Abstract

本发明涉及一种塑钢门窗的角部焊接增强件,设有结构相同的增强角件一和增强角件二,均为一端为呈45度角斜面的方柱体,两个增强角件的45度角斜面合在一起,成一个L形直角形状;45°角的斜面上设有凸起块和凹形熔解槽;在方柱体的侧面上设有凹槽,在该凹槽内设有锯齿形内紧固齿和稳固柱;另外设有滑动定位器一和滑动定位器二,该两个滑动定位器内面设有与所述内紧固齿和稳固柱相吻合的外紧固齿和稳固孔;滑动定位器一和滑动定位器二的上端设有拉杆。内紧固齿和外紧固齿的齿面上分别设有细密的防退齿。滑动定位器的拉杆上设有拉环和复位断点。本发明适用于塑钢门窗框的角部连接,结构新颖、使用方便、使门窗框的角部连接特别牢固、延长使用寿命、减少维修维护。

一种塑钢门窗的角部焊接增强件
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑塑钢门窗五金件的门窗的角部焊接领域,具体涉及一种塑钢门窗的角部焊接增强件。
背景技术
现有的门窗体上的角部即横框和竖框相连接处的连接常常采用连接角码,如公开号为CN203394295U中公开了一种活动角码,其设置在窗框或者窗扇的角部,包括勾角码和直角码,勾角码与直角码一端相互嵌合形成直角,通过螺栓固定连接在一起,勾角码和直角码在结构上,分别设置一个空腔,在空腔里设有弹簧,弹簧的一端连接卡片,另一端连接卡销,卡销安装在窗体的横框或者竖框上,而采用这种方式在使用的过程中存在掉角的问题,且掉角后维护工作量比较大,成本也随之增加,在修复的过程中常常在角码基体的转角处增设木块或塑料等固定件,但是采用木块或者塑料在一段时间后,尤其是潮湿的环境下,木块会发生发霉,继而影响使用;而使用塑料时强度相对较低,受到外力作用下容易松脱;再如公开号为:CN2050068U中公开了一种门窗框架转角连接件门,该转角连接件具有一方形的套角本体及自该本体的一角相邻的两侧边向外垂直延伸预定长度的两塞柱,而塞柱表面分布有棘齿,其宽度略大于框架料内部空间的宽度,采用这种方式随着使用时间的延长也会存在棘齿松脱的现象。因此,需要对塑钢门窗扇框的角部连接结构进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点,提供一种塑钢门窗的角部焊接增强件,该塑钢门窗的角部焊接增强件有连接稳定可靠、经济实用、便于安装、使用寿命长、不用更换设备及模具、经济成本低等优点,且能有效防止窗扇下沉带来一些列的问题的门窗角部连接件。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种塑钢门窗的角部焊接增强件,其特征在于:设有结构相同的增强角件一和增强角件二,均为一端为呈45度角斜面的方柱体,两个增强角件的45度角斜面合在一起,成一个L形直角形状;其形状尺寸与塑钢门窗框型材的中间空腔相吻合;所述45°角的斜面上设有凸起块和凹形熔解槽,该凸起块和凹形熔解槽的形状和间距的设置为:当两斜面对接进行焊接时凸起块熔化与凹形熔解槽形成一个与所述斜面长宽一致的焊接平面;在与所述斜面低端相接的方柱体的侧面上,设有两个突出侧边构成的凹槽,在该凹槽内设有锯齿形内紧固齿和稳固柱;另外设有两个结构相同的,分别与增强角件一和增强角件二的锯齿形内紧固齿和稳固柱相吻合的滑动定位器一和滑动定位器二,该两个滑动定位器均为方片状体,内面设有与所述内紧固齿相吻合的外紧固齿,该片状体上还设有稳固孔,其位置与所述稳固柱正好镶嵌在一起,所述稳固孔为长孔;滑动定位器一和滑动定位器二的上端设有拉杆。
本发明进一步完善和实施的补充方案是:
所述内紧固齿和外紧固齿的齿面上分别设有细密的防退齿。
所述增强角件一和增强角件二采用改性PVC材料制作。
所述滑动定位器一和滑动定位器二的拉杆上设有拉环和用于安装到位后断开拉杆的复位断点。
上述的塑钢门窗的角部焊接增强件使用方法,其特征是具有以下步骤:
1)增强角件一和增强角件二分别与滑动定位器一和滑动定位器二合并在一起,组成组合体;
2)将两个组合体分别插入要焊接的塑钢门窗框的角部端口内,其45度角面与窗框的45度角端对齐,所述滑动定位器的拉环向外;
3)分别拉动滑动定位器拉环,使滑动定位器向外滑动,使内紧固齿和外紧固齿相互错位,将组合体紧固在窗框内;
4)对门窗框扇进行焊接,使两组合体的45度角斜面和门窗框的45度角端头同时受热,组合体的45度角斜面上的凸起块融化,两斜面与门窗框的两斜面端头同时焊接在一起;形成实心的焊接平面,连接门窗框角部,大大增强了门窗角部的连接牢固度和强度。
本发明具有结构新颖、使用方便、使门窗框的角部连接特别牢固、减少门窗的坏损、延长门窗的使用寿命、减少维护维修省工省费诸多优点。

