本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是一种髌骨张力板固定系统,包括:若干块张力板,所述张力板上具有若干个板孔,至少两根导针和冒头,所述张力板上的任意两个板孔分别套设在任意两根导针的一端,使张力板在髌骨前形成张力带,所述导针两端通过冒头将张力板固定在导针上。本发明提供的一种髌骨张力板固定系统,操作简单,手术时间短,张力板表面光滑,对髌骨组织刺激性小,螺纹导针较普通克氏针对骨块把持力大固定效果更好,既有张力带作用又可以对骨折端产生轴向加压应力,冒头固定张力板牢固不易滑脱,再次手术取出内固定物无需切开髌前腱膜。

髌骨张力板固定系统
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是一种髌骨张力板固定系统。
背景技术
髌骨骨折为关节内骨折占全身骨折的1%,主要是由直接暴力、间接暴力、肌肉强烈收缩力引起。髌骨维持膝关节稳定、传导并增强股四头肌力量等起着重要作用,骨折后主要引起伸膝装置连续性丧失和潜在的髌股关节失调。目前常用的治疗方法有克氏针张力带、空心螺钉张力带、镍钛聚髌器、可吸收材料治疗髌骨骨折、Cable-pin内固定系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种髌骨张力板固定系统,导针配合冒头使用将张力板固定,既有张力带作用又可以对骨折端产生轴向加压应力,并且张力板牢固不易滑脱,再次手术取出内固定物无需切开髌前腱膜,操作简单,手术时间短。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种髌骨张力板固定系统,包括:若干块张力板,所述张力板上具有若干个板孔,至少两根导针和冒头,所述张力板上的任意两个板孔分别套设在任意两根导针的一端,使张力板在髌骨前形成张力带,所述导针两端通过冒头将张力板固定在导针上。
具体地,所述张力板的一端具有一个板孔,另一端由远及近地设有若干个板孔。
作为优选,所述导针两端具有螺纹结构,所述冒头通过螺纹结构将张力板固定在导针上。
作为优选,所述导针的一端具有一延长段。
作为优选,所述髌骨张力板固定系统包括两块张力板和两根导针,所述张力板在髌骨前形成交叉张力带。
作为优选,所述张力板为张力钢板,所述导针为钢质导针。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种髌骨张力板固定系统,操作简单,手术时间短,张力板表面光滑,对髌骨组织刺激性小,螺纹导针较普通克氏针对骨块把持力大固定效果更好,既有张力带作用又可以对骨折端产生轴向加压应力,冒头固定张力板牢固不易滑脱,再次手术取出内固定物无需切开髌前腱膜。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,一种髌骨张力板固定系统,包括:若干块张力板1,张力板1上具有若干个板孔11,至少两根导针2,和冒头3,
张力板1上的任意两个板孔11分别套设在任意两根导针2的一端,使张力板1在髌骨前形成张力带,导针2两端通过冒头3将张力板1固定在导针2上。
在使用时,假设骨折为简单横行骨折,复位骨折后采用两枚导针2垂直骨折面平穿行髌骨上下极,以带孔张力板1在髌骨前形成张力带,选取合适长度的板孔11分别穿过髌骨上下极导针2两端,用冒头3旋入导针2两端锁紧固定,剪除多余导针2及张力板1。
在一种具体实施方式中,如图2所示,张力板1的一端具有一个板孔11,另一端由远及近地设有若干个板孔11。在本具体实施中,张力板1的一端具有一个板孔11,另一端由远及近地设有五个板孔11。在使用时,张力板1只有一只板孔11的一端穿设在导针2的一端,另一端根据髌骨的大小及位置,选取合适的板孔11穿设在另一根导针2的另一端,将多余的导针2及张力板1剪除。
在一种具体实施方式中,导针2两端具有螺纹结构21,冒头3通过螺纹结构21将张力板1固定在导针2上。一方面方便冒头3和导针2配合将张力板1固定,另一方面,导针2的螺纹结构21较普通克氏针对骨块把持力大固定效果更好。
为了方便手术过程中将张力板1固定,导针2的一端具有一延长段22。
在一种具体实施方式中,如图3所示,髌骨张力板固定系统包括两块张力板1和两根导针2,张力板1在髌骨前形成交叉张力带。
在使用时,假设骨折为简单横行骨折,复位骨折后两枚螺纹导针2垂直骨折面平穿行髌骨上下极,以两块带孔张力板1在髌骨前交叉形成张力带,选取合适长度的板孔11分别穿过髌骨上下极螺纹导针2两端,用四枚冒头3旋入螺纹导针2两端锁紧固定,剪除多余导针2及张力板1。
在一种具体实施方式中,如为粉碎性骨折骨块多可用多枚螺纹导针2固定骨块,根据固定需要可选择多块带孔张力板1在髌骨前交叉形成张力带固定所有骨块。
髌骨骨折时,螺纹导针2直径、张力板1厚度及宽度、冒头3的大小在满足固定强度的要求下越小对髌骨的骨质及血运破坏就越小,螺纹导针2及张力板1的材质应具备良好的弹性及强度保证张力带的固定效果。在本具体实施例中,张力板1优选为张力钢板,导针2优选为钢质导针。

若干块张力板(1),所述张力板(1)上具有若干个板孔(11),
至少两根导针(2),和
冒头(3),
所述张力板(1)上的任意两个板孔(11)分别套设在任意两根导针(2)的一端,使张力板(1)在髌骨前形成张力带,所述导针(2)两端通过冒头(3)将张力板(1)固定在导针(2)上,所述导针(2)两端具有螺纹结构(21),所述冒头(3)通过螺纹结构(21)将张力板(1)固定在导针(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的髌骨张力板固定系统,其特征在于:所述张力板(1)的一端具有一个板孔(11),另一端由远及近地设有若干个板孔(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的髌骨张力板固定系统,其特征在于:所述导针(2)的一端具有一延长段(22)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的髌骨张力板固定系统,其特征在于:所述髌骨张力板固定系统包括两块张力板(1)和两根导针(2),所述张力板(1)在髌骨前形成交叉张力带。
