Abstract
本发明涉及一种线缆与接头的连接结构,包括线缆和接头,接头的尾部为接口,线缆的端部设置在接口内,所述接口的外壁中设置有至少一个向内的压点。其通过在接头的接口部位设置向内的压点,即使线缆与接头的接口相接触部分的横截面不相同,通过压点对线缆进行挤压,在线缆受到一定拉力的时候,线缆受到压点的阻力,线缆不易从接头的接口内松脱。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种线缆与接头的连接结构。
背景技术
线缆与接头相连接时,目前常用的做法是将线缆插入接头尾部的插接孔中,然后用钳子将接头尾部的接口压扁或压成方形,从而将线缆的端部压在接头尾部的接口中。但是由于线缆与接头的接口相接触部分的横截面均接近相同,所以在线缆受到一定拉力的时候,线缆容易从接头的接口内松脱。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种线缆与接头的接口相接触部分的横截面不相同的线缆与接头的连接结构。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:线缆与接头的连接结构,包括线缆和接头,接头的尾部为接口,线缆的端部设置在接口内,所述接口的外壁中设置有至少一个向内的压点。
作为优选方案,所述压点的深度不小于接口的壁厚。
作为优选方案,所述压点的个数为八个,八个压点平均分为两组,每组压点设置在接口的同一周壁上,并且沿环向均匀分布。
本发明的有益效果是:上述的线缆与接头的连接结构,其通过在接头的接口部位设置向内的压点,使接口部分以压点为中心逐渐向内收缩,即使线缆与接头的接口相接触部分的横截面不相同,通过压点对线缆进行挤压,在线缆受到一定拉力的时候,线缆受到压点的阻力,线缆不易从接头的接口内松脱。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明所述的一种线缆与接头的连接结构作进一步的详细描述。
如图1、图2所示,线缆与接头的连接结构,包括线缆1和接头2,接头2的尾部为接口3,线缆1的端部设置在接口3内,所述接口3的外壁中设置有至少一个向内的压点4。所述压点4的深度不小于接口3的壁厚。在本实施例中,所述压点4的个数为八个,八个压点4平均分为两组,每组压点4设置在接口3的同一周壁上,并且沿环向均匀分布。压点4的深度和数量在本申请中不作具体限定,均属于本发明的保护范畴。
上述的线缆与接头的连接结构,安装时将线缆1的端部插入接头2的接口3内,然后使用带凸点的按压工具,在接口3的外部用力按压形成压点4,其通过在接头2的接口3部位设置向内的压点4,使接口3部分以压点4为中心逐渐向内收缩,即使线缆1与接头2的接口3相接触部分的横截面不相同,通过压点4对线缆1进行挤压,在线缆1受到一定拉力的时候,线缆1受到压点4的阻力,线缆1不易从接头2的接口3内松脱。
上述的实施例仅例示性说明本发明创造的原理及其功效,以及部分运用的实施例,而非用于限制本发明;应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.线缆与接头的连接结构,包括线缆和接头,接头的尾部为接口,线缆的端部设置在接口内,其特征在于:所述接口的外壁中设置有至少一个向内的压点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线缆与接头的连接结构,其特征在于:所述压点的深度不小于接口的壁厚。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的线缆与接头的连接结构,其特征在于:所述压点的个数为八个,八个压点平均分为两组,每组压点设置在接口的同一周壁上,并且沿环向均匀分布。
