本发明涉及了一种调节装置,公开了一种用于投影仪的顶紧装置,安装在墙壁上,包括伸缩杆,墙壁上设置有滑槽,滑槽内滑动连接有滑块,伸缩杆固定连接在滑块上,滑槽的两侧壁之间滑动连接有支撑板和位于支撑板下方的底板,伸缩杆贯穿支撑板和底板且与支撑板和底板均间隙配合,支撑板上设有穿过支撑板的顶块,顶块下相抵设有剪叉式提升机,剪叉式提升机固定连接在底板上;本发明与现有技术相比,通过滑块的左、右移动,可使投影仪成出的像更加协调。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于投影仪的顶紧装置。
背景技术
投影仪,又称投影机,是一种可以将图像或视频投射到幕布上的设备,可以通过不同的接口同计算机、VCD、DVD、BD、游戏机、DV等相连接播放相应的视频信号。投影仪广泛应用于家庭、办公室、学校和娱乐场所,根据工作方式不同,有CRT,LCD,DLP等不同类型。
以往在学校多媒体教室中,会安装有投影仪,投影仪一般安装在墙壁顶部,投影仪上方安装一个可控的伸缩杆,伸缩杆固定连接在墙壁上,安装完毕投影仪之后,又需要在讲台的墙壁上安装幕布,幕布的安装位置需要根据投影仪的位置来确定,但往往由于安装的偏差,会使投影仪在幕布上投出的像偏于幕布的一方,而上、下方向可由伸缩杆调节,投影仪左、右方向却不能调节,导致成出的像左、右方向不协调,或使成像扭曲,从而影响教学质量。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种可使成像协调的用于投影仪的顶紧装置。
本方案中的用于投影仪的顶紧装置,安装在墙壁上,包括伸缩杆,墙壁上设置有滑槽,,滑槽内滑动连接有滑块,伸缩杆固定连接在滑块上,滑槽的两侧壁之间滑动连接有支撑板和位于支撑板下方的底板,伸缩杆贯穿支撑板和底板且与支撑板和底板均间隙配合,支撑板上设有穿过支撑板的顶块,顶块下相抵设有剪叉式提升机,剪叉式提升机固定连接在底板上。
本方案的技术原理及有益效果为:打开投影仪,调节伸缩杆,使投影仪在幕布上的成像,上、下位置协调,接着滑动滑块,滑块带动伸缩杆左、右运动,伸缩杆带动投影仪左、右运动,从而调节投影仪的左、右位置,以使投影仪在幕布上的左、右位置协调;调整好位置后,使用剪叉式提升机提升顶块,顶块将在支撑板内向上滑动,支撑板不动,顶块一直运动到与滑块接触,连续驱动剪叉式提升机向上提升,顶块将顶紧滑块,滑块与滑槽底部顶紧,使得滑块更加稳定的固定在适宜的位置,从而使滑块不易发生移动,保证了成像左、右位置协调。
进一步,滑槽内滑块运动轨迹的一端设有气缸,滑块连接在气缸上。第一气缸的设置,方便了滑块左、右方向的调节。
进一步,顶块数量为两个,两个顶块以伸缩杆为中心对称地设置在支撑板上。驱动剪叉式提升机向上提升,剪叉式提升机将带动两个顶块向上运动,两个顶块将顶紧滑块,两个顶块对称地顶紧滑块,使得滑块受力更加均匀,增强了顶紧效果。
进一步,剪叉式提升机连接有第二气缸。启动第二气缸,第二气缸可控制剪叉式提升机上、下随意的运动,从而方便了剪叉式提升机的控制。
进一步,两个顶块顶端均连接有橡胶块。橡胶块具有弹性,顶块带动橡胶块顶紧滑块,橡胶块将有弹性变形,使得顶紧更加牢固,进一步增加了滑块的稳定性。

实施例基本参考图1所示:用于投影仪的顶紧装置,安装在墙壁上,包括伸缩杆7,伸缩杆7上方设有固定在墙壁内的滑槽1,滑槽1内滑动连接有滑块2,滑槽1内滑块2运动轨迹的一端设有第一气缸,滑块2连接在第一气缸上,伸缩杆7焊接在滑块2上,滑槽1的两侧壁之间滑动连接有支撑板3和位于支撑板3下方的底板9,伸缩杆7穿过支撑板3和底板9且与支撑板3和底板均间隙配合,支撑板3上设有穿过支撑板3的顶块4,顶块4为两个,两个顶块4以伸缩杆7为中心对称地设置在支撑板3上,两个顶块4顶端均连接有橡胶块8,顶块4下相抵设有剪叉式提升机6,剪叉式提升机6固定连接在底板9上,剪叉式提升机6连接有第二气缸5,第二气缸5底部焊接在底板9上。
启动第一气缸,气缸带动滑块2左、右滑动,滑块2带动伸缩杆7运动,伸缩杆7带动支撑板3和底板9左、右运动,支撑板3和底板9带动顶块4、剪叉式提升机6一起运动,第二气缸5、橡胶块8随着支撑板3和底板9一起连动,调整好左、右位置后,启动第二气缸5,第二气缸5驱动剪叉式提升机6向上运动,剪叉式提升机6驱动两个顶块4在支撑板3上向上滑动,两个顶块4带动两个橡胶块8向上运动,两个橡胶块8将滑块2顶紧。

1.用于投影仪的顶紧装置,安装在墙壁上,包括伸缩杆,其特征在于,墙壁上设置有滑槽,,滑槽内滑动连接有滑块,伸缩杆固定连接在滑块上,滑槽的两侧壁之间滑动连接有支撑板和位于支撑板下方的底板,伸缩杆贯穿支撑板和底板且与支撑板和底板均间隙配合,支撑板上设有穿过支撑板的顶块,顶块下相抵设有剪叉式提升机,剪叉式提升机固定连接在底板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于投影仪的顶紧装置,其特征在于:所述滑槽内滑块运动轨迹的一端设有气缸,滑块连接在气缸上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于投影仪的顶紧装置,其特征在于:所述顶块的数量为两个,两个顶块以伸缩杆为中心对称地设置在支撑板上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于投影仪的顶紧装置,其特征在于:所述剪叉式提升机连接有第二气缸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于投影仪的顶紧装置,其特征在于:所述两个顶块顶端均连接有橡胶块。
