Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型医用气管插管,是为了解决现有经皮气管切开术定位困难、操作难度大、反复穿刺损伤大,耗时长,手术风险较高,术后气管易塌陷或狭窄的缺点。为了解决以上技术问题,本发明包括气管插管和其上方的开口、定位灯和气囊组成。其特征在于:通过改进后的气管插管和气囊,既能保证患者的有效通气,又可通过气管插管的支撑,防止穿刺时挤压引起气管塌陷和气道狭窄等并发症,插管前端上方的圆形开口,和周围的四个定位贴片灯,可以引导穿刺方向,提高穿刺的准确性,减少因反复穿刺造成的损伤及并发症。

本专利涉及医疗器材技术领域,具体涉及一种辅助经皮气管切开插管。
背景技术
在医疗工作中,经皮气管切开术是一种常用、快速、有效的人工气道建立措施,但术中盲穿易损伤周围组织,特别是肥胖患者和其他气管暴露不充分的患者,常常因穿刺定位困难、操作难度大、反复穿刺损伤大,耗时长,人为增加了手术风险;另外,随着该项技术的大量应用,人们发现因术中无保护的挤压气管,极易导致患者气管塌陷或气道狭窄,引起极为严重的并发症和后遗症,从而直接影响了该技术的广泛普及应用。
发明内容
本专利的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足和缺陷,提供一种相对结构简单、使用方便、安全的医用辅助经皮气管切开插管,解决相关问题。
本专利的技术方案是:一种辅助经皮气管切开插管,包括气管插管和其上方的开口、定位灯和气囊组成。通过改进后的气管插管和气囊,在保证手术中患者的有效通气的同时,可以通过气管插管的支撑,防止穿刺时挤压引起气管塌陷和术后气道狭窄,以及穿刺过深损伤食道,引起气管食管漏,插管前端上方为一能容纳气管套管顺利进入气管插管内的圆形开口3,和周围的四个定位贴片灯1,可以引导穿刺方向,提高穿刺的准确性,减少因反复穿刺加重损伤及并发症。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,本发明辅助经皮气管切开插管是由普通气管插管改造制成,包含其上方的开口3,开口周围的贴片灯1,以及外接电源4和气囊充气口6。
实施例2
本发明在无菌原则下使用,先将气囊充气确定气囊不漏气后抽尽气体,将辅助经皮气管切开插管插入患者气道适当深度并将气囊充气,消毒患者颈部皮肤,打开电源开关,在四个定位贴片灯之间进行经皮气管切开术,顺利置入气管套管后,缓慢退出气管套管少许至气管插管上方开口与气管壁之间,抽尽气囊内气体后,缓慢拔出气管插管并重新调整经皮气管切开套管深度后消毒、固定气管套管。
当然,上述说明并非是对本发明气管插管的限制,本发明辅助经皮气管切开插管也并不限于上述描述,本技术领域的相关人员,在本发明的实质范围内,做出的变化、改型、添加或替换,也应属丁本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种辅助经皮气管切开插管,包括气管插管和其上方的开口、定位灯和气囊组成,通过改进后的气管插管和气囊,在保证手术中患者的有效通气的同时,可以通过气管插管的支撑,防止穿刺时挤压引起气管塌陷和术后气道狭窄,以及穿刺过深损伤食道,引起气管食管漏,插管前端上方为一能容纳气管套管顺利进入气管插管内的圆形开口(3),和周围的四个定位贴片灯(1),可以引导穿刺方向,提高穿刺的准确性,减少因反复穿刺加重损伤及并发症。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助经皮气管切开插管,其特征在于:所述气管插管为一次性、无菌、独立包装的医用产品,气管插管在气管切开时起到临时通气通道,其前端上方为一能容纳气管套管顺利进入气管插管内的圆形开口(3),开口周围为四个定位贴片灯(1),通过电源及开关能发出透过肌肉组织的灯光,便于气管切开时定位。
