更具体地,当有机体暴露于寒冷、极度疲劳、不安、虐待等的不利条件下时,由妨害的环境条件造成的与咽、气管和支气管的口腔部分的空气导管粘膜妨害物结合的脏颅的结构和操作失调降低了防御能力,并且为感染的更容易发展形成了合适的基础。所以人类的干净和健康的鼻腔与鼻窦的保养必须构成医疗护理、家庭护理和个人护理。国际医学界的连续不断的系统研究形成卫生生活条件和治疗的倡议,旨在支持有机体的免疫能力并且防止上呼吸道系统和下呼吸道系统的感染。
当慢性失调和腐烂存在时,对上呼吸道系统并且主要是鼻腔和鼻窦的卫生的护理照顾一方面针对健康粘膜的保养和腔室的消毒,并且另一方面针对其卫生设备。
为实现这一目标,使用了各种外用制剂,其中有海水。
关于益处的有用信息和海水的应用时间取自使用游泳面具达30-60分钟的沐浴者。
在使用面具游泳期间,面具的鼻袋充满水,水充满鼻腔,鼻腔在游泳的时间期间保持被充满。部分水在面具气袋的静水外压帮助下进入鼻窦,并且不时被游泳者的周期性吸入去除,并且因此鼻腔、咽的口腔部分和咽鼓管通道口得以被清理干净。
在使用面具游泳时的闭合鼻孔情况下的吸入期间,为将咽的口腔部分从口咽中隔离而使软腭抬高打开了咽鼓管通道并且按压水到鼻管,其中通过形成自动Valsava练习的变化,鼻窦的分泌导管进行排放。
通过软腭的吸入运动施加的压力,水逐渐被推入导管的内部并且主要是经由鼻窦孔,上颌裂孔被充满。
显然,在鼻腔和导管充满处于压力之下的稳定海水柱的游泳期间,为水的高渗特征提供足够并且必需的周期,以按顺序运行待发展的渗透现象,并且借助于Valsava练习的帮助使肾腔和鼻窦得以被清理干净。
在游泳结束时,我们观察到,对于甚至多于一个小时的长期持续周期,接近于高粘度白色、米白色或黄绿色流体的大量流体、半流体从游泳者的鼻子中止。
这些分泌物来自鼻腔的粘膜和鼻子鼻甲或通过鼻窦,这些分泌物通过渗透作用和清洁从那些腔室中去除并且清洗了那些导管和分泌导管。通过这种方式,相关的粘膜得以恢复。
根据上述说明,我们用402名游泳者((被附接)面具的使用者)精心进行了流行病研究,假如鼻腔保持充满稳定的水柱达多于30分钟,从该研究中收集了关于海水的统计学上重要的有益影响的重要信息。
由于上述科学说明的驱动,我们进行了设备的制造,该设备保证在压力之下的稳定海水柱的上述先决条件,用于连续不断的鼻孔骨折以全面发展渗透现象以及Valsava运动。
通过本申请,Valsava练习的变化得以成功。当试图使用闭合的口和鼻孔呼气时,Valsava运动增加了在上呼吸道的整个腔室中的空气压力。其中人类在鼻子闭合的情况吞咽时,Vlasava练习以及其变体应用于已知的飞机旅行者的均化,并且这正是为什么建议在飞行期间咀嚼口香糖的原因。当使用建议的设备时,鼻孔的外导管完全闭合并且两个仓库的温和压力并且不带任何疼痛地推动它们的内容物朝向鼻腔,它们的内容物为海水或含抗生素的生理盐水。当鼻腔被充满时,然后液体移动回到上咽,并且自动生成吞咽反射。由于吞咽的发生,软腭被抬高并且推动海水或含抗生素的生理盐水朝向鼻孔出口。因为鼻孔被该设备闭合,所以所含的水被按压并且通过副鼻窦分泌导管的鼻甲和孔(孔口)找到出口,逐渐进入鼻窦并且实现治疗效果。
该设备具有:
1)两个串联的管状中心仓库(1),每个中心仓库(1)具有四个室(2),在每个室中具有2cc或3cc或4cc的海水(婴儿的-儿童的-少年的)。在外端(3),每个仓库具有可移动活塞(4),在使用手部手指的每个简单的压力作用下,该可移动活塞(4)提供每个室的内容物即2-4cc水给管道(5)。销推动的每个阶段由可中断驱动器(7)上的旋转销(6)引导。
2)每个管状仓库具有以张口(8)的边缘结束的双管道通道(5)。中心管道(5a)提供管状仓库的水到鼻子,而小的管道通道(5b)将在通道之间的小仓库(9)的水转移到张口(8)的外围,为抬高鼻翼和用于促进充满鼻腔和鼻甲的水的进入的密封应用,张口(8)扩张。
3)张口(8)具有鼻腔出口的解剖学形状,以便当外围(8)扩张时实现密封应用。张口(8)具有两个点(10),一个出现在前部而一个出现在下部,所以张口在鼻腔出口最近的上部-外部凹口和下部-外部凹口(11)中压紧并且以它们为基础。
4)在可选的选择中的设备具有如下部件:通过它们的张口(8)结合成一个通道(5c)的两个管道通道(5)。在通道管道的汇合点存在扩张张口(8)外围的小的次级仓库(9a)。管道(5c)在具有足够的用于多种治疗用途的海水内容物的袋(1a)中的入口(12)中结束并且被接纳在该入口(12),袋在其基座中支撑活塞(13)。该活塞通过由12伏电池(14)供给的薄机构移动,并且通过表面开关(15)的简单压力启动,从而在每次运动中提供4cc、6cc、8cc的水到鼻孔。在该应用的可选的选择中,由于重新充满海水的能力,所以袋(1a)具有也来自于其他用户的多种用途,而通道(5c)为具有很少用途的个人可消费备件。
