Abstract
本发明属于化学合成领域,具体涉及一种给受体型噻吩吡啶共聚物的合成装置,包括反应器以及反应器连接的烘干器,其特征在于,所述的反应器与滴液漏斗连接;所述的反应器内上部设有温度传感器和消泡剂盒,所述的烘干器内设有容纳器,所述的容纳器通过液体管道与反应器底部连通。本发明的合成装置既能进行反应又能烘干,自动化程度高。

本发明属于化学合成领域,具体涉及一种给受体型噻吩吡啶共聚物的合成装置。
背景技术
现有的给受体型噻吩吡啶共聚物的合成装置的合成与产品烘干需要用不同的仪器完成,需要进行人为操作,而不能自动化进行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述问题,提供一种既能进行反应又能烘干的给受体型噻吩吡啶共聚物的合成装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:给受体型噻吩吡啶共聚物的合成装置,包括反应器以及反应器连接的烘干器,其特征在于,所述的反应器与滴液漏斗连接;所述的反应器内上部设有温度传感器和消泡剂盒,所述的烘干器内设有容纳器,所述的容纳器通过液体管道与反应器底部连通。
所述的反应器的外壁为保温层,所述的反应器底部设有加热器。所述的液体管道与反应器底部的液体流出口连接。可以人为控制液体流出口打开或关闭,通过开闭阀实现。所述的烘干器的上盖可拆卸。所述的烘干器内设有支撑容纳器的支撑块。所述的温度传感器与控制器连接。
本发明的合成装置既能进行反应又能烘干,自动化程度高。

下面结合具体实施例,对本发明技术方案作进一步详细说明。
根据图1,给受体型噻吩吡啶共聚物的合成装置,包括反应器2以及反应器连接的烘干器11,其特征在于,所述的反应器与滴液漏斗1连接;所述的反应器内上部设有温度传感器7和消泡剂盒8,打开消泡剂盒使消泡剂进入反应器的反应液中,所述的烘干器内设有容纳器9,所述的容纳器通过液体管道5与反应器底部连通。
所述的反应器的外壁为保温层3,所述的反应器底部设有加热器4。所述的液体管道与反应器底部的液体流出口6连接。可以人为控制液体流出口打开或关闭,通过开闭阀实现。所述的烘干器的上盖可拆卸。所述的烘干器内设有支撑容纳器的支撑块10。所述的温度传感器与控制器连接。
本发明的合成装置既能进行反应又能烘干,自动化程度高。

1.给受体型噻吩吡啶共聚物的合成装置,包括反应器以及反应器连接的烘干器,其特征在于,所述的反应器与滴液漏斗连接;所述的反应器内上部设有温度传感器和消泡剂盒,所述的烘干器内设有容纳器,所述的容纳器通过液体管道与反应器底部连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的给受体型噻吩吡啶共聚物的合成装置,其特征在于,所述的反应器的外壁为保温层,所述的反应器底部设有加热器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的给受体型噻吩吡啶共聚物的合成装置,其特征在于,所述的液体管道与反应器底部的液体流出口连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的给受体型噻吩吡啶共聚物的合成装置,其特征在于,所述的烘干器的上盖可拆卸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的给受体型噻吩吡啶共聚物的合成装置,其特征在于,所述的烘干器内设有支撑容纳器的支撑块。
