用于电解电容器的传送装置
技术领域
本发明涉及电容器传送领域,尤其涉及一种用于电解电容器的传送装置。
背景技术
电解电容是一种用于储能的电子元器件,包括电解电容本体和两个引脚(一个引脚为正极,另一引脚为负极),为了避免电容器引脚易被弯折的问题,通常会在电容器引脚上插上两个保护套筒,该保护套筒具有弹性形变,保护套筒内设有用于容纳引脚的容纳槽,该容纳槽沿保护套筒轴向设置,在将电解电容两引脚插入到两保护套筒内时,需要将电容器两引脚所处平面与两保护套筒的容纳槽保持同一平面,但由于电解电容本体为圆柱体易滚动,所以在放置或传送的过程中,部分电解电容的引脚会随电解电容本体发生不同角度的偏转,导致电解电容引脚无法准确插入到保护套筒内。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种用于电解电容器的传送装置,以解决因电解电容本体易滚动,导致其引脚无法准确插入到保护套筒内的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案如下:用于电解电容器的传送装置,包括机架、拨正机构和用于传送电解电容的传送带,所述传送带上设有弧形槽,该弧形槽沿传送带传送方向设置,所述弧形槽内设有数个均匀排布的隔板,所述隔板的高度与电解电容器的半径相匹配,所述拨正机构包括气缸和具有弹性形变的拨正板,所述拨正板设于传送带上方,所述拨正板一端铰接在机架上,拨正板的另一端横跨过传送带连接在气缸上,所述气缸处于收缩状态时,拨正板距弧形槽内底部距离与电解电容器的半径相匹配。
本方案的原理及优点在于:在实际操作中,电解电容随传送带输送至拨正板下方,由于电解电容本体为圆柱体易滚动,所以在放置或传送的过程中,各电解电容的两引脚会发生不同角度的偏转,以至于影响后续电解电容的两引脚与保护套筒的安装。此时,气缸拉动拨正板绕拨正板铰接点向下转动,由于当气缸处于收缩状态时,拨正板距弧形槽内底部距离与电解电容器的半径相匹配,而电解电容两引脚均设在电解电容中心线上,所以,如有电解电容引脚倾斜的置于隔板处,拨正板便拨动引脚转动一定角度,使两引脚均平放在隔板上。如此反复使每个电解电容的两引脚均平放在隔板上,以保证电解电容的两引脚与保护套筒的准确安装。
优选方案一:作为基础方案的改进,由于橡胶是绝缘材料,且质地柔软,所以特在所述隔板表面设有橡胶层,一方面避免电解电容在传送过程中导电,另一方面避免电解电容磨损。
优选方案二:作为优选方案一的改进,为了避免拨正板偏离方向,特在所述机架上竖直设有供拨正板滑动的滑槽,从而使拨正板平稳的沿滑槽方向上下运动。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:传送带1、弧形槽2、隔板3、拨正板4、气缸5、引脚6、电解电容7。
实施例基本如附图1所示:用于电解电容器的传送装置,包括机架、拨正机构和用于传送电解电容7的传送带1,传送带1底部开设有弧形槽2,该弧形槽2沿传送带1传送方向设置,弧形槽2内竖直安装有数个均匀排布的隔板3,隔板3的高度与电解电容7的半径相匹配。在隔板3表面安装有橡胶层,由于橡胶是绝缘材料,且质地柔软,所以通过安装橡胶层,一方面避免电解电容7在传送过程中导电,另一方面避免电解电容7磨损。
拨正机构包括气缸5和具有弹性形变的拨正板4,拨正板4安装于传送带1上方,拨正板4左端铰接在机架上,拨正板4的右端横跨过传送带1连接在气缸5的活塞杆上。当气缸5处于收缩状态时,拨正板4距弧形槽2内底部距离与电解电容7器的半径相匹配。为了避免拨正板4偏离方向,特在所述机架上竖直设有供拨正板4滑动的滑槽,从而使拨正板4平稳的沿滑槽方向上下运动。
在实际操作中,电解电容7随传送带1输送至拨正板4下方,由于电解电容7本体为圆柱体,所以在放置或传送的过程中,各电解电容7的两引脚6会发生不同角度的偏转,以至于影响后续电解电容7的两引脚6与其他零配件的安装。此时,气缸5拉动拨正板4绕拨正板4铰接点向下转动,由于当气缸5处于收缩状态时,拨正板4距弧形槽2内底部距离与电解电容7器的半径相匹配,而电解电容7两引脚6均位于电解电容7中心线上,所以,如有电解电容7引脚6倾斜的置于隔板3处,拨正板4便拨动引脚6转动一定角度,使两引脚6均平放在隔板3上。如此反复使每个电解电容7的两引脚6均平放在隔板3上,以保证电解电容7的两引脚6与其他零配件的安装。

1.用于电解电容器的传送装置,其特征在于,包括机架、拨正机构和用于传送电解电容的传送带,所述传送带上设有弧形槽,该弧形槽沿传送带传送方向设置,所述弧形槽内竖直安装有数个均匀排布的隔板,所述隔板的高度与电解电容器的半径相匹配,所述拨正机构包括气缸和具有弹性形变的拨正板,所述拨正板设于传送带上方,所述拨正板一端铰接在机架上,拨正板的另一端横跨过传送带连接在气缸上,所述气缸处于收缩状态时,拨正板距弧形槽内底部距离与电解电容器的半径相匹配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于电解电容器的传送装置,其特征在于:所述隔板表面设有橡胶层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于电解电容器的传送装置,其特征在于:所述机架上竖直设有供拨正板滑动的滑槽。
