Abstract

本发明涉及机械制造加工领域,特指一种用于将铜管、铝管、薄壁钢管等管子弯曲成规则的螺旋线形状的一种弯管夹具,主要由螺母,端板,双头螺栓I,夹具体I,夹具体II,芯轴,夹具体IV,双头螺栓II和夹具体III构成。本发明构思巧妙,结构合理,操作简便,能将铜管、铝管、薄壁钢管等管子弯曲成规则的螺旋线形状。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械制造加工领域,特指一种用于将铜管、铝管、薄壁钢管等管子弯曲成规则的螺旋线形状的一种弯管夹具。
背景技术
在机械制造加工领域经常需要将铜管、铝管、薄壁钢管等管子弯曲成螺旋线形状。然而,如果没有合适的夹具就不太容易将铜管、铝管、薄壁钢管等管子弯曲成符合要求的螺旋线形状,甚至会发生管子压扁、变形、扭曲、形状不规则、压裂等缺陷。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种弯管夹具。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
所述一种弯管夹具主要由螺母,端板,双头螺栓I,夹具体I,夹具体II,芯轴,夹具体IV,双头螺栓II和夹具体III构成。所述双头螺栓I的两头分别是左旋螺纹I和右旋螺纹I。所述双头螺栓II的两头分别是左旋螺纹II和右旋螺纹II。所述夹具体I有左旋螺孔I、面I,所述夹具体III有右旋螺孔I、面II,所述夹具体II有左旋螺孔II,所述夹具体IV有右旋螺孔II。所述双头螺栓I的所述左旋螺纹I与所述夹具体I的所述左旋螺孔I配合,所述双头螺栓I的所述右旋螺纹I与所述夹具体III的所述右旋螺孔I配合,所述双头螺栓II的所述左旋螺纹II与所述夹具体II的所述左旋螺孔II配合,所述双头螺栓II的所述右旋螺纹II与所述夹具体IV的所述右旋螺孔II配合。所述端板有切口圆孔、面III、面IV和通孔I,所述通孔I的形状为矩形半圆通孔。所述面I、所述面II、所述面III和所述面IV的弧面半径相同。所述面III和所述面IV关于所述切口圆孔对称分布。所述芯轴有切口圆柱、通孔II和通孔III。所述切口圆孔与所述切口圆柱配合。所述通孔I的半圆半径大于所述双头螺栓I的螺纹大径的一半。所述通孔II的直径大于所述双头螺栓I的螺纹大径。所述通孔III的直径大于所述双头螺栓II的螺纹大径。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明构思巧妙,结构合理,操作简便,能将铜管、铝管、薄壁钢管等管子弯曲成规则的螺旋线形状。

