，补脾益肺，生津，安神。当归补血；活血；调经止痛；润燥滑肠。荔枝补脾益肝、生津止呃、消肿痛、镇咳养心等功效。
本发明的功效：具有润肤乌发、活血通经、强筋健骨的保健功效，持久服用可以生精益血，排毒养颜。
具体实施方式

实施例一：
将何首乌20g、杜仲15g、枸杞10g、土茯芩15g、桃花10g、肉桂35g、人参10g、当归15g、荔枝10g。晾干后研磨成粉，将粉加入1000g纯粮白酒中，密封于酒罐中，浸泡60天月以上即可制得该养颜健身保健酒。其中的白酒为纯粮白酒，且酒精度为50左右。
实施例二：
将何首乌25g、杜仲20g、枸杞10g、土茯芩15g、桃花15g、肉桂35g、人参15g、当归18g、荔枝15g。晾干后研磨成粉，将粉加入1000g纯粮白酒中，密封于酒罐中，浸泡60天月以上即可制得该养颜健身保健酒。其中的白酒为纯粮白酒，且酒精度为50左右。

1.一种养颜健身保健酒，其特征是：该保健酒的重量配比是：何首乌15-25g、杜仲15-20g、枸杞10-15g、土茯芩15-20g、桃花10-15g、肉桂35-40g、人参10-15g、当归15-20g、荔枝5～15g、纯粮白酒1000g；其制作方法为：将何首乌、杜仲、枸杞、土茯苓、桃花、肉桂、人参、当归、荔枝晾干后研磨成粉，将粉加入纯粮白酒中，密封于酒罐中，浸泡60天月以上即可制得该养颜健身保健酒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健酒，其特征在于，所述的白酒为纯粮白酒，且酒精度为50左右。
