本发明公开了一种医用灭菌包装胶以及制备方法,其包括由下列重量份的原料:聚氨酯19-23、盐酸胍2-4、骨胶7-9、碳酸氢钠2-3、琥珀酸3-4、壳聚糖2-4、N-甲基吡咯烷酮3-4、辛醇3-5、聚乙烯醇23-27、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯2-3、乳化硅油3-4、纳米氧化石墨烯3-5、纳米银离子1-1.6、茶多酚5-7、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠1-3、瓜尔豆胶0.2-0.4、山梨醇0.8-1.2、葡甘露聚糖0.9-1.5、无水乙二醇1.2-1.4、适量的去离子水。本发明加入分散改性的氧化石墨烯以及纳米银离子,提高了医用包装胶的温度懒惰型,使其具有良好的温度稳定性,具有良好的灭菌性,满足医用灭菌包装胶的使用要求;同时使其借助茶多酚的成膜性,增加聚氨酯包装胶的粘着力,再者结合茶多酚以及壳聚糖,增加了包装胶的灭菌功效。

本发明属于医用胶领域,具体地说是涉及一种医用灭菌包装胶以及制备方法。
背景技术
医用包装胶是一种适合医用特定环境下的胶黏剂,具有通常的胶接功能,随着医疗水平的日益进步,临床上对医用包装品的要求日益增高。理想的医用包装胶黏剂应满足以下要求:1、安全、可靠、无毒性、无致癌致畸致病变;2、无菌且可在一定时期内保持无菌;3、具有良好的粘结轻度以及持久性;4、在医用要求的温度范围内具有良好的温度稳定性;5、固化速度较高。目前市场上满足以上要求并被广泛使用的医用包装胶黏剂很少。
发明内容
针对医用包装胶的发展,本发明提供一种医用灭菌包装胶粘剂以及制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种医用灭菌包装胶,包括由下列重量份的原料:聚氨酯19-23、盐酸胍2-4、骨胶7-9、碳酸氢钠2-3、琥珀酸3-4、壳聚糖2-4、N-甲基吡咯烷酮3-4、辛醇3-5、聚乙烯醇23-27、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯2-3、乳化硅油3-4、纳米氧化石墨烯3-5、纳米银离子1-1.6、茶多酚5-7、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠1-3、瓜尔豆胶0.2-0.4、山梨醇0.8-1.2、葡甘露聚糖0.9-1.5、无水乙二醇1.2-1.4、适量的去离子水。
一种医用灭菌包装胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将辛醇、聚乙烯醇、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯、乳化硅油以及总重量4-5倍的去离子水放入带有搅拌装置的三口烧瓶中,搅拌均匀之后,加入纳米氧化石墨烯、纳米银离子混合搅拌均匀,得功能液一备用;
(2)将琥珀酸、壳聚糖以及总重量5-6倍的去离子水混合搅拌均匀,升温至50℃加入骨胶搅拌均匀,加入碳酸氢钠搅拌均匀,得功能液二备用;
(3)取聚氨酯、茶多酚、盐酸胍、N-甲基吡咯烷酮混合,在180-190℃加热搅拌1-1.2h,之后在该温度下缓慢先加入功能液一混合搅拌均匀,之后降温至88-92℃,缓慢加入功能液二,加热搅拌3-4h,至去离子水挥发并均匀,之后加入聚苯乙烯磺酸钠、瓜尔豆胶、山梨醇、葡甘露聚糖、无水乙二醇,高速1000r/min搅拌均匀,之后真空脱泡处理20-30min,即得。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明加入分散改性的氧化石墨烯以及纳米银离子,提高了医用包装胶的温度懒惰型,使其具有良好的温度稳定性,具有良好的灭菌性,满足医用灭菌包装胶的使用要求;同时使其借助茶多酚的成膜性,增加聚氨酯包装胶的粘着力,再者结合茶多酚以及壳聚糖,增加了包装胶的灭菌功效;通过酸配合热改性聚氨酯,提高了其固化性。本发明胶具有固化快、粘着力好,具有灭菌能力的效果。