通过该申请,我们实现了高渗水在鼻腔和鼻甲中的长期滞留并且因此,高渗环境经形成与上颌裂孔和前鼻窦与其他鼻窦的分泌路径接触。
通过1小时的每10-20分钟应用一次温和压力,该发明提供了为每个鼻腔供给2-4cc水的能力。分别针对总共持续时间为30分钟到60分钟的情况的疗法应用能够胜任目标的完成。
为维持渗透现象的动力,通过该设备的每次简单的压力促进新的清洁水柱,然而同时,旧的水柱被推动到咽的口腔部分并且清洁其鼻窦以及咽鼓管通道的口部,并且然后通过吸入运动从口部中止。在吸入运动同时,软腭抬高,新的水柱被推向鼻管(Valsava运动)以进行持续治疗。
通过这种方式,每个用户可在他的/她的起居室或办公室每周一次或多次容易地无痛地实现上呼吸道系统腔室的清洁、消毒和恢复,并且享受海水的益处和他的/她的呼吸道系统的健康预防。
建议疗法:
-上呼吸道系统慢性感染需要每天1-3次应用直到疾病彻底根治
-健康预防需要每周1-2次应用

Claims (11)
1.一种以受控且重复方式同时提供预选数量的固定体积海水或含抗生素的生理盐水到鼻子的两个鼻孔的鼻腔、鼻甲和鼻旁窦的设备,其包括:
基座;以及
连接到所述基座的两个管道(5),每个管道具有主通道(5a)和次级通道(5b),所述通道在一端以张口(8)结束,所述张口(8)具有可扩张的外围,其中所述基座经配置一经启动通过所述主通道从主存储区域(1,1a)同时提供内容物到所述鼻子的两个鼻孔,并且其中所述基座进一步包括次级仓库(9),所述次级仓库(9)经配置充满水(9)并且将水提供到所述张口(8)的所述外围以扩张,
从而在同时提供海水或含抗生素的生理盐水的情况下,Valsalva练习的变化成功引起海水或含抗生素的生理盐水填充所述鼻子的两个鼻孔的所述鼻腔、鼻甲和鼻旁窦。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述张口(8)具有对应所述鼻腔的出口部分的解剖学形状,以便当所述外围(8)扩张时实现密封应用,并且其中每个张口(8)具有两个峰(10),一个峰出现在前部峰且一个峰出现在下部峰,所述两个峰(10)经配置使得所述张口在所述外围扩张时分别配合在两个鼻孔的出口区域的上部-外部凹口和下部-外部凹口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中所述基座包括处于两个管状仓库(1)的形式的所述主存储区域,其中分别地,一个管状仓库连接到一个管道的所述主通道(5a),而另一个管状仓库连接到所述另一个管道的所述主通道(5a),并且所述两个管状仓库(1)经配置在施加压力时提供内容物到两个主通道(5a)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其中每个管状仓库在外端(3)处具有连接的室(2)和可移动活塞(4),所述可移动活塞经配置在手部手指作用的简单压力下分别提供每个室的所述内容物到所述主通道(5a),并且其中所述室使用中断器驱动环(7)从外部隔开,其中所述活塞进一步包括旋转销(6),所述旋转销(6)在每一次施加压力推动所述活塞之后与下一个中断器驱动环(7)联接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其中每个管状仓库包括四个室(2)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其进一步包括多用途主存储区域(1a),其中所述两个管道在所述基座处结合到一个共用通道(5c)中,并且其中所述共用通道经配置被连接到所述多用途主存储区域(1a)并且从所述多用途主存储区域(1a)接收内容物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设备,其中所述多用途主存储区域(1a)包括:
具有活塞(13)的基座;
用于移动所述活塞的机构;
其中,在启动所述机构时,所述设备经配置提供预选数量的内容物到两个鼻孔。
8.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其中所述机构被手动操作,并且每次提供所需数量的内容物到两个鼻孔。
9.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其中所述设备包括提供电力到所述机构的电池(14),并且所述多用途主存储区域(1a)进一步包括在所述电池与所述机构之间连接的表面开关(15),用于启动所述机构。
10.根据权利要求1到9中的任一项所述的设备,其中所述主存储区域包括海水。
11.根据权利要求1到9中的任一项所述的设备,其中所述主存储区域包括含抗生素的生理盐水。
