本发明涉及化纤制品技术领域，尤其是一种中空化纤布；包括上层化纤布和下层化纤布，所述上层化纤布和下层化纤布之间有一层大豆纤维层，所述大豆纤维层与上层化纤布、下层化纤布之间通过针织线连接；所述上层化纤布和下层化纤布由中空的化纤纱线制成，所述化纤纱线的截面呈内环面间隔设有半圆形凸起的圆环形；本发明中大豆纤维层的设计，用大豆蛋白纤维纺织而成的单丝，有着羊绒般的柔软手感，蚕丝般的柔和光泽，棉的保暖性和良好的亲肤性等优良性能，还有明显的抑菌功能，大大提高了穿着的舒适度；大豆纤维层与上层化纤布、下层化纤布之间通过针织线连接，采用此设计，结合度高，而且生产操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及化纤制品技术领域，尤其是一种中空化纤布。
背景技术
纺织行业是我国的支柱行业，每年都有大量的布匹销往全世界各地，随着人们对布匹的款式、性能以及使用场所的不断变化，各种功能的布匹也不断的涌现。近来年，随着人们生活水平的提高，人们户外运动、休闲旅游的次数逐渐增多，人们对衣物的防水、防潮以及防滑性的要求越来越高，而现在用于制作衣服的布匹倾向于舒适度以及美观度，并没有完全考虑到大自然恶劣的环境。因此，我们需要寻求一种新的技术来解决这一问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：克服现有技术中不足，提供一种透气性高、防水效果佳的中空化纤布。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种中空化纤布，包括上层化纤布和下层化纤布，所述上层化纤布和下层化纤布之间有一层大豆纤维层，所述大豆纤维层与上层化纤布、下层化纤布之间通过针织线连接；所述上层化纤布和下层化纤布由中空的化纤纱线制成，所述化纤纱线的截面呈内环面间隔设有半圆形凸起的圆环形。
进一步的，所述上层化纤布的外侧涂覆有一层PU层。
进一步的，所述PU层的厚度为500-800μm。
进一步的，所述PU层的厚度为800μm。
进一步的，所述大豆纤维层的厚度为100-200μm。
进一步的，所述化纤纱线的外面有一圈抗菌皮纱层。
更进一步的，所述抗菌皮纱层的纤维的单丝纤度是0.8-1.2dpf。
更进一步的，所述抗菌皮纱层的纤维的单丝纤度是1dpf。
采用本发明的技术方案的有益效果是：
1、本发明中大豆纤维层的设计，用大豆蛋白纤维纺织而成的单丝，有着羊绒般的柔软手感，蚕丝般的柔和光泽，棉的保暖性和良好的亲肤性等优良性能，还有明显的抑菌功能，大大提高了穿着的舒适度；大豆纤维层与上层化纤布、下层化纤布之间通过针织线连接，采用此设计，结合度高，而且生产操作方便；
2、本发明在红化纤纱线的截面呈内环面间隔设有半圆形凸起的圆环形；此结构设计大大提高了化纤纱线的透气性，同时提高了化纤布的穿着舒适度。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图，仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构，因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1和图2所示，一种中空化纤布，包括上层化纤布1和下层化纤布2，所述上层化纤布1和下层化纤布2之间有一层大豆纤维层3，大豆纤维层3的设计，用大豆蛋白纤维纺织而成的单丝，有着羊绒般的柔软手感，蚕丝般的柔和光泽，棉的保暖性和良好的亲肤性等优良性能，还有明显的抑菌功能，大大提高了穿着的舒适度；所述大豆纤维层3与上层化纤布1、下层化纤布2之间通过针织线连接，采用此设计，结合度高，而且生产操作方便；所述上层化纤布1和下层化纤布2由中空的化纤纱线5制成，中空的化纤纱线5的透气性好，有效提高了化纤布的透气性；所述化纤纱线5的截面呈内环面间隔设有半圆形凸起的圆环形；此结构设计大大提高了化纤纱线5的透气性，同时提高了化纤布的穿着舒适度。
优选的，所述上层化纤布1的外侧涂覆有一层PU层4；采用此结构，能有效提高化纤布的防水性。
优选的，所述PU层4的厚度为500-800μm，将PU层4的厚度控制在此范围内，防水效果更好，本发明中PU层4的厚度优选为800μm，其他诸如600μm、650μm、700μm、750μm均落入本发明的保护范围。
优选的，所述大豆纤维层3的厚度为100-200μm；强大豆纤维层3的厚度控制在此范围内，舒适度更好。
优选的，所述化纤纱线5的外面有一圈抗菌皮纱层6；采用此结构，可以提高化纤布的抗菌效果，提高化纤布的防虫蛀效果，提高穿着的安全性。
优选的，所述抗菌皮纱层6的纤维的单丝纤度是0.8-1.2dpf。
优选的，所述抗菌皮纱层6的纤维的单丝纤度是1dpf。

1.一种中空化纤布，其特征在于：包括上层化纤布和下层化纤布，所述上层化纤布和下层化纤布之间有一层大豆纤维层，所述大豆纤维层与上层化纤布、下层化纤布之间通过针织线连接；所述上层化纤布和下层化纤布由中空的化纤纱线制成，所述化纤纱线的截面呈内环面间隔设有半圆形凸起的圆环形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空化纤布，其特征在于：所述上层化纤布的外侧涂覆有一层PU层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种中空化纤布，其特征在于：所述PU层的厚度为500-800μm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种中空化纤布，其特征在于：所述PU层的厚度为800μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空化纤布，其特征在于：所述大豆纤维层的厚度为100-200μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空化纤布，其特征在于：所述化纤纱线的外面有一圈抗菌皮纱层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种中空化纤布，其特征在于：所述抗菌皮纱的纤维层的单丝纤度是0.8-1.2dpf。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种中空化纤布，其特征在于：所述抗菌皮纱的纤维层的单丝纤度是1dpf。
