Abstract

一种带毛刷的伸缩卸料板，设置在输送机的卸料侧，包括卸料板、毛刷以及伸缩装置；所述卸料板有两块或两块以上组成，每相邻两块之间设置有伸缩装置，在卸料板的最外侧边沿设置有毛刷。采用上述带毛刷的伸缩卸料板，卸料时将卸料板伸缩到所需要的长度，然后将毛刷侧卡进需要卸料车的去卸料侧边缘，有效的解决了卸料过程中会使煤料从缝隙中掉落的问题，解决了人工清理掉落煤料的问题，更大层度的降低了人力成本,真正的起到了全程机械化的效果，而卸料板的加装,有效解决了打开车门时所存在的安全隐患。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及煤炭卸料技术领域，尤其是涉及一种带毛刷的伸缩卸料板。
【背景技术】
现有设备中煤料卸料装置大部分设置有卸料防护板，在卸料过程中需要防护板对卸料车进行一侧防护，避免卸料车在卸料时一侧倾斜，而在卸料过程中有时会因辅助卸料板与卸料车之间存在一定缝隙，导致卸料过程中会使煤料从缝隙中掉落，而车靠的过进又会导致辅助卸料板无法起到作用，另外，打开车门时还存在一定的安全隐患，这时需要人工在旁看护以及清理，这种辅助卸料板浪费了大多数资源，无形中增加了厂家的负担。
【发明内容】
为了克服背景技术中的不足，本发明公开了一种带毛刷的伸缩卸料板，包括卸料板、毛刷以及伸缩装置，有效的解决了卸料过程中会使煤料从缝隙中大量掉落及车门打开的安全隐患的问题。
为了实现所述发明的目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种带毛刷的伸缩卸料板，设置在输送机的卸料侧，包括卸料板、毛刷以及伸缩装置；所述卸料板有两块或两块以上组成，每相邻两块之间设置有伸缩装置，在卸料板的最外侧边沿设置有毛刷。
本发明所述伸缩装置为液压杆伸缩。
本发明所述毛刷的毛刷长度为5~15cm。
本发明所述毛刷由毛、棕、塑料丝或金属丝制成。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明具有如下有益效果：采用上述带毛刷的伸缩卸料板，卸料时将卸料板伸缩到所需要的长度，然后将毛刷侧卡进需要卸料车的去卸料侧边缘，有效的解决了卸料过程中会使煤料从缝隙中掉落的问题，解决了需要人工在旁看护的问题，真正的起到了全程机械化无人工看护的效果，降低了人工的费用。

通过下面的实施例可以详细的解释本发明，公开本发明的目的旨在保护本发明范围内的一切技术改进。
一种带毛刷的伸缩卸料板，设置在输送机的卸料侧，包括卸料板1、毛刷2以及伸缩装置3；所述卸料板1有两块或两块以上组成，每相邻两块之间设置有伸缩装置3，在卸料板1的最外侧边沿设置有毛刷2。
所述伸缩装置3为液压杆伸缩。
所述毛刷2的毛刷长度为5~15cm。
所述毛刷2由毛、棕、塑料丝或金属丝制成。
当卸料车到达指定地点，由卸料板1调整距离伸缩到卸料车旁，由于卸料板1前端设置有毛刷2，所以卸料板1顶住卸料车的一侧其毛刷2实具有韧性的材料不会对卸料车造成伤害，卸料车开始卸料由于毛刷2将缝隙堵满这样就解决了煤料不会掉落的问题。

1.一种带毛刷的伸缩卸料板，设置在输送机的卸料侧，其特征是：包括卸料板（1）、毛刷（2）以及伸缩装置（3）；所述卸料板（1）有两块或两块以上组成，每相邻两块之间设置有伸缩装置（3），在卸料板（1）的最外侧边沿设置有毛刷（2）。
2.如权利要求1所述的带毛刷的伸缩卸料板，其特征是：所述伸缩装置（3）为液压杆伸缩。
3.如权利要求1所述的带毛刷的伸缩卸料板，其特征是：所述毛刷（2）的毛刷长度为5~15cm。
4.如权利要求1所述的带毛刷的伸缩卸料板，其特征是：所述毛刷（2）由毛、棕、塑料丝或金属丝制成。
