本发明涉及电动汽车车桥领域,特别是涉及电动汽车驱动桥。
背景技术
在电动汽车的底盘设计方面,通常会直接借用同类燃油车的底盘设计,把电机安装在底盘上,然后通过与传动轴连接,达到驱动车辆的目的。然而这种设计有明显的弱点,即当车辆在行进中出现颠簸状态时,车桥和底盘的间距经常发生变化,使传动轴经常处于申缩变化、角度变化的状态之中,从而使机械运动的效率较低。另有的一种电机与后桥的平衡式连接,即电机固定在车桥轴上,当车桥产生颠簸时,电机也会同时产生颠簸,从而影响电机的使用寿命和效率。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷和不足本发明提供以下技术方案:电动汽车驱动桥,所述驱动桥包括电机、传动轴、减速器、后桥、弹簧、固定架,所述电机固定在固定架,所述电机输出轴通过联轴器A与所述传动轴一端相连,所述传动轴的另一端通过联轴器B与所述减速器的输入轴相连,所述减速器设置在后桥上,所述固定架呈“人”字形,其下部两端部连接在后桥上,其上端部设有定位连接孔,所述弹簧共两个,分别设置在固定架与后桥的连接点上,所述电机、传动轴和减速器成直线阵列。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:通过将电机、车桥和传动轴连为一体,从而避免了因车辆颠簸对传动效率的影响,使传动阻力和损耗减少,提高运行效率,延长电机的使用寿命。这种结构也有利于提高安装的效率。

下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明。如图1所示,电动汽车驱动桥,所述驱动桥包括电机1、传动轴2、减速器3、后桥4、弹簧5、固定架7,所述电机1固定在固定架7,所述电机1输出轴通过联轴器A11与所述传动轴2一端相连,所述传动轴2的另一端通过联轴器B12与所述减速器3的输入轴相连,所述减速器3设置在后桥4上,所述固定架7呈“人”字形,其下部两端部连接在后桥4上,其上端部设有定位连接孔8,所述弹簧5共两个,分别设置在固定架7与后桥4的连接点上,所述电机1、传动轴2和减速器3成直线阵列,所述后桥4的两端分别连接轮胎6。
