Abstract

本发明属于地坪的制备领域,具体涉及一种组合式环氧树脂地坪。包括具有反面黏结效果的地板、环氧底涂层、环氧中涂层、环氧面层;所述的具有反面黏结效果的地板为:选择石膏板、无棉板或混凝土板中的一种,一面作为地坪材料,反面经胶黏剂处理后作为黏结面;所述的环氧面层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E‑44,固化剂,流平剂,润湿分散剂,色浆,消泡剂,滑石粉,重质碳酸钙粉。该组合式地坪在工厂中已经制好,在施工现场简单安装即可,大量减少了施工过程中的环境污染,并且施工时间大幅度下降。

技术领域
本发明属于地坪的制备领域,具体涉及一种组合式环氧树脂地坪。
背景技术
地坪施工步骤繁多,耗时较长。以环氧地坪的施工为例,包括原材料准备,施工设备准备,基础处理,环氧底涂层、环氧中涂层、环氧腻子层、环氧面涂层等等。而且施工过程对周边环境、天气要求较高;例如地面太湿润了则需停止工作,受天气影响较大。而且现场施工会对周边环境造成污染,较难清理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种在工厂中已经制好,在施工现场简单安装即可的组合式环氧树脂地坪。该组合式地坪大量减少了施工过程中的环境污染,并且施工时间大幅度下降。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种组合式环氧树脂地坪,包括具有反面黏结效果的地板、环氧底涂层、环氧中涂层、环氧面层;
所述的具有反面黏结效果的地板为:选择石膏板、无棉板或混凝土板中的一种,一面作为地坪材料,反面经胶黏剂处理后作为黏结面;
所述的环氧底涂层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 40-50份,改性聚酰胺10-15份,附着力促进剂0.5-0.8份;
所述的环氧中涂层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 40-50份,固化剂10-15份,流平剂0.1-0.5份,润湿分散剂0.6-3.0份,色浆1-8份,消泡剂0.2-1.0份,滑石粉10-15份,120目砂粒10-15份,玻璃纤维1-2份,碳纤维1-2份;
所述的环氧面层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 40-50份,固化剂10-15份,流平剂0.1-0.5份,润湿分散剂0.6-3.0份,色浆1-10份,消泡剂0.2-1.0份,滑石粉10-15份,重质碳酸钙粉10-15份。
环氧底涂层中,所述的附着力促进剂为BYK-4511。
环氧中涂层中,所述的消泡剂为BYK-8801,润湿分散剂为BYK-9076,流平剂为BYK-354,固化剂为改性聚酰胺。
环氧面层中,所述的消泡剂为BYK-8801,润湿分散剂为BYK-9076,流平剂为BYK-354,固化剂为改性聚酰胺。
本发明的组合式地坪还用到填缝胶,按重量份计其包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-4460-70份,改性聚酰胺15-20份,色浆1-10份。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)本发明的组合式地坪在工厂中已经做好,到施工现场中只需安装即可成功,极大减少了施工过程带来的环境污染,减少了施工时间;
2)并且鉴于组合式地坪的施工模式,厂家可以根据客户的需求,根据待施工地面的大概面积和基本情况,通过设计适合地面、满足客户需求的地坪,生产出相应地坪后,再行安装;灵活度高;
3)各类环氧树脂地坪、聚氨酯树脂地坪等均可以作为组合式地坪,本发明只是以环氧树脂地坪为例。

