本发明公开了一种田螺切尾机,包括安装架、滚筒、切尾刀、电机、主动带轮、从动带轮和传动带,所述滚筒转动设于安装架上,从动带轮与滚筒相连,主动带轮固定连接在电机的输出轴上,且主动带轮通过传动带与从动带轮相连,切尾刀沿滚筒的轴线方向固定连接在安装架上,且切尾刀的刀刃与滚筒之间留有切尾间隙;滚筒为两端封闭的筒状结构,滚筒的桶壁上设有进料口,在滚筒的桶壁上且位于进料口处铰接有用于遮挡进料口的挡门,所述滚筒上设有具有大圆面和小圆面的圆锥孔,且圆锥孔大圆面位于滚筒内壁上,小圆面位于滚筒外壁上。本发明结构简单,工作效率高,制造成本低。

一种田螺切尾机
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种田螺切尾机。
背景技术:
采用钳子或闸刀一个一个地剪或切除田螺的尾尖,速度很慢,即费时又费力,安全性难以保证。现有的田螺切尾机结构复杂,一次只能切除少量的田螺,工作效率低。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种田螺切尾机。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种田螺切尾机,包括安装架、滚筒、切尾刀、电机、主动带轮、从动带轮和传动带,所述滚筒转动设于安装架上,从动带轮与滚筒相连,主动带轮固定连接在电机的输出轴上,且主动带轮通过传动带与从动带轮相连,切尾刀沿滚筒的轴线方向固定连接在安装架上,且切尾刀的刀刃与滚筒之间留有切尾间隙;
所述滚筒为两端封闭的筒状结构,滚筒的桶壁上设有进料口,在滚筒的桶壁上且位于进料口处铰接有用于遮挡进料口的挡门,所述滚筒上设有具有大圆面和小圆面的圆锥孔,且圆锥孔大圆面位于滚筒内壁上,小圆面位于滚筒外壁上。
进一步地,所述切尾间隙不大于1cm。
进一步地,所述滚筒的内腔中设有转轴支架和转轴,所述转轴沿滚筒的轴线方向设置,且转轴通过两转轴支架固定连接在滚筒的内腔中,转轴的两端分别穿过滚筒壁伸于滚筒外并与安装架转动连接。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明一种田螺切尾机包括安装架1、滚筒2、切尾刀3、电机4、主动带轮5、从动带轮6和传动带7,滚筒2转动设于安装架1上,从动带轮6与滚筒2相连,主动带轮5与电机4的输出轴固定连接,主动带轮5通过传动带7与从动带轮6相连,电机4驱动滚筒2在安装架1上转动,电机4固定连接安装架1上且位于滚筒2一侧。切尾刀3沿滚筒2的轴线方向设置在安装架1上,且切尾刀3位于滚筒2的正下方,切尾刀3的刀刃与滚筒2之间留有切尾间隙8,该切尾间隙8不大于1cm。
如图2至图4,本发明中的滚筒2为两端封闭的筒状结构,在滚筒2的桶壁上设有进料口21,在滚筒2上铰接有用于遮挡进料口21的挡门22,该挡门22为曲面结构,与进料口21相适配。在滚筒2上均布有若干个圆锥孔23,每个圆锥孔23均具有大圆面和小圆面,且每个圆锥孔23的大圆面位于滚筒内壁上,小圆面位于滚筒外壁上。
在滚筒2的内腔中设有转轴25和转轴支架24,转轴25沿滚筒2的轴线方向设置,且转轴25通过两转轴支架24固定连接在滚筒2的内腔中,转轴25的两端分别穿过滚筒壁并伸于滚筒2外与安装架1转动连接。从动带轮6固定连接在转轴25上。
将待切尾的田螺置于滚筒2内,转动滚筒2,田螺尾为卡于滚筒2上的圆锥孔23内,田螺的尾尖会通过圆锥孔23伸于滚筒2外,待露出的尾尖经过切尾刀3的刀刃时,会被切尾刀3切断。

1.一种田螺切尾机,其特征在于:包括安装架(1)、滚筒(2)、切尾刀(3)、电机(4)、主动带轮(5)、从动带轮(6)和传动带(7),所述滚筒(2)转动设于安装架(1)上,从动带轮(6)与滚筒(2)相连,主动带轮(5)固定连接在电机(4)的输出轴上,且主动带轮(5)通过传动带(7)与从动带轮(6)相连,切尾刀(3)沿滚筒(2)的轴线方向固定连接在安装架(1)上,且切尾刀(3)的刀刃与滚筒(2)之间留有切尾间隙(8);
所述滚筒(2)为两端封闭的筒状结构,滚筒(2)的桶壁上设有进料口(21),在滚筒(2)的桶壁上且位于进料口(21)处铰接有用于遮挡进料口(21)的挡门(22),所述滚筒(2)上设有具有大圆面和小圆面的圆锥孔(23),且圆锥孔(23)大圆面位于滚筒内壁上,小圆面位于滚筒外壁上。
2.如权利要求1所述的田螺切尾机,其特征在于:所述切尾间隙(8)不大于1cm。
3.如权利要求1所述的田螺切尾机,其特征在于:所述滚筒(2)的内腔中设有转轴支架(24)和转轴(25),所述转轴(25)沿滚筒(2)的轴线方向设置,且转轴(25)通过两转轴支架(24)固定连接在滚筒(2)的内腔中,转轴(25)的两端分别穿过滚筒壁并伸于滚筒(2)外与安装架(1)转动连接。
