Abstract
本发明涉及胶黏剂技术领域,具体涉及一种新型防水果袋胶及其制备方法。由以下重量份的组分合成:水1550份,聚乙烯醇80份,丙烯酸丁酯70份,醋酸乙烯35份,2A1阴离子乳化剂3份,丙烯酸5.2份,过硫酸铵引发剂2份,玉米淀粉150份,有机硅消泡剂1.5份,与现有技术相比,本发明对育果袋涂蜡层有较强浸润疏离作用,具有粘力强、抗水性好、耐老化、耐雨淋的特点,且造价低廉,环保无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶黏剂技术领域,具体涉及一种新型防水果袋胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对水果的要求转向高品质和无公害化(即所谓绿色水果),市售无公害水果价格明显高于普通水果,而无公害水果的生产取决于是否应用水果套袋技术。而果袋的材质相较于塑料薄膜袋以纸基质的为佳,因其具有一定的透气性。但是为了防止雨水和农药雾滴的渗透,一般在纸基质的一面涂覆一层蜡质,涂覆蜡质后的育果袋在使用现有的黏合剂进行粘合后,在遇到雨水和农药雾滴的浸润后很容易开胶。为了适应这种情况,需要开发一种新型防水果袋胶,目前比较典型的防水果袋胶的配方【重量比】是:聚乙烯醇15,水200,甲醛1.5~7.5,盐酸适量,乙醛1.5~4,氢氧化钠适量。用乙醛替代部分甲醛与聚乙烯醇缩合,进行结构改性,通过增加缩合物侧链上的碳原子数,增大憎水性,并以此为主体材料,经羧基丁苯乳胶及无机抗水剂碳酸铵锆的共混改性,制得抗水涂布胶。操作步骤:在安装有温度计和搅拌器的三口烧瓶中加入水和聚乙烯醇,在搅拌的同时用水浴升温至90~C使聚乙烯醇完全溶解。加盐酸调pH值为2~2.5;在85~90~C加入混合醛溶液,恒温搅拌约60rain,至胶液出现白色为反应终点。用氢氧化钠溶液调pH值为7~7.5,降至室温即可。但由于其成分中有甲醛组分的存在,甲醛是一种致癌物,具有毒性和刺激性的气味,对操作人员甚至环境构成一定的安全威胁,并且未反应完全的甲醛残留于胶黏剂中会对果品造成污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有果袋胶存在的非环保的缺陷,公开一种新型防水果袋胶及其制备方法,这种果袋胶还可应用于粘结纸盒、纸箱、鞋盒、纺织品。
这种新型防水果袋胶,由以下重量份的组分合成:
水1550份,聚乙烯醇80份,丙烯酸丁酯70份,醋酸乙烯35份,2A1阴离子乳化剂3份,丙烯酸5.2份,过硫酸铵引发剂2份,玉米淀粉150份,有机硅消泡剂1.5份,硅烷浸渍剂2份。
这种新型防水果袋胶的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
a)玉米淀粉中加入150份水混合形成糊状备用;
b)将醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、2A1阴离子乳化剂、丙烯酸、过硫酸铵引发剂加入乳化釜中高速乳化1小时,乳化液备用;
c)反应釜中加入剩余的水预热到65℃-75℃时加入聚乙烯醇,逐步升温90℃-93℃时保温1小时后降温,在降到60℃时加入步骤a)制得的玉米淀粉糊;
d)反应釜再次升温,温度达到90℃时滴加步骤b)制得的乳化液,2-3小时内滴定,在90℃保温1小时,降到60℃时加入有机硅消泡剂、硅烷浸渍剂;
e)继续降温,在降到45℃以下时过80目滤网放料即可。
本发明制备的这种新型防水果袋胶不仅应用于育果袋,还可应用到粘结各种纸箱、纸盒、礼品箱、鞋盒、木材、布料、皮革以及作为室内外装饰的腻子粉粘结剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明对育果袋涂蜡层有较强浸润疏离作用,具有粘力强、抗水性好、耐老化、耐雨淋的特点,且造价低廉,环保无污染。
具体实施方式
一种新型防水果袋胶的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
a)150份玉米淀粉中加入150份水混合形成糊状备用;
b)将35份醋酸乙烯、70份丙烯酸丁酯、3份2A1阴离子乳化剂、5.2丙烯酸、2份过硫酸铵引发剂加入乳化釜中高速乳化1小时,乳化液备用;
c)反应釜中加入剩余的1400份水预热到65℃-75℃时加入80份聚乙烯醇,逐步升温90℃-93℃时保温1小时后降温,在降到60℃时加入步骤a)制得的玉米淀粉糊;
d)反应釜再次升温,温度达到90℃时滴加步骤b)制得的乳化液,2-3小时内滴定,在90℃保温1小时,降到60℃时加入1.5份有机硅消泡剂、2份硅烷浸渍剂;
e)继续降温,在降到45℃以下时过80目滤网放料即可。
Claims (6)
1.一种新型防水果袋胶,其特征在于由以下重量份的组分合成:
水1550份,聚乙烯醇80份,丙烯酸丁酯70份,醋酸乙烯35份,2A1阴离子乳化剂3份,丙烯酸5.2份,过硫酸铵引发剂2份,玉米淀粉150份,有机硅消泡剂1.5份,硅烷浸洗剂2份。
2.权利要求1所述的一种新型防水果袋胶的制备方法,其特征在于包含如下步骤:
a)玉米淀粉中加入150份水混合形成糊状备用;
b)将醋酸乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、2A1阴离子乳化剂、丙烯酸、过硫酸铵引发剂加入乳化釜中高速乳化1小时,乳化液备用;
c)反应釜中加入剩余的水预热到65℃-75℃时加入聚乙烯醇,逐步升温90℃-93℃时保温1小时后降温,在降到60℃时加入步骤a)制得的玉米淀粉糊;
d)反应釜再次升温,温度达到90℃时滴加步骤b)制得的乳化液,2-3小时内滴定,在90℃保温1小时,降到60℃时加入有机硅消泡剂、硅烷浸洗剂;
e)继续降温,在降到45℃以下时过80目滤网放料即可。
