Abstract
A sled for a compact rice transplanter, comprising a sled body (1). Technical Field
The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to a dragging plate of a rice transplanter.
Background
According to the growth rule of the machine-transplanted rice, the rice seedlings can normally grow only when the following requirements are met, so that the purposes of improving the production efficiency and the yield of the rice are achieved: 1. the planting depth cannot be too deep or too shallow, the too deep can cause slow growth of rice, the too shallow can cause seedling pouring and reduce the survival rate, and therefore the planting depth of the seedlings is preferably kept at 2-3 cm; 2. the water surface of the field can not be too high, and the water surface needs to be kept about 1-2 cm; 3. when mechanical rice transplanting is adopted, the seedlings cannot be submerged by excessive water in the first week of rice transplanting, but the roots need to retain water to ensure growth; 4. the ground of the field needs to be smooth, and the field needs to be harrowed and leveled after rotary tillage to ensure that the planting depth of the seedlings is as consistent as possible.
CN201957435U discloses a small electric rice transplanter, which comprises a carriage, a mechanism transmission arm, a rice transplanting arm, a frame, a box moving shaft, a pull rod, and a rice seedling box, wherein the frame is fixed on the carriage, a dc motor and a storage battery are arranged on the frame, and the dc motor drives the seedling separating and transplanting mechanism, the box moving shaft, and the rice seedling feeding mechanism to move through the transmission box. The direct current motor and the speed reducer are connected into a whole. The dragging plate is provided with a groove along the advancing direction of the rice transplanter, and the position of the groove corresponds to the position of the rice transplanting arm.
The dragging plate of the rice transplanter is integrally of a plate-shaped structure, and five concave-convex staggered trapezoidal grooves are sequentially arranged at the bottom of the dragging plate and are used for ditching and ridging the rice transplanter. When the transplanter works, the motor is started to pull the dragging plate, so that the transplanter moves forwards to transplant seedlings. But the weight above the transplanter frame directly acts on the carriage, so the adhesion between the carriage and the paddy field is large, the dragging of the transplanter is hard, and the lower part of the carriage is easy to be silt in the process of advancing the carriage to form ridges, which is not beneficial to the formation of the ridges.
Therefore, the technical personnel in the field are dedicated to develop a transplanter dragging plate which can lead the transplanter to drag with labor saving and good ridging formation.

In view of the above-mentioned defects of the prior art, the present invention provides a transplanter carriage which can make the transplanter drag labor-saving and form good ridge.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a carriage of a small-sized rice transplanter, which comprises a carriage body; in the front-back direction, the connection point of the carriage body and the transplanter frame is positioned behind the center of gravity of the frame and the frame mounting parts, so that when the carriage body is connected with the frame, the included angle between the carriage body and the ground is 5-10 degrees.
The connecting point is positioned 35-45mm behind the center of gravity; the included angle is 7-8 degrees.
In order to facilitate the connection of the carriage and the rack, the strength of the carriage is increased, and the carriage is kept to be stable with the rack after being tilted upwards, and a cross beam is arranged in the middle of the body; the left side and the right side of the cross beam are symmetrically provided with a first lug and a second lug which are used for being connected with a transplanter frame.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: in the invention, because the connecting point of the rack and the carriage is arranged behind the center of gravity of the rack and the mounting parts on the rack in the front-back direction, the carriage inclines upwards by 5-10 degrees relative to the ground in a natural state, thereby being convenient for the transplanter to drag forwards and being beneficial to the formation of the ridging of the carriage.

as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the dragging plate for the small-sized rice transplanter comprises a dragging plate body 1, wherein a cross beam 1c is arranged in the middle of the dragging plate body 1, and a first lug 1a and a second lug 1b for connecting with a rice transplanter frame 2 are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the cross beam 1 c.
In the front-back direction, the distance L of the connecting point P of the carriage body 1 and the transplanter frame 2 behind the center of gravity N of the frame 2 and the mounting parts on the frame 2 is 40mm, so when the frame 2 and the carriage 1 are connected, the transplanter will look for the gravity balance point again, and the included angle theta between the carriage body 1 and the ground is 8 degrees when the transplanter works in a paddy field.
In other specific embodiments, the frame 2 and the upper mounting component thereof can be reasonably designed in terms of weight and position arrangement, so that the connecting point P has other values at 35-45mm behind the center of gravity N, and the included angle θ has other values between 5-10 °, so as to achieve substantially the same technical effect.
As shown in figure 5, because the connecting point P is positioned behind the center of gravity N of the frame 2 and the mounting parts on the frame 2, and the carriage keeps an inclination angle theta which inclines upwards relative to the paddy field ground 3, when the transplanter is dragged to move forwards, the adhesive force between the carriage 1 and the soil is small, the dragging is convenient, and no sludge is generated when the groove at the lower part of the carriage 1 forms ridges, thus being beneficial to forming the ridges of the carriage 1.

- A carriage of a small-sized rice transplanter comprises a carriage body (1); the method is characterized in that: in the front-back direction, a connection point (P) of the carriage body (1) and the transplanter frame (2) is positioned behind the center of gravity (N) of the frame (2) and the mounting parts on the frame (2), so that when the carriage body (1) is connected with the frame (2), an included angle (theta) between the carriage body (1) and the ground is 5-10 degrees.
- The transplanter carriage as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the connection point (P) is located 35-45mm behind the center of gravity (N); the included angle (theta) is 7-8 degrees.
