Abstract
本发明公开一种杀菌节能灯组件,包括长方体形的安装板,所述安装板面积最大的一侧面设有滑槽组件,所述滑槽组件包括横滑槽和竖滑槽,所述横滑槽和竖滑槽相互连接形成T字形,所述滑槽组件内设有通过滑块与其滑动连接的灯体,所述灯体包括其中一端设有开口的由透光材料制成的壳体,所述壳体内部远离开口的一端设有基板,所述基板上间隔设置有照明灯和杀菌灯,所述壳体设有开口的一端设有连接盖,所述安装板设有滑槽组件的一侧面还设有定时器和红外线感应器,所述安装板内部设有安装槽,所述安装槽内设有控制器和电源组件。本发明具有定时照明和自动杀菌的功能。

技术领域
本发明属于节能灯领域,具体涉及一种杀菌节能灯组件。
背景技术
随着生活水平的日趋提高,人类越来越注重生存环境质量,在人类所涉及到的所有场合,医院病房、学校、托儿所等人员拥挤的公共场合,以及养鸡、养猪等养殖场所,都需要进行灭菌消毒,避免病菌的传播,以及光源照明,从而人类发明了许多可消灭人类所接触的有害细菌和病毒的方法,紫外线杀菌灯就是其中一种。但是,目前的杀菌灯,结构太多复杂,功能却太过简单。例如,很多的杀菌灯都没有定时和自动杀菌的功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种杀菌节能灯组件,具有定时照明和自动杀菌的功能。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种杀菌节能灯组件,包括长方体形的安装板,所述安装板面积最大的一侧面设有滑槽组件,所述滑槽组件包括横滑槽和竖滑槽,所述横滑槽和竖滑槽相互连接形成T字形,所述滑槽组件内设有通过滑块与其滑动连接的灯体,所述灯体包括其中一端设有开口的由透光材料制成的壳体,所述壳体内部远离开口的一端设有基板,所述基板上间隔设置有照明灯和杀菌灯,所述壳体设有开口的一端设有连接盖,所述安装板设有滑槽组件的一侧面还设有定时器和红外线感应器,所述安装板内部设有安装槽,所述安装槽内设有控制器和电源组件,所述安装板与滑槽组件相邻的两侧面靠近顶部的位置设有螺纹板,所述螺纹板上开有螺纹孔,所述安装板与滑槽组件相邻的两侧面中下部对称开有连接滑槽,所述连接滑槽内滑动连接有功能板,所述功能板下表面设有挂钩,所述电源组件的电源输出端分别与红外线感应器、定时器、控制器、照明灯和杀菌灯的电源输入端连接,所述红外线感应器、控制器和杀菌灯电连形成杀菌电路,所述定时器、控制器和照明灯电连形成照明电路。
作为优选,所述横滑槽和竖滑槽两端均设有限位块。
作为优选,所述连接盖与壳体螺纹连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:灯体的基板上同时设置照明灯和杀菌灯,让节能灯同时具备照明和杀菌的功能;定时器和红外线感应器分别控制照明灯和杀菌灯工作。

下面将结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种杀菌节能灯组件,包括长方体形的安装板1,所述安装板1面积最大的一侧面设有滑槽组件2,所述滑槽组件2包括横滑槽21和竖滑槽22,所述横滑槽21和竖滑槽22相互连接形成T字形,所述滑槽组件2内设有通过滑块3与其滑动连接的灯体4,所述灯体4包括其中一端设有开口的由透光材料制成的壳体41,所述壳体41内部远离开口的一端设有基板42,所述基板42上间隔设置有照明灯43和杀菌灯44,所述壳体41设有开口的一端设有连接盖45,所述安装板1设有滑槽组件2的一侧面还设有定时器5和红外线感应器6,所述安装板1内部设有安装槽8,所述安装槽8内设有控制器9和电源组件10,所述安装板1与滑槽组件2相邻的两侧面靠近顶部的位置设有螺纹板11,所述螺纹板11上开有螺纹孔12,所述安装板1与滑槽组件2相邻的两侧面中下部对称开有连接滑槽,所述连接滑槽内滑动连接有功能板13,所述功能板13下表面设有挂钩7,所述电源组件10的电源输出端分别与红外线感应器6、定时器5、控制器9、照明灯43和杀菌灯44的电源输入端连接,所述红外线感应器6、控制器9和杀菌灯44电连形成杀菌电路,所述定时器5、控制器9和照明灯43电连形成照明电路。
本实施例中,所述横滑槽21和竖滑槽22两端均设有限位块23。
本实施例中,所述连接盖45与壳体41螺纹连接。
本节能灯中,电源组件10为所有的用电设别提供电力。螺纹板11配合螺孔,对此节能灯进行安装。红外线感应器6、控制器9、杀菌灯44和音响电连形成杀菌电路,当红外线感应器6感应到人的信号,杀菌灯44工作,进行杀菌。定时器5、控制器9和照明灯43电连形成照明电路,通过定时器5设定时间,达到设定时间,照明灯43亮起。

1.一种杀菌节能灯组件,其特征在于:包括长方体形的安装板,所述安装板面积最大的一侧面设有滑槽组件,所述滑槽组件包括横滑槽和竖滑槽,所述横滑槽和竖滑槽相互连接形成T字形,所述滑槽组件内设有通过滑块与其滑动连接的灯体,所述灯体包括其中一端设有开口的由透光材料制成的壳体,所述壳体内部远离开口的一端设有基板,所述基板上间隔设置有照明灯和杀菌灯,所述壳体设有开口的一端设有连接盖,所述安装板设有滑槽组件的一侧面还设有定时器和红外线感应器,所述安装板内部设有安装槽,所述安装槽内设有控制器和电源组件,所述安装板与滑槽组件相邻的两侧面靠近顶部的位置设有螺纹板,所述螺纹板上开有螺纹孔,所述安装板与滑槽组件相邻的两侧面中下部对称开有连接滑槽,所述连接滑槽内滑动连接有功能板,所述功能板下表面设有挂钩,所述电源组件的电源输出端分别与红外线感应器、定时器、控制器、照明灯和杀菌灯的电源输入端连接,所述红外线感应器、控制器和杀菌灯电连形成杀菌电路,所述定时器、控制器和照明灯电连形成照明电路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌节能灯组件,其特征在于:所述横滑槽和竖滑槽两端均设有限位块。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的杀菌节能灯组件,其特征在于:所述连接盖与壳体螺纹连接。
