Abstract
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,尤其是一种抑菌抗紫外线的复合面料;包括上层面料和下层面料,所述上层面料有经线和纬线编织而成,经线由抗紫外纤维和竹炭纤维纱混纺而成,纬线由大豆纤维和圣麻纤维混纺而成;所述上层面料和下层面料之间有一层吸湿排汗层,所述上层面料上还有一层抗紫外助剂;本发明中的大豆纤维其有着羊绒般的柔软手感,蚕丝般的柔和光泽,棉的保暖性和良好的亲肤性等优良性能,还有明显的抑菌功能,具有较好的吸湿性和透气性,人穿着时吸湿排汗、非常凉爽;上述结构设计,大大提高了复合面料的抗紫外线的性能和抑菌性能,同时还兼具有排湿透气性能,而且原料均为天然的,绿色环保无污染。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,尤其是一种抑菌抗紫外线的复合面料。
背景技术
当前,随着人们对服装的健康、舒适要求不断提高,服装面料的功能性特点日益受到重视。如服装在被穿着的过程中,会沾污汗液、皮脂等人体分泌物及灰尘,容易产生细菌和致病微生物,因此具备抗菌效果的纺织品的开发研究日益受到重视;抗菌织物的加工方法一般有两种:一是将织物用抗菌助剂进行后整理以获得抗菌性能;此方法加工处理过程比较简单,目前较为常用,但所得织物的抗菌效果和耐洗涤性较差。二是先制得抗菌纤维,再织成抗菌织物。又如紫外线对人体具有伤害,紫外线照射不仅使纺织品褪色、脆化,强度降低,还会使皮肤变红,产生黑色素和色斑,使皮肤失去弹性,产生皱纹,更严重还会诱发癌变。
目前较为常见的针织面料为具有上述抗菌或抗紫外线的单一功效的面料,此为现有技术的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中不足,提供一种抑菌抗紫外线效果好,同时还具有吸湿排汗功能的抑菌抗紫外线的复合面料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种抑菌抗紫外线的复合面料,包括上层面料和下层面料,所述上层面料由经线和纬线编织而成,经线由抗紫外纤维和竹炭纤维纱混纺而成,纬线由大豆纤维和圣麻纤维混纺而成;所述上层面料和下层面料之间有一层吸湿排汗层,所述上层面料上还有一层抗紫外助剂。
进一步的,所述抗紫外纤维、竹炭纤维纱、大豆纤维的横截面为中空的W型或中空的Y型。
进一步的,所述竹炭纤维纱为75D/72F竹碳纤维纱。
进一步的,所述抗紫外纤维由抗紫外线聚酯制成。
进一步的,所述吸湿排汗层是一层由吸水性树脂制成的薄膜,所述薄膜的厚度为300-400μm,所述薄膜上有若干个微孔。
进一步的,所述抗紫外助剂为纳米氧化钛涂料层,其厚度为300-400μm。
采用本发明的技术方案的有益效果是:
1、本发明中的大豆纤维其有着羊绒般的柔软手感,蚕丝般的柔和光泽,棉的保暖性和良好的亲肤性等优良性能,还有明显的抑菌功能,圣麻纤维从纤维纵向看,沿纤维方向有众多条纹,截面看呈梅花型;具有较好的吸湿性和透气性,由于再生纤维素大分子间氢键较少,再加上它的结构呈梅花型,表面有沟痕,所以它的吸湿性、透气性较好,人穿着时吸湿排汗、非常凉爽;具有天然的抑菌、防霉性:麻材具有天然的抑菌防霉性质;上述结构设计,大大提高了复合面料的抗紫外线的性能和抑菌性能,同时还兼具有排湿透气性能,而且原料均为天然的,绿色环保无污染;
2、本发明中所述上层面料和下层面料之间有一层吸湿排汗层,此设计进一步提高了复合面料的吸湿排汗功能;上层面料上还有一层抗紫外助剂,此设计进一步提高了复合面料的抗紫外线功能。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,一种抑菌抗紫外线的复合面料,包括上层面料1和下层面料2,所述上层面料1由经线和纬线编织而成,经线由抗紫外纤维和竹炭纤维纱混纺而成,纬线由大豆纤维和圣麻纤维混纺而成;大豆纤维其有着羊绒般的柔软手感,蚕丝般的柔和光泽,棉的保暖性和良好的亲肤性等优良性能,还有明显的抑菌功能,被誉为“新世纪的健康舒适纤维”;圣麻纤维从纤维纵向看,沿纤维方向有众多条纹,截面看呈梅花型;具有较好的吸湿性和透气性,由于再生纤维素大分子间氢键较少,再加上它的结构呈梅花型,表面有沟痕,所以它的吸湿性、透气性较好,人穿着时吸湿排汗、非常凉爽;具有天然的抑菌、防霉性:麻材具有天然的抑菌防霉性质;上述结构设计,大大提高了复合面料的抗紫外线的性能和抑菌性能,同时还兼具有排湿透气性能,而且原料均为天然的,绿色环保无污染;所述上层面料1和下层面料2之间有一层吸湿排汗层3,此设计进一步提高了复合面料的吸湿排汗功能;所述上层面料1上还有一层抗紫外助剂4,此设计进一步提高了复合面料的抗紫外线功能。
优选的,所述抗紫外纤维、竹炭纤维纱、大豆纤维的横截面为中空的W型或中空的Y型;采用此设计,进一步提高了复合面料的吸湿排汗功能,进一步提高了复合面料的透气性,提高了复合面料的舒适度。
优选的,所述竹炭纤维纱为75D/72F竹碳纤维纱。
优选的,所述抗紫外纤维由抗紫外线聚酯制成;采用此设计,抗紫外线的功能强,而且生产工艺简单。
优选的,所述吸湿排汗层3是一层由吸水性树脂制成的薄膜,所述薄膜的厚度为300-400μm,所述薄膜上有若干个微孔;采用此设计,吸湿排汗层3的吸湿排汗功能强,进一步提高了复合面料的吸湿排汗性。
优选的,所述抗紫外助剂4为纳米氧化钛涂料层,其厚度为300-400μm;采用此设计,进一步提高了复合面料的吸湿排汗性。

1.一种抑菌抗紫外线的复合面料,其特征在于:包括上层面料和下层面料,所述上层面料由经线和纬线编织而成,经线由抗紫外纤维和竹炭纤维纱混纺而成,纬线由大豆纤维和圣麻纤维混纺而成;所述上层面料和下层面料之间有一层吸湿排汗层,所述上层面料上还有一层抗紫外助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌抗紫外线的复合面料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外纤维、竹炭纤维纱、大豆纤维的横截面为中空的W型或中空的Y型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌抗紫外线的复合面料,其特征在于:所述竹炭纤维纱为75D/72F竹碳纤维纱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌抗紫外线的复合面料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外纤维由抗紫外线聚酯制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌抗紫外线的复合面料,其特征在于:所述吸湿排汗层是一层由吸水性树脂制成的薄膜,所述薄膜的厚度为300-400μm,所述薄膜上有若干个微孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌抗紫外线的复合面料,其特征在于:所述抗紫外助剂为纳米氧化钛涂料层,其厚度为300-400μm。
