本发明涉及一种封堵管鞍,包括上管鞍和下管鞍,所述上管鞍和所述下管鞍的两端分别通过螺栓固定,所述上管鞍上固定有壳体,所述壳体内设有贯穿上管鞍的圆柱形通孔,所述圆柱形通孔内设有可以将其关闭或者打开的球体,所述球体的直径与所述圆柱形通孔的内经相等,所述球体上设有转动杆,所述转动杆远离世俗球体的一端伸至所述壳体外。本发明的有益效果是:在管鞍需要将管道封堵时,只需转动转动杆,使得球体挡住圆柱形通孔,形成对管鞍密封;不需要封堵住管按时,只需要反方向再转动转动杆,使流道连通圆柱形通孔即可,结构简单,操作方便,且能有非常好的密封效果。

背景技术
现有技术中,所述球阀管鞍是可广泛用作在输送液体或气体的管道上带压安装分支管道的装置,一般由壳体或称阀体、球体、上管鞍、下管鞍组成,但现有技术中的球阀管鞍其结构上存在一定的缺陷,密封性能不好会使球阀管鞍使用寿命大大缩短,因此需要改善球阀管鞍的密封性。
发明内容
综上所述,为解决现有的技术问题,本发明提供一种封堵管鞍。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种封堵管鞍,包括上管鞍和下管鞍,所述上管鞍和所述下管鞍的两端分别通过螺栓固定,所述上管鞍上固定有壳体,所述壳体内设有贯穿上管鞍的圆柱形通孔,所述圆柱形通孔内设有可以将其关闭或者打开的球体,所述球体的直径与所述圆柱形通孔的内经相等,所述球体上设有转动杆,所述转动杆远离世俗球体的一端伸至所述壳体外。
进一步,所述球体内设有将其贯穿的流道,转动所述转动杆带动所述球体转动可以使所述流道连通或者关闭所述圆柱形通孔。
进一步,所述转动杆处于上升壳体外的端部设有手柄球。
本发明的有益效果是:在管鞍需要将管道封堵时,只需转动转动杆,使得球体挡住圆柱形通孔,形成对管鞍密封;不需要封堵住管按时,只需要反方向再转动转动杆,使流道连通圆柱形通孔即可,结构简单,操作方便,且能有非常好的密封效果。

如图1所示,一种封堵管鞍,包括上管鞍1和下管鞍2,所述上管鞍1和所述下管鞍2的两端分别通过螺栓3固定,所述上管鞍1上固定有壳体4,所述壳体4内设有贯穿上管鞍的圆柱形通孔5,所述圆柱形通孔5内设有可以将其关闭或者打开的球体6,所述球体6的直径与所述圆柱形通孔5的内经相等,所述球体6上设有转动杆7,所述转动杆7远离所述球体6的一端伸至所述壳体4外,所述转动杆7的该端部上设有手柄球9。所述球体6内设有将其贯穿的流道8,转动所述转动杆7带动所述球体6转动可以使所述流道8连通或者关闭所述圆柱形通孔5。
在管鞍需要将管道封堵时,只需转动转动杆7,使得球体6挡住圆柱形通孔5,形成对管鞍密封;不需要封堵住管按时,只需要反方向再转动转动杆7,使流道8连通圆柱形通孔5即可,结构简单,操作方便,且能有非常好的密封效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种封堵管鞍,其特征在于,所述球体(6)内设有将其贯穿的流道(8),转动所述转动杆(7)带动所述球体(6)转动可以使所述流道(8)连通或者关闭所述圆柱形通孔(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种封堵管鞍,其特征在于,所述转动杆(7)处于上升壳体(4)外的端部设有手柄球(9)。