下面结合附图具体阐述本发明:实施例:参见附图,一种塑钢门窗的角部焊接增强件,设有结构相同的增强角件一和增强角件二,均为一端为呈45°角斜面1的方柱体2,两个增强角件的45°角斜面合在一起,成一个L形直角形状;其形状尺寸与塑钢门窗框型材8 的中间空腔相吻合;所述45°角的斜面上设有凸起块4和凹形熔解槽5,该凸起块和凹形熔解槽的形状和间距的设置为:当两斜面对接进行焊接时凸起块熔化与凹形熔解槽形成一个与所述斜面长宽一致的焊接平面;在与所述斜面低端相接的方柱体的侧面上,设有两个突出侧边构成的凹槽,在该凹槽内设有锯齿形内紧固齿6和稳固柱3;另外设有两个结构相同的,分别与增强角件一和增强角件二的锯齿形内紧固齿6和稳固柱3相吻合的滑动定位器一和滑动定位器二,该两个滑动定位器均为方片状体13,内面设有与所述内紧固齿相吻合的外紧固齿14,该片状体上还设有稳固孔12,其位置与所述稳固柱正好镶嵌在一起,所述稳固孔为长孔;滑动定位器一和滑动定位器二的上端设有拉杆10。所述内紧固齿和外紧固齿的齿面上分别设有细密的防退齿7、15。所述增强角件一和增强角件二采用改性PVC材料制作。所述滑动定位器一和滑动定位器二的拉杆上设有拉环(9)和用于安装到位后断开拉杆的复位断点11。
该塑钢门窗的角部焊接增强件使用方法,有以下步骤:
1)增强角件一和增强角件二分别与滑动定位器一和滑动定位器二合并在一起,组成组合体;
2)将两个组合体分别插入要焊接的塑钢门窗框的角部端口内,其45°角面与窗框的 45°角端对齐,所述滑动定位器的拉环向外;
3)分别拉动滑动定位器拉环,使滑动定位器向外滑动,使内紧固齿和外紧固齿相互错位,将组合体紧固在窗框内;
4)对门窗框扇进行焊接,使两组合体的45度角斜面和门窗框的45度角端头同时受热,组合体的45度角斜面上的凸起块融化,两斜面与门窗框的两斜面端头同时焊接在一起;形成实心的焊接平面,连接门窗框角部,大大增强了门窗角部的连接牢固度和强度。
本实施例经试用测试,比原来未加该增强件的门窗框牢固度增强了4倍。
凡根据本发明所作的等效变化或者修饰,都应该在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种塑钢门窗的角部焊接增强件,其特征在于:设有结构相同的增强角件一和增强角件二,均为一端为呈45度角斜面(1)的方柱体(2),两个增强角件的45度角斜面合在一起,成一个L形直角形状;其形状尺寸与塑钢门窗框型材(8)的中间空腔相吻合;所述45°角的斜面上设有凸起块(4)和凹形熔解槽(5),该凸起块和凹形熔解槽的形状和间距的设置为:当两斜面对接进行焊接时凸起块熔化与凹形熔解槽形成一个与所述斜面长宽一致的焊接平面;在与所述斜面低端相接的方柱体的侧面上,设有两个突出侧边构成的凹槽,在该凹槽内设有锯齿形内紧固齿(6)和稳固柱(3);另外设有两个结构相同的,分别与增强角件一和增强角件二的锯齿形内紧固齿(6)和稳固柱(3)相吻合的滑动定位器一和滑动定位器二,该两个滑动定位器均为方片状体(13),内面设有与所述内紧固齿相吻合的外紧固齿(14),该片状体上还设有稳固孔(12),其位置与所述稳固柱正好镶嵌在一起,所述稳固孔为长孔;滑动定位器一和滑动定位器二的上端设有拉杆(10);
所述内紧固齿和外紧固齿的齿面上分别设有细密的防退齿(7、15);
所述增强角件一和增强角件二采用改性PVC材料制作;
所述滑动定位器一和滑动定位器二的拉杆上设有拉环(9)和用于安装到位后断开拉杆的复位断点(11);
所述的塑钢门窗的角部焊接增强件使用方法具有以下步骤:
1)增强角件一和增强角件二分别与滑动定位器一和滑动定位器二合并在一起,组成组合体;

4)对门窗框进行焊接,使两组合体的45度角斜面和门窗框的45度角端头同时受热,组合体的45度角斜面上的凸起块融化,两斜面与门窗框的两斜面端头同时焊接在一起;形成实心的焊接平面,连接门窗框角部,大大增强了门窗角部的连接牢固度和强度。
