本发明公开了一种阻燃法兰绒面料,由经纱和纬纱交织混纺而成,该经纱的组成按质量份数为:染色的羊毛纤维30-50份,精梳棉15-20份,阻燃聚酯纤维25-30份,阻燃尼龙5-8份;该纬纱的组成按质量份数为:粗疏棉30-50份,原色羊毛纤维15-25份,导电纤维15-20份,聚丙烯腈纤维?5-12份。本发明公开的阻燃法兰绒面料具有较好的阻燃能力,并且手感和保暖性能好,不掉毛。

一种阻燃法兰绒面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,特别是一种阻燃面料。
背景技术
法兰绒是一种用粗梳棉毛纱织制的柔软而有绒面的棉毛织物,其内部有一层丰满细洁的绒毛覆盖,不露织纹,手感柔软平整。法兰绒克重高,毛绒细腻且密,面料厚,成本高,保暖性好,目前广泛地应用在男女上装、童装以及家纺中。
然而,保暖性能高的产品通常易燃性也比较高,秋冬季节室内干燥,加之保暖用品较多,一旦起火,后果非常严重,而法兰绒制品通常都是贴身之物,因此,有必要对法兰绒制品进行阻燃处理。而目前市场上尚无相关的技术手段。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的问题,提供了一种阻燃法兰绒面料,该面料具有较强的阻燃能力,并且手感和保暖性能好,不掉毛。
为了达到上述目的,本发明中的技术方案如下:
一种阻燃法兰绒面料,由经纱和纬纱交织混纺而成,其中经纱的组成按质量份数为:染色的羊毛纤维30-50份,精梳棉15-20份,阻燃聚酯纤维25-30份,阻燃尼龙5-8份;纬纱的组成按质量份数为:粗疏棉30-50份,原色羊毛纤维15-25份,导电纤维15-20份,聚丙烯腈纤维5-12份。
更优地,经纱的组成按质量份数为:染色的羊毛纤维45-50份,精梳棉18-20份,阻燃聚酯纤维26-28份,阻燃尼龙6-8份;纬纱的组成按质量份数为:粗疏棉45-50份,原色羊毛纤维19-24份,导电纤维17-19份,聚丙烯腈纤维9-12份。
其中,采用羊毛纤维和粗梳棉作为主要原料,确保了法兰绒的手感和保暖性能,但由于羊毛纤维较易燃,采用不易燃的精梳棉、阻燃聚酯纤维和阻燃尼龙与其混纺成经纱可阻碍燃烧的进一步进行;另外在纬纱中加入导电纤维可防止由静电引起的燃烧,能够在阻燃的同时起到防静电的效果。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:该阻燃法兰绒面料阻燃能力强,手感和保暖效果好,不掉毛,且具有防静电的效果,进一步降低了燃烧的可能性。

一种阻燃法兰绒面料,由经纱和纬纱交织混纺而成,其中经纱的组成按质量份数为:染色的羊毛纤维48份,精梳棉18份,阻燃聚酯纤维28份,阻燃尼龙6份;纬纱的组成按质量份数为:粗疏棉48份,原色羊毛纤维22份,导电纤维18份,聚丙烯腈纤维12份。
实施例二
一种阻燃法兰绒面料,由经纱和纬纱交织混纺而成,其中经纱的组成按质量份数为:染色的羊毛纤维45份,精梳棉20份,阻燃聚酯纤维29份,阻燃尼龙6份;纬纱的组成按质量份数为:粗疏棉45份,原色羊毛纤维25份,导电纤维18份,聚丙烯腈纤维12份。

1.一种阻燃法兰绒面料,其特征在于,由经纱和纬纱交织混纺而成,所述的经纱的组成按质量份数为:染色的羊毛纤维30-50份,精梳棉15-20份,阻燃聚酯纤维25-30份,阻燃尼龙5-8份;所述的纬纱的组成按质量份数为:粗疏棉30-50份,原色羊毛纤维15-25份,导电纤维15-20份,聚丙烯腈纤维5-12份。
