Abstract
本发明公开了一种LED防菌杀菌装置,包括底座、均安装在底座上的LED紫光光源和LED照明光源、光触媒载体、固定在底座与光触媒载体两端的侧板,所述的光触媒载体与LED紫光光源之间设置有均光板,所述LED照明光源连接在照明控制回路中,所述LED紫光光源连接在杀菌控制回路中,所述的杀菌控制回路和照明控制回路均设置在电路板上,所述LED紫光光源和LED照明光源均匀设置在底座上,其实现照明和杀菌的统一,且杀菌效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及杀菌照明装置领域,具体地,涉及一种LED防菌杀菌装置。
背景技术
随着生活水平的日趋提高,人类越来越注重照明的节能和环保、人身生存环境质量和身体的健康;不仅发明了LED节能照明,还发明了许多可消灭人类所接触的有害细菌和病毒的方法。在特殊场合,怎样实现照明和杀菌的统一很重要。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述技术问题提供如图1所示的一种LED杀菌装置,其实现照明和杀菌的统一,且杀菌效果好。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种LED防菌杀菌装置,包括底座、均安装在底座上的LED紫光光源和LED照明光源、光触媒载体、固定在底座与光触媒载体两端的侧板,所述的光触媒载体与LED紫光光源之间设置有均光板,所述LED照明光源连接在照明控制回路中,所述LED紫光光源连接在杀菌控制回路中,所述的杀菌控制回路和照明控制回路均设置在电路板上,所述LED紫光光源和LED照明光源均匀设置在底座上。
本发明在现有技术的基础上做了改进,将照明控制回路和杀菌控制回路均集成在一个装置内,实现照明和杀菌的统一。照明控制回路控制LED照明光源的工作状态,杀菌控制回路控制LED紫光光源的工作状态。侧板和固定板对LED紫光光源、LED照明光源、光触媒载体进行固定,利用均光板来导光,可增强发光面积,增强人的体验;使亮度更均匀,增强杀菌效果。LED紫光光源和LED照明光源均匀设置在底座上,使得紫光源和照明光源的光线均匀,增强人体的体验,同时增强杀菌效果。
作为优选,所述的光触媒载体截面成锯齿状。
作为优选,所述的光触媒载体截面成波浪形。
光触媒载体成波浪形或锯齿状在两个侧板间距相等的情况下增大了光触媒与紫光的反应面积,增强杀菌效果。
作为优选,所述的底座上设置有阵列式LED安装座,每排LED安装座上LED紫光光源和LED照明光源间隔排列。
进一步的,所述的LED安装座中每列LED安装座上LED紫光光源和LED照明光源间隔排列。
综上,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的将照明控制回路和杀菌控制回路均集成在一个装置内,实现照明和杀菌的统一;利用均光板来导光,可增强发光面积,增强人的体验;使亮度更均匀,增强杀菌效果。

实施例1:
如图1所示的一种LED防菌杀菌装置,包括底座1、均安装在底座1上的LED紫光光源2和LED照明光源3、光触媒载体4、固定在底座1与光触媒载体4两端的侧板5,所述的光触媒载体4与LED紫光光源2之间设置有均光板6,所述LED照明光源3连接在照明控制回路中,所述LED紫光光源2连接在杀菌控制回路中,所述的杀菌控制回路和照明控制回路均设置在电路板7上,所述LED紫光光源2和LED照明光源3均匀设置在底座1上。杀菌控制回路和照明控制回路其原理简单,均可采用现有的电路结构。
实施例2:
如图1所示的一种LED防菌杀菌装置,本实施例在上述实施例的基础上做了优化,即所述的光触媒载体4截面成锯齿状或波浪形。光触媒载体4也可采用其他结构增大与紫光光源的接触面。
实施例3:
如图1所示的一种LED防菌杀菌装置,本实施例在上述实施例的基础上做了细化,公开一种LED紫光光源2和LED照明光源3排布方式,即所述的底座1上设置有阵列式LED安装座,每排LED安装座上LED紫光光源2和LED照明光源3间隔排列。
所述的LED安装座中每列LED安装座上LED紫光光源2和LED照明光源3间隔排列。
采用该种排布方式,便于杀菌控制回路和照明控制回路的布线。
如上所述,可较好的实现本发明。

1.一种LED防菌杀菌装置,其特征在于:包括底座(1)、均安装在底座(1)上的LED紫光光源(2)和LED照明光源(3)、光触媒载体(4)、固定在底座(1)与光触媒载体(4)两端的侧板(5),所述的光触媒载体(4)与LED紫光光源(2)之间设置有均光板(6),所述LED照明光源(3)连接在照明控制回路中,所述LED紫光光源(2)连接在杀菌控制回路中,所述的杀菌控制回路和照明控制回路均设置在电路板(7)上,所述LED紫光光源(2)和LED照明光源(3)均匀设置在底座(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED防菌杀菌装置,其特征在于:所述的光触媒载体(4)截面成锯齿状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED防菌杀菌装置,其特征在于:所述的光触媒载体(4)截面成波浪形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED防菌杀菌装置,其特征在于:所述的底座(1)上设置有阵列式LED安装座,每排LED安装座上LED紫光光源(2)和LED照明光源(3)间隔排列。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种LED防菌杀菌装置,其特征在于:所述的LED安装座中每列LED安装座上LED紫光光源(2)和LED照明光源(3)间隔排列。
