一种防伪荧光油墨,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:环氧树脂25-32份,酮醛树脂8-11份,润湿剂1-3份,荧光材料11-14份,磺胺异恶唑0.5-2份,硅酸镁3-9份,两面针挥发油2-5份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠6-9份,丙烯酸丁酯2.5-9份,异丙醇10-16份,石蜡2-4份,润湿分散剂1.2-2.8份,消泡剂0.5-2份,无水乙醇3.5-8份,一元醇2.6-5份,乙酸丙酯22份,高岭土13-19份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明的荧光油墨,具有很好的荧光效果,同时在紫外光线下具有很好的防伪效果,且耐磨性较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防伪荧光油墨。
背景技术
荧光油墨是票券印刷中应用比较多的油墨之一,其主要成分是荧光颜料。荧光颜料属功能性发光颜料,与一般颜料的区别在于当外来光(含紫外光)照射时,能吸收一定形态的能,而激发光子,以低可见光形式将吸收的能量释放出来,从而产生不同色相的荧光现象。不同色光结合形成异常鲜艳的色彩,而当光停止照射后,发光现象即消失,因此称为荧光颜料。荧光颜料属功能性发光颜料,在吸收紫外线后能够很好的起到光亮效果,因此,国内大部分的包装采用隐形荧光油墨,具有良好的广阔前景。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种荧光油墨,具有很好的荧光效果,同时在紫外光线下具有很好的防伪效果,且耐磨性较好。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种防伪荧光油墨,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
环氧树脂25-32份,酮醛树脂8-11份,润湿剂1-3份,荧光材料11-14份,磺胺异恶唑0.5-2份,硅酸镁3-9份,两面针挥发油2-5份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠6-9份,丙烯酸丁酯2.5-9份,异丙醇10-16份,石蜡2-4份,润湿分散剂1.2-2.8份,消泡剂0.5-2份,无水乙醇3.5-8份,一元醇2.6-5份,乙酸丙酯22份,高岭土13-19份。
