背景技术
在选煤行业中，细粒级煤炭脱水是一大难题，煤中水分过高，不仅影响煤的售价，而且给运输、节能、环保带来许多不利因素。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种为了克服现有脱水设备存在的缺陷而提出的。
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种是利用物料在不断运动以及压力气体的作用下，来脱除煤中水分的。

附图中：1、壳体2、激振器3、空气压缩机4、脱水工作面5、支承弹簧6、电动机7、排液槽。
具体实施方式
由图1可知：细粒级煤炭由振动过滤脱水机的左端入料口送入并落在位于壳体1内的脱水工作面4上。壳体1由支承弹簧5支承，并通过由电动机6带动的固定于壳体1上的激振器2产生振动，物料借助整个设备的振动由脱水工作面4的左端向右端运动，同时，联于壳体1右上端的空气压缩机3连续地向壳体1内的脱水工作面4上输送压力气体。在振动力及压力气体的共同作用下，使物料中的固、液体产生分离，分离出的滤液穿过脱水工作面4经位于壳体1下端的排液槽7排出，脱水后的物料经壳体1右端的排料口排出。
