本发明公开了一种LED矿灯生产工艺,包括以下步骤:将电缆的一端与灯头接线端通过螺母固定;将LED芯片板与电缆电连接,在反光杯背面涂一层导热硅脂,盖上玻璃拧紧灯头圆;将电缆的另一端与电池盒上盖通过螺母固定;将锂电池固定于电池盒内,锂电池与电池盒间隙处填充软橡胶;将电池盒与电池盒上盖通过螺钉固定;然后进行老化试验;将测试后的矿灯经过出厂检验,最后封装打包。本发明在安装反光杯时在反光杯背面涂上一层导热硅脂,导热硅脂快速吸收LED芯片及其周围的热量并散到灯头各处,散热效果理想,能大大提高LED芯片使用寿命;由于在螺母连接处涂有液态环氧树脂可起到隔爆密封的作用,提高矿灯使用的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及矿灯生产技术领域,具体属于一种LED矿灯生产工艺。
背景技术
矿灯作为野外移动照明设备得到广泛的应用。现有LED矿灯都是通过传统的装配工艺进行生产,由于LED芯片对工作环境温度要求苛刻,LED芯片发热也较大,如果热量长期积聚会影响LED芯片的使用寿命,所以必须采用采取措施改善LED芯片及其周围的散热条件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种LED矿灯生产工艺,在安装反光杯时在反光杯背面涂上一层导热硅脂,导热硅脂快速吸收LED芯片及其周围的热量并散到灯头各处,散热效果理想,能大大提高LED芯片使用寿命。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种LED矿灯生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将电缆的一端与灯头接线端通过螺母固定;
(2)将LED芯片板与电缆电连接,安装反光杯,在反光杯背面涂一层导热硅脂,再盖上玻璃,并拧紧灯头圆;
(3)将电缆的另一端与电池盒上盖通过螺母固定;
(4)将锂电池固定于电池盒内,锂电池与电池盒间隙处填充软橡胶,作为缓冲材料;
(5)将电池盒与电池盒上盖通过螺钉固定;
(6)将组装好的矿灯放置到矿灯充电架充电,然后进行老化试验;
(7)将测试后的矿灯经过出厂检验,最后封装打包。
进一步的,电缆与灯头接线端、电缆与电池盒上盖的连接螺母处都涂有液态环氧树脂。
进一步的,锂电池经过挤压试验、重物冲击试验、恒温恒湿试验后再固定于电池盒内。
进一步的,电缆都经过拉伸实验。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明在安装反光杯时在反光杯背面涂上一层导热硅脂,导热硅脂快速吸收LED芯片及其周围的热量并散到灯头各处,散热效果理想,能大大提高LED芯片使用寿命;由于在螺母连接处涂有液态环氧树脂可起到隔爆密封的作用,提高矿灯使用的安全性。
具体实施方式
一种LED矿灯生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将电缆的一端与灯头接线端通过螺母固定;
(2)将LED芯片板与电缆电连接,安装反光杯,在反光杯背面涂一层导热硅脂,再盖上玻璃,并拧紧灯头圆;
(3)将电缆的另一端与电池盒上盖通过螺母固定;
(4)将锂电池固定于电池盒内,锂电池与电池盒间隙处填充软橡胶,作为缓冲材料;
(5)将电池盒与电池盒上盖通过螺钉固定;
(6)将组装好的矿灯放置到矿灯充电架充电,然后进行老化试验;
(7)将测试后的矿灯经过出厂检验,最后封装打包。

1.一种LED矿灯生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将电缆的一端与灯头接线端通过螺母固定;
(2)将LED芯片板与电缆电连接,安装反光杯,在反光杯背面涂一层导热硅脂,再盖上玻璃,并拧紧灯头圆;
(3)将电缆的另一端与电池盒上盖通过螺母固定;
(4)将锂电池固定于电池盒内,锂电池与电池盒间隙处填充软橡胶,作为缓冲材料;
(5)将电池盒与电池盒上盖通过螺钉固定;
(6)将组装好的矿灯放置到矿灯充电架充电,然后进行老化试验;
(7)将测试后的矿灯经过出厂检验,最后封装打包。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED矿灯生产工艺,其特征在于:电缆与灯头接线端、电缆与电池盒上盖的连接螺母处都涂有液态环氧树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED矿灯生产工艺,其特征在于:锂电池经过挤压试验、重物冲击试验、恒温恒湿试验后再固定于电池盒内。