实施例1:
一种医用灭菌包装胶,包括由下列重量(kg)的原料:聚氨酯19、盐酸胍2、骨胶9、碳酸氢钠3、琥珀酸4、壳聚糖4、N-甲基吡咯烷酮3、辛醇3、聚乙烯醇23、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯2、乳化硅油3、纳米氧化石墨烯3、纳米银离子1、茶多酚5、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠1、瓜尔豆胶0.2、山梨醇0.8、葡甘露聚糖0.9、无水乙二醇1.2、适量的去离子水。
一种医用灭菌包装胶制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将辛醇、聚乙烯醇、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯、乳化硅油以及总重量4.5倍的去离子水放入带有搅拌装置的三口烧瓶中,搅拌均匀之后,加入纳米氧化石墨烯、纳米银离子混合搅拌均匀,得功能液一备用;
(2)将琥珀酸、壳聚糖以及总重量5.5倍的去离子水混合搅拌均匀,升温至50℃加入骨胶搅拌均匀,加入碳酸氢钠搅拌均匀,得功能液二备用;
(3)取聚氨酯、茶多酚、盐酸胍、N-甲基吡咯烷酮混合,在185℃加热搅拌1.1h,之后在该温度下缓慢先加入功能液一混合搅拌均匀,之后降温至90℃,缓慢加入功能液二,加热搅拌3.5h,至去离子水挥发并均匀,之后加入聚苯乙烯磺酸钠、瓜尔豆胶、山梨醇、葡甘露聚糖、无水乙二醇,高速1000r/min搅拌均匀,之后真空脱泡处理25min,即得。

(2)将琥珀酸、壳聚糖以及总重量5.5倍的去离子水混合搅拌均匀,升温至50℃加入骨胶搅拌均匀,加入碳酸氢钠搅拌均匀,得功能液二备用;
(3)取聚氨酯、茶多酚、盐酸胍、N-甲基吡咯烷酮混合,在185℃加热搅拌1.1h,之后在该温度下缓慢先加入功能液一混合搅拌均匀,之后降温至90℃,缓慢加入功能液二,加热搅拌3.5h,至去离子水挥发并均匀,之后加入聚苯乙烯磺酸钠、瓜尔豆胶、山梨醇、葡甘露聚糖、无水乙二醇,高速1000r/min搅拌均匀,之后真空脱泡处理25min,即得。
对本发明实施例1-3的医用灭菌包装胶进行尽心测试,发现实施例3的医用灭菌包装胶灭菌效果较实施例1和施例2的医用灭菌包装胶灭菌效果要好,这可能是纳米银离子的作用,但是实施例2的医用灭菌包装胶的粘着力、固化速度以及温度稳定性较实施例1和施例3的医用灭菌包装胶粘着力、固化速度以及温度稳定性要好,是和组分配比有关的,经测量实施例1、实施例2、施例3的医用灭菌包装胶粘着力、固化速度以及温度稳定性如下表1。

Claims (2)
1.一种医用灭菌包装胶,其特征在于,包括由下列重量份的原料:聚氨酯19-23、盐酸胍2-4、骨胶7-9、碳酸氢钠2-3、琥珀酸3-4、壳聚糖2-4、N-甲基吡咯烷酮3-4、辛醇3-5、聚乙烯醇23-27、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯2-3、乳化硅油3-4、纳米氧化石墨烯3-5、纳米银离子1-1.6、茶多酚5-7、聚苯乙烯磺酸钠1-3、瓜尔豆胶0.2-0.4、山梨醇0.8-1.2、葡甘露聚糖0.9-1.5、无水乙二醇1.2-1.4、适量的去离子水。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的医用灭菌包装胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将辛醇、聚乙烯醇、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯、乳化硅油以及总重量4-5倍的去离子水放入带有搅拌装置的三口烧瓶中,搅拌均匀之后,加入纳米氧化石墨烯、纳米银离子混合搅拌均匀,得功能液一备用;
(2)将琥珀酸、壳聚糖以及总重量5-6倍的去离子水混合搅拌均匀,升温至50℃加入骨胶搅拌均匀,加入碳酸氢钠搅拌均匀,得功能液二备用;
(3)取聚氨酯、茶多酚、盐酸胍、N-甲基吡咯烷酮混合,在180-190℃加热搅拌1-1.2h,之后在该温度下缓慢先加入功能液一混合搅拌均匀,之后降温至88-92℃,缓慢加入功能液二,加热搅拌3-4h,至去离子水挥发并均匀,之后加入聚苯乙烯磺酸钠、瓜尔豆胶、山梨醇、葡甘露聚糖、无水乙二醇,高速1000r/min搅拌均匀,之后真空脱泡处理20-30min,即得。
