本发明提供一种玻璃胶,包括有机羟基硅酮,有机甲基硅酮,甲基硅烷,气相二氧化硅,碳酸钙,橄榄油,二月桂酸二丁基锡,醋酸,氨基硅烷,抗菌剂和去离子水,其配方合理,使用方便,无毒无污染,绿色环保,干燥速度快,粘度强,拉伸强度大,不易开胶,可以使玻璃胶的应用范围变得更加广泛,方便工业生产和生活,且其原料易得,制作成本低。

本发明属于化工技术领域,具体涉及一种玻璃胶。
背景技术
玻璃胶是一种用于黏性物质,是装饰装修中必不可少的用品,玻璃胶通常溶于水,可以用作粘合剂,但是目前的玻璃胶常常存在粘合力不强问题,容易开胶,使用效果不理想,且内含苯类溶剂,乙酸乙酯或者香蕉水等,不但污染环境,对施工人员有害,而且易燃,其在使用一段时间后,往往会发霉致使变黑或者变色,影响美观。因此,需要一种新的配方诞生来满足人们的市场需求。
内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种性能良好,粘附性强,环保型的玻璃胶。具体技术方案如下:
一种玻璃胶,包括有机羟基硅酮,有机甲基硅酮,甲基硅烷,气相二氧化硅,碳酸钙,橄榄油,二丁基二月硅酸锡,醋酸,氨基硅烷,抗菌剂和去离子水。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述玻璃胶由下述组分按质量百分比组成:有机羟基硅酮30-40%,有机甲基硅酮10-20%,甲基硅烷2-5%,气相二氧化硅5-10%,碳酸钙10-15%,橄榄油1-3%,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1-0.5%,醋酸3-5%,氨基硅烷0.1-0.5%,抗菌剂0.1-0.5%和去离子水15-25%。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述玻璃胶由下述组分按质量百分比组成:有机羟基硅酮35%,有机甲基硅酮15%,甲基硅烷3%,气相二氧化硅7%,碳酸钙13%,橄榄油2%,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.3%,醋酸4%,氨基硅烷0.4%,抗菌剂0.3%和去离子水20%。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种玻璃胶,配方合理,使用方便,无毒无污染,绿色环保,干燥速度快,粘度强,拉伸强度大,不易开胶,可以使玻璃胶的应用范围变得更加广泛,方便工业生产和生活,且其原料易得,制作成本低。

有机羟基硅酮30%,有机甲基硅酮10%,甲基硅烷2%,气相二氧化硅10%,碳酸钙15%,橄榄油2%,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.5%,醋酸5%,氨基硅烷0.4%,抗菌剂0.1%和去离子水25%。
实施例3:
本实施例提供一种玻璃胶,与实施例1的不同仅在于:所述配方组份的质量含量稍有不同。
有机羟基硅酮40%,有机甲基硅酮20%,甲基硅烷5%,气相二氧化硅5%,碳酸钙10%,橄榄油1%,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.3%,醋酸3%,氨基硅烷0.2%,抗菌剂0.5%和去离子水15%。

1.一种玻璃胶,其特征在于:包括有机羟基硅酮,有机甲基硅酮,甲基硅烷,气相二氧化硅,碳酸钙,橄榄油,二丁基二月硅酸锡,醋酸,氨基硅烷,抗菌剂和去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃胶,其特征在于:所述玻璃胶由下述组分按质量百分比组成:有机羟基硅酮30-40%,有机甲基硅酮10-20%,甲基硅烷2-5%,气相二氧化硅5-10%,碳酸钙10-15%,橄榄油1-3%,二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1-0.5%,醋酸3-5%,氨基硅烷0.1-0.5%,抗菌剂0.1-0.5%和去离子水15-25%。
