中药外治痛风膏药有效原料药的最佳重量份配比为：
络石藤50份、全当归35份、独活50份、三七30份、秦艽60份、丹参55份、牛膝30份、地蟞虫35份、乳香50份、没药50份、连翘30份、甘草18份、防风30份、红花12份、制川乌15份、川芎35份、赤芍50份、姜黄50份、木蟞子40份。

全当归：活血补血。
独活：祛风散寒胜湿，止痛。
三七：止血活瘀，消肿止痛。
秦艽：祛风除湿，清利湿热，通脾止疼。
丹参：活血通经，祛瘀生新，镇痛除烦。
牛膝：补益肝肾，强筋健骨，通瘀，引血下行。
地蟞虫：破瘀续筋，通经消癥。
乳香：行气止痛，活血化瘀，消肿生肌。
没药：散血消肿，定痛生肌。
连翘：清热解毒，透疹发斑，消肿散结。
甘草：健脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，调和诸药，缓急止痛。
防风：解表散寒，祛风除湿，散邪止疼，开泄腠理，疏通血脉透筋骨。
红花：活血化瘀，散寒止痛。
制川乌：祛风除湿，温经通络，麻醉止痛。
川芎：行气开郁，祛风止痛。
赤芍：凉血止痛，散瘀止痛。
姜黄：行气破血，通经消癥瘕、风湿痹痛。
木蟞子：消肿止痛，散结。
中药外治骨科膏药制备方法，步骤如下：
1、将原料药络石藤、全当归、独活、三七、秦艽、丹参、牛膝、地蟞虫、乳香、没药、连翘、甘草、防风、红花、制川乌、川芎、赤芍、姜黄、木蟞子分别清除杂质，晒干；

本发明中药外治骨科膏药的使用方法：首先将膏药放软纸上，摊匀压紧与纸融合一体，贴在患处48小时后，用温水润湿慢慢撕下。贴敷过程中，禁止用暖宝宝、热水袋之类热敷。间隔一天再贴，以上为一次，十次为一疗程。过敏人群慎用，孕妇禁用。
本发明中药外治骨科治疗方便，不影响患者正常生活和工作，且无痛苦和任何毒副作用，疗效又快又好，深得患者好评。经过2000多例临床治疗，证明有效率99%，治愈率99%（治愈包括痊愈、症状消失、恢复正常工作生活）。对颈椎、胸椎、腰椎、间盘突出、骨质增生、坐骨神经痛等常见的骨科疾病，疗效快又好，特别是损伤、扭伤可以立竿见影。

病例七：陈XX，女，51岁，南京市鼓楼区人，双足跟骨骨刺，双脚落地即针刺般疼痛，经历多家医院治疗无效。贴敷本发明膏药治疗二疗程而愈，从未复发。
病例八：全XX，男，65岁，南京市秦淮区人，腰椎退行性改变：腰椎4-5、腰5-6骶椎间盘突出（中央偏右）、腰1-2、3-4椎间盘膨出、骶1-2水平骶管内蛛网膜囊肿、腰腿疼痛不便行动而卧床不起，多个医院治疗无效。贴敷本发明膏药三疗程而愈，多年未复发。
说明：临床典型病例很多，无法一一介绍。

Claims (3)

1.一种中药外治骨科膏药，其特征在于，由下述重量份配比的有效原料药配制而成：
络石藤30-60份、全当归30-40份、独活40-70份、三七20-40份、秦艽30-90份、 丹参30-90份、牛膝30-40份、地蟞虫30-60份，乳香30-60份、 没药30-60份、 连翘30-60份、 甘草12-30份、防风20-60份、红花10-30份、 制川乌10-30份、川芎30-60份、赤芍30-60份、姜黄30-60份、木蟞子30-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药外治骨科膏药，其特征在于，中药外治骨科膏药有效原料药的重量份配比为：
络石藤50份、全当归35份、独活50份、三七30份、秦艽60份、丹参55份、牛膝30份、地蟞虫35份、乳香50份、没药50份、连翘30份、甘草18份、防风30份、红花12份、制川乌15份、川芎35份、赤芍50份、姜黄50份、木蟞子40份。
3.权利要求1所述的中药外治骨科膏药制备方法，其特征在于，步骤如下：
（1）将原料药络石藤、全当归、独活、三七、秦艽、丹参、牛膝、地蟞虫、乳香、没药、连翘、甘草、防风、红花、制川乌、川芎、赤芍、姜黄、木蟞子分别清除杂质，晒干；
（2）分别按重量份配比称量原料药，将称量原料药：络石藤30-60份、全当归30-40份、独活40-70份、三七20-40份、秦艽30-90份、 丹参30-90份、牛膝30-40份、地蟞虫30-60份、乳香30-60份、 没药30-60份、 连翘30-60份、 甘草12-30份、防风20-60份、红花10-30份、 制川乌10-30份、川芎30-60份、赤芍30-60份、姜黄30-60份、木蟞子30-60份放入粉碎机中粉碎成细末，原料药粉碎成60-80目；
（3）将上述粉碎成细末的原料药混合均匀，用凡士林调成药膏，原料药与凡士林重量配比为：2-3:1；
（4）将上述调成的药膏摊布在纸上，摊平，即制成。
