Abstract
本发明提供了一种环保内墙涂料,按重量计含有以下组分:尼龙10-20份,甲醇30-60份,苯酚30-50份,二甲基甲酰胺8-35份,三乙烯四胺1-5份,滑石粉5-12份。相对于现有技术,本发明所述的环保内墙涂料及其制备方法具有以下优势:采用尼龙为原料制备的环保涂料性质稳定,色度好,涂覆效果好,不易脱落;同时采用较易除去的溶剂作为稀释剂,可避免现有涂料中挥发性有机物对人体健康的潜在危害。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑涂料领域,尤其是涉及一种环保内墙涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上涂料种类较多,但几乎每种涂料中都有一定比例的化学粘合剂或溶剂,从而造成涂料中的挥发性有机化合物含量较高,涂在墙上未干以前都会散发一定的刺激眼睛和呼吸道的气味,影响人们的身体健康。此外,现有的涂料大多性质不够稳定,涂覆时间较长后,容易发生脱落、掉皮等现象,影响美观。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种环保内墙涂料及其制备方法,以提高解决现有技术存在的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种环保内墙涂料,按重量计含有以下组分:尼龙10-20份,甲醇30-60份,苯酚30-50份,二甲基甲酰胺8-35份,三乙烯四胺1-5份,滑石粉5-12份。
进一步的,所述的环保内墙涂料,按重量计含有以下组分:尼龙15份,甲醇50份,苯酚45份,二甲基甲酰胺23份,三乙烯四胺4份,滑石粉6份。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种环保内墙涂料的制备方法,取配方量的上述原料中的尼龙和苯酚混合加热至100℃,2-3小时后停止加热降温至室温加入甲醇、二甲基甲酰胺、三乙烯四胺以及滑石粉搅拌均匀即可制成所述环保内墙涂料。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的环保内墙涂料及其制备方法具有以下优势:采用尼龙为原料制备的环保涂料性质稳定,色度好,涂覆效果好,不易脱落;同时采用较易除去的溶剂作为稀释剂,可避免现有涂料中挥发性有机物对人体健康的潜在危害。

实施例1
一种环保内墙涂料,按重量计含有以下组分:尼龙10份,甲醇30份,苯酚30份,二甲基甲酰胺8份,三乙烯四胺1份,滑石粉5份。
实施例2
一种环保内墙涂料,按重量计含有以下组分:尼龙20份,甲醇60份,苯酚50份,二甲基甲酰胺35份,三乙烯四胺5份,滑石粉12份。
实施例3
一种环保内墙涂料,按重量计含有以下组分:尼龙15份,甲醇50份,苯酚45份,二甲基甲酰胺23份,三乙烯四胺4份,滑石粉6份。
上述环保内墙涂料的制备方法为:
取配方量的上述原料中的尼龙和苯酚混合加热至100℃,2-3小时后停止加热降温至室温加入甲醇、二甲基甲酰胺、三乙烯四胺以及滑石粉搅拌均匀即可制成所述环保内墙涂料。

1.一种环保内墙涂料,其特征在于:按重量计含有以下组分:
尼龙10-20份,甲醇30-60份,苯酚30-50份,二甲基甲酰胺8-35份,三乙烯四胺1-5份,滑石粉5-12份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的环保内墙涂料,其特征在于:按重量计含有以下组分:
尼龙15份,甲醇50份,苯酚45份,二甲基甲酰胺23份,三乙烯四胺4份,滑石粉6份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的环保内墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:取配方量的上述原料中的尼龙和苯酚混合加热至100℃,2-3小时后停止加热降温至室温加入甲醇、二甲基甲酰胺、三乙烯四胺以及滑石粉搅拌均匀即可制成所述环保内墙涂料。
