(1)将益母草12g、玳玳花8g、艾叶5g、山楂8g、青藁15g、夏枯草25g、甘草15g、生地20g、川芎6g和艾叶6g脱水烘干后粉碎待用；
(2)将杜仲12g、熟地15g、白术20g、黄柏5g、牛膝5g、黄茂8g、桂枝15g、茯苓8g、条芩8g和虎杖20g加重量五倍水熬制成一倍水量后取汁待用；
(3)将木瓜50g榨汁后待用；
(4)将步骤(1)中的干粉和步骤(2)和步骤(3)中的汁液混合搅拌后制成药丸风干后即为成品。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于妇产科产后恢复的中药，其特征在于：所述益母草为12g、所述玳玳花为8g、所述艾叶为5g、所述杜仲为12g、所述熟地为15g、所述白术为20g、所述黄柏为5g、所述牛膝为5g、所述黄茂为8g、所述桂枝为15g、所述木瓜为50g、所述茯苓为8g、所述条芩为8g、所述山楂为8g、所述青藁为15g、所述虎杖为20g、所述夏枯草为25g、所述甘草为15g、所述生地为20g、所述川芎为6g、所述艾叶为6g。
3.一种用于妇产科产后恢复的中药制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)将益母草12g、玳玳花8g、艾叶5g、山楂8g、青藁15g、夏枯草25g、甘草15g、生地20g、川芎6g和艾叶6g脱水烘干后粉碎待用；
(2)将杜仲12g、熟地15g、白术20g、黄柏5g、牛膝5g、黄茂8g、桂枝15g、茯苓8g、条芩8g和虎杖20g加重量五倍水熬制成一倍水量后取汁待用；
(3)将木瓜50g榨汁后待用；
(4)将步骤(1)中的干粉和步骤(2)和步骤(3)中的汁液混合搅拌后制成药丸风干后即为成品。
