Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐水隔热聚酯粉末涂料,本发明采用β-羟烷基酰胺替代TGIC固化剂,毒性小且固化温度低,节能环保,将玻璃粉、纳米二氧化钛经丙烯酸甲酯接枝改性后提高了其在聚酯树脂中的分散性和界面接触性,改善了涂料的适涂性能和自清洁性能,耐污性提高,又添加改性后的氨基树脂,优化了粉末涂料的机械性能,制得的粉末涂料具有优异的耐水性、隔热保温、喷涂上粉率高,以及在基材上的分布均匀和具有高机械稳定性的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐水隔热聚酯粉末涂料及其制作方法。
背景技术
粉末涂料是一种新型的不含溶剂100%固体粉末状涂料。具有无溶剂、无污染、可回收、环保、节省能源和资源、减轻劳动强度和涂膜机械强度高等特点。热固型粉末涂料是指以热固性树脂作为成膜物质,加入起交联反应的固化剂经加热后能形成不溶不熔的质地坚硬涂层。热固性粉末涂料因其涂层的流平性较好,装饰性强,且低分子量的预聚物经固化后,能形成网状交联的大分子,因而涂层具有较好防腐性和机械性能,故热固性粉末涂料发展尤为迅速。
纯聚酯型粉末涂料因具有优良的耐候性,通常被称为耐候型粉末涂料。纯聚酯型粉末涂料广泛应用在汽车、机械、仪器仪表及建筑业等领域。其缺点是交联密度较低,需要的固化温度较高,对被涂物的附着力较低。我国现有的耐候性粉末涂料,仍以聚酯/TGIC为主导,但其耐候性远不如氟碳粉末涂料。但我国用于粉末涂料的氟碳树脂技术尚不成熟,而从国外进口其价格极其昂贵。因此,急需研发一种低成本的耐候性粉末涂料,以满足国内用户的需求。
《全氟聚醚改性聚酯粉末涂料的研究》一文采用熔融共聚法合成全氟聚醚改性聚酯树脂,在聚酯分子链中引入相对分子质量约3000的全氟聚醚侧链。此文以TGIC(异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯)为固化剂,用该树脂制成的粉末涂料,不仅具有超强的防腐性和耐候性,而且具有较好的疏水性、疏油性和自清洁效果,成本低可广泛应用于各个领域。
但聚酯/TGIC体系的固化条件苛刻:TGIC有毒,固化温度较高(>200℃),固化时间较长(10-30min),较高的固化温度使得其能耗高,烘烤时间过长,直接导致生产周期变长,劳动生产率得不到有效提高。同时,苛刻的固化条件使得粉末涂料只能用于耐热的金属底材上,不适用于木质、纸质、塑料等热敏型底材,严重制约了粉末涂料的应用,需要进行改进现有生产工艺和方法。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种耐水隔热聚酯粉末涂料及其制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐水隔热聚酯粉末涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚酯树脂70-71、氨基树脂17-19、玉米纤维4-6、纳米ATO0.3-0.5、纳米二氧化钛0.7-0.9、钼酸锌0.1-0.3、气相白炭黑5-7、玻璃粉12-15、聚己二酸丙二醇酯3.4-3.6、丙烯酸甲酯4.5-4.8、β-羟烷基酰胺4.4-4.9、颜料6-8。
所述的一种耐水隔热聚酯粉末涂料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氨基树脂、聚己二酸丙二醇酯于110-130℃搅拌混匀,加入钼酸锌、气相白炭黑升温至180-200℃,200-300转/分搅拌分散4-6分钟,降温至室温球磨1-2小时,得到改性氨基树脂;
(2)将玻璃粉分散于水溶液中得到悬浮液,将悬浮液置于80-90℃恒温水浴中静置3-5小时,加入纳米二氧化钛、玉米纤维、纳米ATO搅拌并且超声分散30-40分钟,逐滴滴加丙烯酸甲酯,30-50分钟滴完,继续保温30-50分钟,调节pH值7-8,迅速冷却至常温,减压过滤、洗涤并干燥;
