本发明涉及一种数码书刊折页机,具体的说是数码书刊折页机旋转裁刀吹气结构,属于折页机技术领域。其包括旋转裁刀辊、墙板、止转杆、固定盘和通气板,旋转裁刀辊两端通过轴承安装在墙板上,旋转裁刀辊内设有进气腔,旋转裁刀辊表面设有多个与进气腔连通的喷气嘴;旋转裁刀辊两端设有固定盘,固定盘通过止转杆固定在墙板上,固定盘上设有进气孔,进气孔上连接进气接头。旋转裁刀辊和两端的固定盘之间设有通气板,通气板固定在旋转裁刀辊上随旋转裁刀辊一起转动;通气板上设有进气槽孔,进气槽孔能够连通进气腔和进气。本发明能够使得纸带自由端压在真空吸气输纸带上,使得纸带顺利向前输送;提高了裁切精度,提高了工作效率。

本发明涉及一种数码书刊折页机,具体的说是数码书刊折页机旋转裁刀吹气结构,属于折页机技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,纸带由旋转裁刀裁断后,纸带前部分形成的单张纸帖由真空传送机构向下输送进入垂直横折机构,纸带后部分自由端在进入输送带和导向板之间前,如果没有得到有效控制,将可能缠绕在裁刀滚筒上,导致无法正常进行纸带的输送。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种数码书刊折页机旋转裁刀吹气结构,能够使得纸带自由端压在真空吸气输纸带上,使得纸带顺利向前输送。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,数码书刊折页机旋转裁刀吹气结构包括旋转裁刀辊、墙板、止转杆、固定盘和通气板,其特征是:旋转裁刀辊两端通过轴承安装在墙板上,旋转裁刀辊内设有进气腔,旋转裁刀辊表面设有多个与进气腔连通的喷气嘴;旋转裁刀辊两端设有固定盘,固定盘通过止转杆固定在墙板上,固定盘上设有进气孔,进气孔上连接进气接头;旋转裁刀辊和两端的固定盘之间设有通气板,通气板固定在旋转裁刀辊上随旋转裁刀辊一起转动;通气板上设有进气槽孔,进气槽孔能够连通进气腔和进气。
进一步的,多个喷气嘴沿着旋转裁刀辊轴向均匀分布。
进一步的,进气槽孔为圆弧形。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1~2所示,本发明主要包括旋转裁刀辊1、墙板2、止转杆3、固定盘4和通气板5,旋转裁刀辊1两端通过轴承安装在墙板2上。
旋转裁刀辊1内设有进气腔9,旋转裁刀辊1表面设有多个与进气腔9连通的喷气嘴10,多个喷气嘴10沿着旋转裁刀辊1轴向均匀分布。
旋转裁刀辊1两端设有固定盘4,固定盘4通过止转杆3固定在墙板2上。固定盘4上设有进气孔7,进气孔7上连接进气接头6。
旋转裁刀辊1和两端的固定盘4之间设有通气板5,通气板5固定在旋转裁刀辊1上随旋转裁刀辊1一起转动。通气板5上设有圆弧形的进气槽孔8,进气槽孔8能够连通进气腔9和进气孔7,使得喷气嘴10中产生喷气。
本发明的工作原理是:机器运行过程中,旋转裁刀辊在传动皮带轮的传动下,旋转裁切纸带,两侧压缩空气通过进气接头进入固定盘的进气孔中。由于固定盘是固定的,通气板是随旋转裁刀辊转动的,当通气板的进气槽孔转动到与进气孔连通时,压缩空气才能进入进气腔中,通过喷气嘴喷出。
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,能够使得纸带自由端压在真空吸气输纸带上,使得纸带顺利向前输送;提高了裁切精度,提高了工作效率。

1.一种数码书刊折页机旋转裁刀吹气结构,包括旋转裁刀辊(1)、墙板(2)、止转杆(3)、固定盘(4)和通气板(5),其特征是:旋转裁刀辊(1)两端通过轴承安装在墙板(2)上,旋转裁刀辊(1)内设有进气腔(9),旋转裁刀辊(1)表面设有多个与进气腔(9)连通的喷气嘴(10);旋转裁刀辊(1)两端设有固定盘(4),固定盘(4)通过止转杆(3)固定在墙板(2)上,固定盘(4)上设有进气孔(7),进气孔(7)上连接进气接头(6);旋转裁刀辊(1)和两端的固定盘(4)之间设有通气板(5),通气板(5)固定在旋转裁刀辊(1)上随旋转裁刀辊(1)一起转动;通气板(5)上设有进气槽孔(8),进气槽孔(8)能够连通进气腔(9)和进气孔(7)。
