Description

Waterproof ink and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for preparing waterproof ink.
Background
Ink is a treasure of China and is an indispensable element in Chinese painting and calligraphy works. Traditional inks typically use carbon black as the primary raw material. Because carbon is not easy to react with other substances under normal conditions, the chemical property of the ink is stable and the ink does not fade for a long time, and just because of the characteristic, people can acquire knowledge from great xian. However, the traditional ink is poor in water resistance, especially when the ink is soaked by rain, handwriting becomes fuzzy and difficult to distinguish, and due to the defect, a plurality of precious literature ancient books disappear.
In addition, in the engineering of petroleum, geological exploration and outdoor operation, marks are often needed to be made on walls, rock points and cores, and in order to ensure that the mark points are not influenced by rain wash and sand erosion, paints are mostly used for writing and spraying at present. The cost of the paint is high, and the toxic volatile organic solvent in the paint pollutes the environment and brings threats to the health of constructors. With the increasing attention of people to the environmental problems, how to effectively control the influence of organic volatile compounds on the environment, the waterproof ink which is simple in production process, low in price, green and environment-friendly is developed, and the waterproof ink has a wide market prospect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide asphalt waterproof ink, which does not use or uses a small amount of organic solvent in the manufacturing process, has thick ink marks after painting, strong adhesive force and low manufacturing cost, and is environment-friendly waterproof ink suitable for large-scale application in engineering.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the waterproof ink consists of a coloring agent, a dispersing agent, an emulsifying agent, a quick drying agent, a stabilizing agent and a defoaming agent, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of colorant, 200-230 parts of dispersant, 3-5 parts of emulsifier, 0.1-0.5 part of quick-drying agent, 0.4-1.6 parts of stabilizer and 0.1-0.5 part of defoaming agent.
The preferred colorant of the waterproof ink is 90# asphalt with a softening point of 45-55 ℃.
The preferred dispersant for the above water-repellent ink is water.
The emulsifier preferable for the waterproof ink is one or more of sodium dodecyl sulfate, cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and OP-10.
The preferred quick drying agent for the waterproof ink is one or both of manganese acetate and cobalt acetate.
The preferable stabilizer of the waterproof ink is one or more of sodium silicate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylamide and sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
The defoaming agent preferred by the waterproof ink is dimethyl silicone oil.
The preparation method of the waterproof ink is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(a) placing the asphalt in a container, and softening in a constant-temperature water bath;
(b) adding water, an emulsifier, a quick drying agent and a stabilizer into a container according to a certain proportion, and fully mixing to prepare a soap solution;
(c) adding the soap solution obtained in the step b into the softened asphalt obtained in the step a, and stirring at a high speed to uniformly disperse the asphalt in the soap solution;
(d) adding a defoaming agent into the emulsion obtained in the step c, and slowly stirring until the foam disappears;
(e) after the mixture in the step d is cooled, canning, sealing and storing for later use.
The preparation method of the waterproof ink comprises the step 1, wherein the constant temperature of the water bath is 80-90 ℃.
The preparation method of the waterproof ink comprises the step of stirring at a high speed for 10 minutes.
The invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
the waterproof ink prepared by the method is scientific and reasonable in formula, low in raw material price, stable in ink property, easy to write on paper or solid surface, strong in adhesion, excellent in waterproof capability after being dried, and easy to store for a long time.
