本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体地,涉及一种钠基膨润土防水毯及其制备方法,用于水生态系统保护与修复以及建筑防水。钠基膨润土防水毯,包括:底层的非织造土工布、中间的钠基膨润土层和表层的塑料扁丝编织土工布,所述的钠基膨润土层通过针刺法固定在所述的非织造土工布和塑料扁丝编织土工布之间。本发明的钠基膨润土防水毯可应用于多种复杂、恶劣的水质环境工程中,属于绿色环保防水材料;整体尺寸稳定性和机械强度大大加强;钠基膨润土层充分激发了膨润土的性能潜力,所得高膨胀性能钠基膨润土在水中的分散性好,泥浆胶体性能好;塑料扁丝编织土工布具有良好的防渗效果,有利于工程质量的保证,性能参数稳定。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体地,涉及一种钠基膨润土防水毯及其制备方法,用于水生态系统保护与修复以及建筑防水。
背景技术
钠基膨润土防水毯是一种新型环保柔性土工合成材料,简称GCL,可应用于人工湖泊水景、垃圾填埋场、地下车库、水池、油库及化学品堆场等防水的土工合成材料;其在中国建筑行业得到广泛的应用和推广,除具有较强的防水性能外,还具有低温柔韧性、耐冻融循环、自封闭、抗不均匀沉降、施工简单等典型性特点。
目前应用比较广泛的钠基膨润土防水毯是将钠基膨润土颗粒或粉末通过针刺、胶粘等工艺,均匀固定在两层土工布之间或粘在高密度聚乙烯板上制成的一种新型的毯状防水材料。其内部主要起到隔水作用的钠基膨润土为片状晶体结构,各个层由非常微小的薄层与水分子层隔开,钠离子位于各层的表面,当与外界水分子接触时,水分子就被吸附在薄层上,当分子吸附混合停止时,膨润土形成一种稳定的胶体。近年来,随着农业生产和社会的发展,水污染日趋严重,致使一些地下防水工程临近的水质环境相当复杂,而由于污水中的化学物质与防水毯内部的钠基膨润土颗粒进行化学反应,当污染物中的阳离子与膨润土层间的钠离子发生离子交换反应置换出层间的钠离子,使钠基膨润土丧失应有的特性。因此现有的普通钠基膨润土防水毯已不能在复杂的水质环境中发挥较好的防水效果。特别是在地下水工程的防水处理中,被污染的地下水中常常含有高浓度的硝酸盐、磷酸盐、氯化物、硫酸盐、碳酸盐及其他有机溶剂,并且不同地区的地下水的水质成分复杂、多变,开发一种抗污染的钠基膨润土防水毯成为技术人员的当务之急。
发明内容
为解决现有技术所存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种钠基膨润土防水毯及其制备方法;应用于现有钠基膨润土防水毯不适用的水污染型工程防水,并适应用于多种复杂、恶劣的水质环境工程中,该防水毯为绿色环保防水材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
钠基膨润土防水毯,包括:底层的非织造土工布、中间的钠基膨润土层和表层的塑料扁丝编织土工布,所述的钠基膨润土层通过针刺法固定在所述的非织造土工布和塑料扁丝编织土工布之间。
上述钠基膨润土防水毯的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
1、将阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺粉末与钠基膨润土颗粒充分混合得到钠基膨润土混合物;
2、将步骤1中得到的钠基膨润土混合物均匀铺撒在所述的非织造土工布上,在所述的钠基膨润土混合物的上层平铺塑料扁丝编织土工布,采用针刺法将所述的钠基膨润土混合物固定在所述的非织造土工布与塑料扁丝编织土工布之间,制成防水毯。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、钠基膨润土防水毯可应用于多种复杂、恶劣的水质环境工程中,属于绿色环保防水材料。
2、钠基膨润土防水毯的非织造土工布的整体尺寸稳定性和机械强度(拉伸强度、撕破强度、顶破强度)大大加强;钠基膨润土层充分激发了膨润土的性能潜力,所得高膨胀性能钠基膨润土在水中的分散性好,泥浆胶体性能好;塑料扁丝编织土工布具有良好的防渗效果,有利于工程质量的保证,性能参数稳定。
3、钠基膨润土防水毯制备工艺简单,生产过程无废弃物和污染环境问题,且投资少,成本低、见效快,易于实现工业化生产。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,钠基膨润土防水毯,包括:底层的非织造土工布1、中间的钠基膨润土层3和表层的塑料扁丝编织土工布2,所述的钠基膨润土层3通过针刺法固定在所述的非织造土工布1和塑料扁丝编织土工布2之间。
所述非织造土工布包括依次上下层叠的纤维网、玻璃纤维层、聚丙烯无纺布层,经过纤维开松、混合、梳理成网、铺网、经针刺方式使纤维网上的纤维销刺穿上述各层材料、热风定型和成品卷绕而制得,热风定型的温度控制为低于纤维熔点15~25℃,所述非织造土工布的下表面设有一层HDPE薄膜,密度为0.95-0.96kg/l,该HDPE薄膜的下表面设有烧结层,该烧结层是经烧毛处理后形成的,以增大摩擦系数,减少打滑;
所述的钠基膨润土层中含有钠基膨润土颗粒、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺的混合物;所述钠基膨润土颗粒是将钠基膨润土粉料和钠盐粉料及尿素粉料利用高速混合机均匀混和,加热至90~100℃,恒温2~3小时而得到的高膨胀性能钠基膨润土,所述钠盐粉料和尿素粉料的加入量分别为钠基膨润土粉料重量的3%~5%和10%~15%;所述钠基膨润土粉料是将100份的劣质钠基膨润土和1~3份的碳铵粉末混匀并加入改性液,采用喷雾造粒法于40~50℃下静置65~75min使碳铵粉末自挥发并在80~90℃烘干制得,所述改性液包括以下重量份的组分:造孔剂1.5~2.5份、纯化剂3.5~4.5份、抗盐改性剂4~5份、去离子水为50~70份;