所述一种弯管夹具主要由两只所述螺母(1),两块所述端板(2),两根所述双头螺栓I(3),所述夹具体I(4),所述夹具体II(5),所述芯轴(6),所述夹具体IV(7),两根所述双头螺栓II(8)和所述夹具体III(9)构成。所述双头螺栓I(3)有所述左旋螺纹I(10)和所述右旋螺纹I(11)。所述双头螺栓II有所述左旋螺纹II(12)和所述右旋螺纹II(13)。所述夹具体I(4)有两个左右对称分布的所述左旋螺孔I(14)和两个左右对称分布的所述面I(20),所述夹具体III(9)有两个左右对称分布的所述右旋螺孔I(15)和两个左右对称分布的所述面II(21),所述夹具体II(5)有两个左右对称分布的所述左旋螺孔II(16),所述夹具体IV(7)有两个左右对称分布的所述右旋螺孔II(17)。所述左旋螺纹I(10)与所述左旋螺孔I(14)配合,所述右旋螺纹I(11)与所述右旋螺孔I(15)配合,所述左旋螺纹II(12)与所述左旋螺孔II(16)配合,所述右旋螺纹II(13)与所述右旋螺孔II(17)配合。所述端板(2)有所述切口圆孔(18)、所述面III(22)、所述面IV(23)和所述通孔I(24),所述通孔I(24)的形状为矩形半圆通孔。所述面I(20)、所述面II(21)、所述面III(22)和所述面IV(23)的弧面半径相同。所述面III(22)和所述面IV(23)关于所述切口圆孔(18)对称分布。所述芯轴(6)有两个左右对称分布的所述切口圆柱(19)、两个左右对称分布的所述通孔II(25)和两个左右对称分布的所述通孔III(26)。所述切口圆孔(18)与所述切口圆柱(19)配合。所述通孔I(24)的半圆半径大于所述双头螺栓I(3)的螺纹大径的一半。所述通孔II(25)的直径大于所述双头螺栓I(3)的螺纹大径。所述通孔III(26)的直径大于所述双头螺栓II(8)的螺纹大径。
所述一种弯管夹具装配时,将两根所述双头螺栓II(8)分别插入所述芯轴(6)的两个所述通孔III(26),通过旋动两根所述双头螺栓II(8)在两根所述双头螺栓II(8)的两头分别装入所述夹具体II(5)和所述夹具体IV(7),将两根所述双头螺栓I(3)分别插入所述芯轴(6)的两个所述通孔II(25),通过旋动两根所述双头螺栓I(3)在两根所述双头螺栓I(3)的两头分别装入所述夹具体I(4)和所述夹具体III(9),在所述芯轴(6)的两端各装入一块所述端板(2),使两块所述端板(2)的所述通孔III(26)相向并分别卡入各自的所述双头螺栓I(3),然后各用一只所述螺母(1)旋紧。同时或交替旋动两根所述双头螺栓I(3),直到所述面I(20)与所述面III(22)接触、所述面II(21)与所述面IV(24)接触。同时或交替旋动两根所述双头螺栓II(8),直到所述夹具体I(4)、所述夹具体II(5)、所述夹具体III(9)和所述夹具体IV(7)组成一个完整的圆柱体,此时所述夹具体I(4)、所述夹具体II(5)、所述夹具体III(9)和所述夹具体IV(7)上的半圆弧槽构成了一个规则的螺旋槽。
所述一种弯管夹具使用时,将所述芯轴(6)的一端夹在车床的三爪卡盘上,将所述芯轴(6)的另一端用车床的尾座上的顶尖顶住,将一定长度和相应直径的铜管、铝管或薄壁钢管等管子靠在夹具的螺旋槽上将其弯曲成规则的螺旋线形状,旋出右侧的所述螺母(1),取出同一侧的所述端板(2),同时或交替旋动两根所述双头螺栓II(8),使所述夹具体II(5)和所述夹具体IV(7)同时向里面收缩,同时或交替旋松两根所述双头螺栓I(3),使所述夹具体I(4)和所述夹具体III(9)同时向里面收缩,取下被弯曲成形的管子即可。

1.一种弯管夹具,主要由螺母,端板,双头螺栓I,夹具体I,夹具体II,芯轴,夹具体IV,双头螺栓II和夹具体III构成,其特征是:所述双头螺栓I的两头分别是左旋螺纹I和右旋螺纹I;所述双头螺栓II的两头分别是左旋螺纹II和右旋螺纹II;所述夹具体I有左旋螺孔I、面I,所述夹具体III有右旋螺孔I、面II,所述夹具体II有左旋螺孔II,所述夹具体IV有右旋螺孔II;所述左旋螺纹I与所述左旋螺孔I配合,所述右旋螺纹I与所述右旋螺孔I配合,所述左旋螺纹II与所述左旋螺孔II配合,所述右旋螺纹II与所述右旋螺孔II配合;所述端板有切口圆孔、面III、面IV和通孔I,所述通孔I的形状为矩形半圆通孔,所述面I、所述面II、所述面III和所述面IV的弧面半径相同;所述面III和所述面IV关于所述切口圆孔对称分布;所述芯轴有切口圆柱、通孔II和通孔III;所述切口圆孔与所述切口圆柱配合;所述通孔I的半圆半径大于所述双头螺栓I的螺纹大径的一半;所述通孔II的直径大于所述双头螺栓I的螺纹大径;所述通孔III的直径大于所述双头螺栓II的螺纹大径。
