Abstract

本发明涉及一种可锻炼腿部和腰部的健身器。健身器包括上部分和下部分，健身器的上部分和下部分通过拼接组合而成，上部分的表面由平面和曲面组合而成，曲面为向上凸起的弧面，下部分为半圆柱体结构。将本发明的下部分的半圆结构放在小腿部位，将平面与大腿相抵，曲面与臀部相接触，利用大腿和小腿的力量将该一种可锻炼腿部和腰部的健身器稳定在大腿与小腿之间，可以促进腿部的锻炼，有助于健身。

本发明涉及一种健身辅助工具，尤其涉及一种可锻炼腿部和腰部的健身器。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展，人们对身体健康日益重视，以致运动器材的使用越来越广泛。而时下的运动健身器大多价格不菲，且由于家庭空间有限，家庭成员年龄体能不等等因素，导致具体的健身器材并不能频繁有效的使用，许多器材在购买一段时间后便闲置一旁，并不适合长期使用。
比起采用健身器材进行运动，一些简易基本的运动方式更适合广泛推广，例如仰卧起坐，平板支撑等，通过将四肢和腰部进行锻炼起到健身的功效。但是，这类运动也存在弊端，由于施力过度或姿势不规范，在无支撑的情况下往往会伤及身体，因此研究一种简单耐用的健身辅助工具尤为必要。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是克服上述现有技术的缺陷，提供一种可锻炼腿部和腰部的健身器，该健身器既能起到减肥健身左右，又适合长期使用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采取的技术方案如下：
一种可锻炼腿部和腰部的健身器，其特征在于，包括上部分和下部分，所述健身器的上部分和下部分通过拼接组合而成，所述上部分的表面由平面和曲面组合而成，曲面为向上凸起的弧面，所述下部分为半圆柱体结构，
进一步的，所述曲面与平面在相接处有一条交线。
本发明与现有技术相比，其显著优点为：
本发明的结构设计合理，通过曲面结构和平面结构的一体化，能更紧密的置于大腿与小腿之间，这种方式既能锻炼腿部肌肉又减少了因为棱角挤压造成的腿部的不适。在使用过程中，使用者保持几近深蹲的姿势，深蹲是提高腿部力量的最好动作，在保持该姿势的时候，由于使用了健身器，所以腿部臀部和腰部全部在用力，促进全身肌肉的生长。而且下蹲强心，有助于心脏的锻炼。使用过程中通过健身器与身体肌肉相互挤压，上身与大腿，大腿与小腿均成三角结构，由于三角形具有稳定性进而可以更好的增强下蹲的稳定性，可以延长使用时间以起到更好效果。
本发明为简易健身装置，尺寸适合随身携带，大大减少了传统的大型健身器械的不便，可以随时随地使用。在使用的过程中不需要太多的辅助设施如接通电源等，很好的节约了资源。健身器由于形状设计合理，灵活性强，可运用于多种健身动作。本发明的大小适宜，可适用于各类身材的人群，故能够减少购买量以节约资金。

具体实施方式
一种可锻炼腿部和腰部的健身器，健身器的下部分2为半圆柱体结构。健身器的上部分1分为平面3和曲面4两部分，所述曲面4与平面3在底部相接处有一条交线。
使用方式：将本发明的下部分的半圆结构放在小腿部位，将顶部的平面与大腿相抵，顶部的曲面与臀部相接触，利用大腿和小腿的力量将该健身器稳定在大腿与小腿之间，大腿与小腿通过健身器进行相互挤压，使得上半身与小腿成相互平行的状态，以达到锻炼的效果。在使用过程中，通过使用者保持几近深蹲的姿势促进多处肌肉的锻炼，深蹲是提高腿部力量的最好动作，在保持该姿势的时候因为使用了本发明，腿部臀部和腰部全部在用力，促进全身肌肉的生长。通过健身器与身体肌肉相互挤压，人体形成三角支撑，利用三角形稳定性可以更好的增强下蹲的稳定性，可以增加使用的时间起到更好效果。