塑料扁丝编织土工布的表面覆有高分子膜4,高分子膜为高密度聚乙烯膜,其表面上还设有光固化胶层;其中,利用聚丙烯材料制备出厚度在0.3~0.8mm的薄膜,再将该薄膜裂割成宽度在5~8mm的塑料扁丝,利用该塑料扁丝编织成经纬向的土工布,将高密度聚乙烯由挤出机加热形成熔融液态状,并淋在土工布上,由轴辊挤压压延使熔融液态状的高密度聚乙烯均匀的粘附在所述土工布上形成高分子膜,将均匀粘附有高分子膜的土工布冷却降温,形成塑料扁丝编织土工布,最后在其表面上设置光固化胶层;
上述钠基膨润土防水毯的制备方法,具体方法如下:
1、将阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺粉末与钠基膨润土颗粒充分混合得到钠基膨润土混合物;
2、将步骤1中得到的钠基膨润土混合物均匀铺撒在所述的非织造土工布上,在所述的钠基膨润土混合物的上层平铺塑料扁丝编织土工布,采用针刺法将所述的钠基膨润土混合物固定在所述的非织造土工布与塑料扁丝编织土工布之间,制成防水毯。
所述非织造土工布的纤维网的纤维为涤纶或者丙纶短纤维,非织造土工的单位面积质量为220g/m2
所述的钠盐为氟化钠,所述钠基膨润土粉料的水分含量在10~15%,粒径小于50~60μm,所述高膨胀性能钠基膨润土的膨胀倍为50~60mL/g,所述造孔剂为碳酸氢铵,纯化剂为碳酸钠,抗盐改性剂为羟乙基纤维素。
所述的钠基膨润土层中所述的阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺的重量配比为1∶5,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺的混合物与所述的钠基膨润土颗粒的重量配比为3∶100;所述的钠基膨润土层中每平方米所含钠基膨润土颗粒、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺的混合物的质量为4kg。

Claims (1)

1.一种钠基膨润土防水毯的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下,(1)将阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺粉末与钠基膨润土颗粒充分混合得到钠基膨润土混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的钠基膨润土混合物均匀铺撒在所述的非织造土工布上,在所述的钠基膨润土混合物的上层平铺塑料扁丝编织土工布,采用针刺法将所述的钠基膨润土混合物固定在所述的非织造土工布与塑料扁丝编织土工布之间,制成防水毯;
所述非织造土工布的纤维网的纤维为涤纶或者丙纶短纤维,非织造土工的单位面积质量为220g/m2
所述的钠盐为氟化钠,所述钠基膨润土粉料的水分含量在10~ 15%,粒径小于50~60μm,所述高膨胀性能钠基膨润土的膨胀倍为50~60mL/g,所述造孔剂为碳酸氢铵,纯化剂为碳酸钠,抗盐改性剂为羟乙基纤维素;
所述的钠基膨润土层中所述的阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺的重量配比为1∶5,阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺的混合物与所述的钠基膨润土颗粒的重量配比为3∶100;所述的钠基膨润土层中每平方米所含钠基膨润土颗粒、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺的混合物的质量为4kg;
所述钠基膨润土防水毯,包括:底层的非织造土工布、中间的钠基膨润土层和表层的塑料扁丝编织土工布,其特征在于:所述的钠基膨润土层通过针刺法固定在所述的非织造土工布和塑料扁丝编织土工布之间;所述非织造土工布包括依次上下层叠的纤维网、玻璃纤维层、聚丙烯无纺布层,经过纤维开松、混合、梳理成网、铺网、经针刺方式使纤维网上的纤维销刺穿上述各层材料、热风定型和成品卷绕而制得,热风定型的温度控制为低于纤维熔点15~25℃,所述非织造土工布的下表面设有一层HDPE薄膜,密度为0.95-0.96kg/l,该HDPE薄膜的下表面设有烧结层,该烧结层是经烧毛处理后形成的;所述的钠基膨润土层中含有钠基膨润土颗粒、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺的混合物;所述钠基膨润土颗粒是将钠基膨润土粉料和钠盐粉料及尿素粉料利用高速混合机均匀混和,加热至90~100℃,恒温2~3小时而得到的高膨胀性能钠基膨润土,所述钠盐粉料和尿素粉料的加入量分别为钠基膨润土粉料重量的3%~5%和10%~15%;所述钠基膨润土粉料是将100份的劣质钠基膨润土和1~3份的碳铵粉末混匀并加入改性液,采用喷雾造粒法于40~50℃下静置65~75min使碳铵粉末自挥发并在80~90℃烘干制得,所述改性液包括以下重量份的组分:造孔剂1.5~2.5份、纯化剂3.5~4.5份、抗盐改性剂4~5份、去离子水为50~70份;所述塑料扁丝编织土工布的表面覆有高分子膜,高分子膜为高密度聚乙烯膜,高密度聚乙烯膜表面上还设有光固化胶层;其中,利用聚丙烯材料制备出厚度在0.3~0.8mm的薄膜,再将该薄膜裂割成宽度在5~8mm的塑料扁丝,利用该塑料扁丝编织成经纬向的土工布,将高密度聚乙烯由挤出机加热形成熔融液态状,并淋在土工布上,由轴辊挤压压延使熔融液态状的高密度聚乙烯均匀的粘附在所述土工布上形成高分子膜,将均匀粘附有高分子膜的土工布冷却降温,形成覆有高分子膜的塑料扁丝编织土工布,最后在其表面上设置光固化胶层。
