Abstract
本发明公开了一种高透湿防水面料;本发明的目的是提供一种高透湿防水面料,包括透气面料层和防水透气层,所述防水透气层为微孔聚氨酯膜,该聚氨酯膜为氟单体水性聚氨酯膜;所述透气面料层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例2:1排列,所述第一纬线为吸湿排汗纤维,所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维;所述透气面料层和防水透气层通过PU胶粘接在一起。该面料不仅结构简单、质地柔软保暖,又有利于人体汗汽排出,并能长时间地保持防水和排汗汽的性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料,特别涉及一种高透湿防水面料。
背景技术
防水透湿织物也叫“可呼吸织物”,是一种经PU涂层或贴合后集防水、透湿、防风及保暖性能于一体的织物,既能抵御雨水和寒风的入侵,又能让人体的汗气、汗液及时排出,从而保持人体的干爽和温暖的舒适感。随着各项纺织技术的进展和服用领域的拓展,近年来,防水透湿面料在技术上有不少新的进展,服用性能日趋完善,但也存在不少问题,如面料结构过于复杂;选用的材料过于老旧传统;设计的成本过高;防水性能和透湿性能不能同时兼顾,往往是强调了一种性能减弱了另一种性能;缺乏对环境变化作出响应的能力。因此,当前防水透湿面料仍有待于作进一步开发,尤其是开发新型的高透湿防水面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高透湿防水面料,该面料不仅结构简单、质地柔软保暖,又有利于人体汗汽排出,并能长时间地保持防水和排汗汽的性能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的高透湿防水面料,包括透气面料层和防水透气层,所述防水透气层为微孔聚氨酯膜,该聚氨酯膜为氟单体水性聚氨酯膜;所述透气面料层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例2:1排列,所述第一纬线为吸湿排汗纤维,所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维;所述透气面料层和防水透气层通过PU胶粘接在一起。
作为优选,所述微孔聚氨酯膜的微孔孔径为0.2-0.5微米。
作为优选,所述第二纬线中苎麻纤维与丽赛纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为63和37%,所述经线中天丝纤维与粘胶纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为26%和74%。
作为优选,所述的吸湿排汗纤维中包覆有智能凝胶,该智能凝胶为2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸,通过Ar微波等离子体引发接枝聚合法,接枝聚合到吸湿排汗纤维中。
作为优选,所述防水透气层的厚度为0.15mm-0.45mm,所述透气面料层的厚度为0.5mm-1.1mm。
本发明的高透湿防水面料透气排汗强,大量的汗水能及时的吸收然后释放到空气中;本发明可以有效防止水渗透到面料中,透气、舒适性好,同时具有良好的舒适感和皮肤亲和性,导湿透气,手感柔软滑爽,悬垂性好,弹性好。透气面料层采用多种吸湿透气面料纤维混纺编织,可以起到吸湿排汗的功能,同时把湿气从防水透气薄膜的微孔排出;智能凝胶在遇到湿环境时能吸水溶胀,使面料内层表面布满一层溶胀的凝胶,堵塞内层织物结构以及纱线、纤维之间的所有缝隙,从而保证内层不进水。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种高透湿防水面料,包括透气面料层和防水透气层,所述防水透气层为微孔聚氨酯膜,该聚氨酯膜为氟单体水性聚氨酯膜,微孔孔径为0.2微米;所述透气面料层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例2:1排列,所述第一纬线为吸湿排汗纤维,吸湿排汗纤维中包覆有智能凝胶,该智能凝胶为2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸,通过Ar微波等离子体引发接枝聚合法,接枝聚合到吸湿排汗纤维中;所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,苎麻纤维与丽赛纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为63和37%;所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维,天丝纤维与粘胶纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为26%和74%。;所述防水透气层的厚度为0.15mm,所述透气面料层的厚度为1.1mm,透气面料层和防水透气层通过PU胶粘接在一起。

一种高透湿防水面料,包括透气面料层和防水透气层,所述防水透气层为微孔聚氨酯膜,该聚氨酯膜为氟单体水性聚氨酯膜,微孔孔径为0.5微米;所述透气面料层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例2:1排列,所述第一纬线为吸湿排汗纤维,吸湿排汗纤维中包覆有智能凝胶,该智能凝胶为2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸,通过Ar微波等离子体引发接枝聚合法,接枝聚合到吸湿排汗纤维中;所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,苎麻纤维与丽赛纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为63和37%;所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维,天丝纤维与粘胶纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为26%和74%。;所述防水透气层的厚度为0.45mm,所述透气面料层的厚度为0.5mm,透气面料层和防水透气层通过PU胶粘接在一起。

1.一种高透湿防水面料,其特征在于:包括透气面料层和防水透气层,所述防水透气层为微孔聚氨酯膜,该聚氨酯膜为氟单体水性聚氨酯膜;所述透气面料层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述纬线包括第一纬线和第二纬线,第一纬线和第二纬线按比例2:1排列,所述第一纬线为吸湿排汗纤维,所述第二纬线为苎麻纤维和丽赛纤维的混纺纤维,所述经线为天丝纤维和粘胶纤维的混纺纤维;所述透气面料层和防水透气层通过PU胶粘接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透湿防水面料,其特征在于:所述微孔聚氨酯膜的微孔孔径为0.2-0.5微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透湿防水面料,其特征在于:所述第二纬线中苎麻纤维与丽赛纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为63和37%,所述经线中天丝纤维与粘胶纤维混纺编织的重量百分比分别为26%和74%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透湿防水面料,其特征在于:所述的吸湿排汗纤维中包覆有智能凝胶,该智能凝胶为2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸,通过Ar微波等离子体引发接枝聚合法,接枝聚合到吸湿排汗纤维中。
