Abstract

本发明公开了一种一体化发泡混凝土墙板及其制备方法，其中，一体化发泡混凝土墙板由三层组成，中间层为发泡混凝土，两侧为模板，前述模板为饰面板，三层一体成型，泡沫混凝土浇筑在模板内。本发明的有益之处在于：(1)本发明的一体化发泡混凝土墙板，因中间层的发泡混凝土有较多的气孔，所以房间的隔音、保温效果良好，因两侧采用饰面板作为模板，所以不仅可以有效阻止发泡混凝土吸水开裂，而且装修时可以直接贴墙纸，使用起来十分方便；(2)本发明的制作一体化发泡混凝土墙板的方法操作简单，施工方便，有利于实现工业化规模生产。

Description

一体化发泡混凝土墙板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种墙板及其制备方法，具体涉及一种一体化发泡混凝土墙板及其制备方法，属于建材技术领域。
背景技术
泡沫混凝土因其具有轻质、保温隔热性能好、隔音耐火性能好等优点，所以在建材市场上较为常见。
但是，在实际使用中发现，泡沫混凝土也不可避免的存在以下一些缺点，例如：强度低、开孔率偏高、开裂、吸水等。这些缺点严重影响了泡沫混凝土的应用效果。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种一体化发泡混凝土墙板及其制备方法，制备该一体化发泡混凝土墙板的方法操作简单、施工方便，制备得到的一体化发泡混凝土墙板不仅具有良好的隔音、保温效果，而且不易开裂和吸水，同时还可以直接贴墙纸，使用十分方便。
为了实现上述目标，本发明采用如下的技术方案：
一体化发泡混凝土墙板，其特征在于，由三层组成，中间层为发泡混凝土，两侧为模板，前述模板为饰面板，三层一体成型。
前述的一体化发泡混凝土墙板，其特征在于，前述发泡混凝土中掺有纤维。
前述的一体化发泡混凝土墙板，其特征在于，前述纤维为短切玄武岩纤维或玻璃纤维。
前述的一体化发泡混凝土墙板，其特征在于，前述饰面板为木板。
前述的一体化发泡混凝土墙板，其特征在于，前述中间层的厚度为80-100mm，模板的厚度为12-15mm。
制作前述的一体化发泡混凝土墙板的方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)在泡沫混凝土浇筑台面上安放由饰面板做成的模板；
(2)配制泡沫混凝土；
(3)在模板内浇筑泡沫混凝土；
(4)放置于混凝土养护室进行蒸压养护；
(5)蒸养结束即完成一体化发泡混凝土墙板的制作。
本发明的有益之处在于：
(1)本发明的一体化发泡混凝土墙板，因中间层的发泡混凝土有较多的气孔，所以房间的隔音、保温效果良好，因两侧采用饰面板作为模板，所以不仅可以有效阻止发泡混凝土吸水开裂，而且装修时可以直接贴墙纸，使用起来十分方便；
(2)本发明的制作一体化发泡混凝土墙板的方法操作简单，施工方便，有利于实现工业化规模生产。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
参照图1，本发明的一体化发泡混凝土墙板由三层组成，其中，中间层为发泡混凝土2，两侧为模板1和模板3，三层一体成型。
中间层发泡混凝土2的厚度为80-100mm。由于发泡混凝土自身气孔较多，所以本发明的墙板隔音、保温效果良好。
作为一种优选的方案，发泡混凝土2中掺有纤维，纤维为短切玄武岩纤维或玻璃纤维。掺入纤维后，可有效防止墙板开裂。
模板1和模板3均为普通的饰面板，厚度为12-15mm。饰面板既可以是木板，也可以是其他材质的不发生形变的板子，其中，以木板为优选，因为木板既可以阻止发泡混凝土吸水，又可以直接粘贴墙纸，使用起来十分方便。
制作本发明的一体化发泡混凝土墙板的方法如下：
(1)在泡沫混凝土浇筑台面上安放由饰面板做成的模板；
(2)配制泡沫混凝土；
(3)在模板内浇筑泡沫混凝土；
(4)放置于混凝土养护室进行蒸压养护；
(5)蒸养结束即完成一体化发泡混凝土墙板的制作。
由此可见，本发明的制作方法操作简单，施工方便，有利于实现工业化规模生产。
对本发明制备得到的一体化发泡混凝土墙板的性能进行检测，并将其与现有的泡沫混凝土相比，结果：本发明的一体化发泡混凝土墙板强度更高、开孔率更低、不易开裂和吸水，应用效果良好。
需要说明的是，上述实施例不以任何形式限制本发明，凡采用等同替换或等效变换的方式所获得的技术方案，均落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一体化发泡混凝土墙板，其特征在于，由三层组成，中间层为发泡混凝土，两侧为模板，所述模板为饰面板，三层一体成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体化发泡混凝土墙板，其特征在于，所述发泡混凝土中掺有纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一体化发泡混凝土墙板，其特征在于，所述纤维为短切玄武岩纤维或玻璃纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一体化发泡混凝土墙板，其特征在于，所述饰面板为木板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一体化发泡混凝土墙板，其特征在于，所述中间层的厚度为80-100mm，模板的厚度为12-15mm。
6.制作权利要求1所述的一体化发泡混凝土墙板的方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)在泡沫混凝土浇筑台面上安放由饰面板做成的模板；
(2)配制泡沫混凝土；
(3)在模板内浇筑泡沫混凝土；
(4)放置于混凝土养护室进行蒸压养护；
(5)蒸养结束即完成一体化发泡混凝土墙板的制作。