(3)将聚酯树脂投入高混机中,加入步骤(1)、步骤(2)物料及其他剩余成分搅拌混匀,经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,压片,风冷、磨粉,过160-180目筛,即得。
本发明的优点是:本发明采用β-羟烷基酰胺替代TGIC固化剂,毒性小且固化温度低,节能环保,将玻璃粉、纳米二氧化钛经丙烯酸甲酯接枝改性后提高了其在聚酯树脂中的分散性和界面接触性,改善了涂料的适涂性能和自清洁性能,耐污性提高,又添加改性后的氨基树脂,优化了粉末涂料的机械性能,制得的粉末涂料具有优异的耐水性、隔热保温、喷涂上粉率高,以及在基材上的分布均匀和具有高机械稳定性的优点。
具体实施方式
一种耐水隔热聚酯粉末涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚酯树脂70、氨基树脂17、玉米纤维4、纳米ATO0.3、纳米二氧化钛0.7、钼酸锌0.1、气相白炭黑5、玻璃粉12、聚己二酸丙二醇酯3.4、丙烯酸甲酯4.5、β-羟烷基酰胺4.4、颜料6。
所述的一种耐水隔热聚酯粉末涂料的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氨基树脂、聚己二酸丙二醇酯于110-130℃搅拌混匀,加入钼酸锌、气相白炭黑升温至180-200℃,200-300转/分搅拌分散4-6分钟,降温至室温球磨1-2小时,得到改性氨基树脂;
(2)将玻璃粉分散于水溶液中得到悬浮液,将悬浮液置于80-90℃恒温水浴中静置3-5小时,加入纳米二氧化钛、玉米纤维、纳米ATO搅拌并且超声分散30-40分钟,逐滴滴加丙烯酸甲酯,30-50分钟滴完,继续保温30-50分钟,调节pH值7-8,迅速冷却至常温,减压过滤、洗涤并干燥;
(3)将聚酯树脂投入高混机中,加入步骤(1)、步骤(2)物料及其他剩余成分搅拌混匀,经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,压片,风冷、磨粉,过160-180目筛,即得。
使用本发明生产的聚酯粉末涂料的技术参数指标如下:
(1)抗冲击强度(kN/cm):57.5;
(2)附着力(级):1;
(3)耐中性盐雾性/h:大于2000;
(4)耐强碱性(30%NaOH)/h:480。
Claims (2)
1.一种耐水隔热聚酯粉末涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚酯树脂70-71、氨基树脂17-19、玉米纤维4-6、纳米ATO0.3-0.5、纳米二氧化钛0.7-0.9、钼酸锌0.1-0.3、气相白炭黑5-7、玻璃粉12-15、聚己二酸丙二醇酯3.4-3.6、丙烯酸甲酯4.5-4.8、β-羟烷基酰胺4.4-4.9、颜料6-8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐水隔热聚酯粉末涂料的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将氨基树脂、聚己二酸丙二醇酯于110-130℃搅拌混匀,加入钼酸锌、气相白炭黑升温至180-200℃,200-300转/分搅拌分散4-6分钟,降温至室温球磨1-2小时,得到改性氨基树脂;
(2)将玻璃粉分散于水溶液中得到悬浮液,将悬浮液置于80-90℃恒温水浴中静置3-5小时,加入纳米二氧化钛、玉米纤维、纳米ATO搅拌并且超声分散30-40分钟,逐滴滴加丙烯酸甲酯,30-50分钟滴完,继续保温30-50分钟,调节pH值7-8,迅速冷却至常温,减压过滤、洗涤并干燥;
(3)将聚酯树脂投入高混机中,加入步骤(1)、步骤(2)物料及其他剩余成分搅拌混匀,经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,压片,风冷、磨粉,过160-180目筛,即得。