本发明用下列实施例来进一步说明本发明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于下列实施例。
实施例1
一种组合式环氧树脂地坪,包括具有反面黏结效果的地板、环氧底涂层、环氧中涂层、环氧面层;
所述的具有反面黏结效果的地板为:选择石膏板,一面作为地坪材料,反面经胶黏剂处理后作为黏结面;
所述的环氧底涂层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 40份,改性聚酰胺15份,附着力促进剂0.5份;
所述的环氧中涂层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 40份,固化剂15份,流平剂0.1份,润湿分散剂3.0份,色浆1份,消泡剂1.0份,滑石粉10份,120目砂粒15份,玻璃纤维1份,碳纤维2份;
所述的环氧面层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 40份,固化剂15份,流平剂0.1份,润湿分散剂3.0份,色浆1份,消泡剂1.0份,滑石粉10份,重质碳酸钙粉15份。
环氧底涂层中,所述的附着力促进剂为BYK-4511。
环氧中涂层中,所述的消泡剂为BYK-8801,润湿分散剂为BYK-9076,流平剂为BYK-354,固化剂为改性聚酰胺。
环氧面层中,所述的消泡剂为BYK-8801,润湿分散剂为BYK-9076,流平剂为BYK-354,固化剂为改性聚酰胺。
本发明的组合式地坪还用到填缝胶,按重量份计其包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-4465份,改性聚酰胺18份,色浆8份。
实施例2
一种组合式环氧树脂地坪,包括具有反面黏结效果的地板、环氧底涂层、环氧中涂层、环氧面层;
所述的具有反面黏结效果的地板为:选择无棉板,一面作为地坪材料,反面经胶黏剂处理后作为黏结面;
所述的环氧底涂层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 50份,改性聚酰胺10份,附着力促进剂0.8份;
所述的环氧中涂层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 50份,固化剂10份,流平剂0.5份,润湿分散剂0.6份,色浆8份,消泡剂0.2份,滑石粉15份,120目砂粒10份,玻璃纤维2份,碳纤维1份;
所述的环氧面层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 50份,固化剂10份,流平剂0.5份,润湿分散剂0.6份,色浆10份,消泡剂0.2份,滑石粉15份,重质碳酸钙粉10份。
环氧底涂层中,所述的附着力促进剂为BYK-4511。
环氧中涂层中,所述的消泡剂为BYK-8801,润湿分散剂为BYK-9076,流平剂为BYK-354,固化剂为改性聚酰胺。
环氧面层中,所述的消泡剂为BYK-8801,润湿分散剂为BYK-9076,流平剂为BYK-354,固化剂为改性聚酰胺。

一种组合式环氧树脂地坪,包括具有反面黏结效果的地板、环氧底涂层、环氧中涂层、环氧面层;
所述的具有反面黏结效果的地板为:选择混凝土板,一面作为地坪材料,反面经胶黏剂处理后作为黏结面;
所述的环氧底涂层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 45份,改性聚酰胺13份,附着力促进剂0.7份;
所述的环氧中涂层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 45份,固化剂13份,流平剂0.3份,润湿分散剂1.8份,色浆5份,消泡剂0.6份,滑石粉13份,120目砂粒12份,玻璃纤维1.5份,碳纤维1.5份;
所述的环氧面层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 45份,固化剂13份,流平剂0.3份,润湿分散剂1.9份,色浆7份,消泡剂0.8份,滑石粉13份,重质碳酸钙粉13份。
环氧底涂层中,所述的附着力促进剂为BYK-4511。
环氧中涂层中,所述的消泡剂为BYK-8801,润湿分散剂为BYK-9076,流平剂为BYK-354,固化剂为改性聚酰胺。
环氧面层中,所述的消泡剂为BYK-8801,润湿分散剂为BYK-9076,流平剂为BYK-354,固化剂为改性聚酰胺。
本发明的组合式地坪还用到填缝胶,按重量份计其包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-4460份,改性聚酰胺20份,色浆1份。

1.一种组合式环氧树脂地坪,其特征在于:由具有反面黏结效果的地板、环氧底涂层、环氧中涂层、环氧面层和填缝胶组成;所述的填缝胶按重量份计其包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 60-70份,改性聚酰胺15-20份,色浆1-10份;
所述的具有反面黏结效果的地板为:选择石膏板、无棉板或混凝土板中的一种,一面作为地坪材料,反面经胶黏剂处理后作为黏结面;
所述的环氧底涂层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 40-50份,改性聚酰胺10-15份,附着力促进剂0.5-0.8份;
所述的环氧中涂层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 40-50份,固化剂10-15份,流平剂0.1-0.5份,润湿分散剂0.6-3.0份,色浆1-8份,消泡剂0.2-1.0份,滑石粉10-15份,120目砂粒10-15份,玻璃纤维1-2份,碳纤维1-2份;
所述的环氧面层按重量份计包括以下组分:环氧树脂E-44 40-50份,固化剂10-15份,流平剂0.1-0.5份,润湿分散剂0.6-3.0份,色浆1-10份,消泡剂0.2-1.0份,滑石粉10-15份,重质碳酸钙粉10-15份。
