本发明涉及一种钢管焊缝切削屑缠绕引导杆装置,包括引导杆前段、引导杆中段、引导杆后段、连接段与过渡段;引导杆前段与引导杆中段通过连接段同轴相连,引导杆中段与引导杆后段通过过渡段同轴相连,在引导杆后段上沿着其圆周方向开设有若干环形凹槽,且引导杆后段的外圆直径大于引导杆中段的外圆直径。本发明可以使整个缠绕架有效地得到利用,避免频繁更换缠绕架,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明属于钢管生产装置技术领域,本发明尤其是涉及一种钢管焊缝切削屑缠绕引导杆装置。
背景技术
目前,小口径钢管的管坯通常由钢带经过卷边工序以及氩弧焊工序而得到,氩弧焊后的焊缝必须经过切削装置的切削,切屑产生的切削屑必须通过缠绕架缠绕起来,在切削屑缠绕上缠绕架之前,切削屑必须经过引导。现有的引导杆的长度小于缠绕架的长度,使得切削屑只能缠绕在缠绕架的后端位置,前端位置的缠绕架完全没有起到缠绕作用,所以,缠绕架必须频繁地更换,严重地影响了生产的效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种可以使整个缠绕架有效地得到利用、避免频繁更换缠绕架、提高工作效率的钢管焊缝切削屑缠绕引导杆装置。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述钢管焊缝切削屑缠绕引导杆装置,包括引导杆前段、引导杆中段、引导杆后段、连接段与过渡段;引导杆前段与引导杆中段通过连接段同轴相连,引导杆中段与引导杆后段通过过渡段同轴相连,在引导杆后段上沿着其圆周方向开设有若干环形凹槽,且引导杆后段的外圆直径大于引导杆中段的外圆直径。
所述过渡段为一段圆锥体。
所述连接段的外圆直径小于引导杆前段的外圆直径,连接段的外圆直径小于引导杆中段的外圆直径。
本发明可以使整个缠绕架有效地得到利用,避免频繁更换缠绕架,提高了工作效率。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
该钢管焊缝切削屑缠绕引导杆装置,包括引导杆前段1、引导杆中段2、引导杆后段3、连接段4与过渡段5;引导杆前段1与引导杆中段2通过连接段4同轴相连,引导杆中段2与引导杆后段3通过过渡段5同轴相连,在引导杆后段3上沿着其圆周方向开设有若干环形凹槽6,且引导杆后段3的外圆直径大于引导杆中段2的外圆直径,引导杆前段1与引导杆中段2均为光滑圆柱。
所述过渡段5为一段圆锥体。
所述连接段4的外圆直径小于引导杆前段1的外圆直径,连接段4的外圆直径小于引导杆中段2的外圆直径。
本发明的引导杆装置,其后端部固定在机架挡板7上,在原来的引导杆后段3基础上同轴连接了引导杆前段1、引导杆中段2、连接段4与过渡段5,使得引导杆装置长度大大提高,其长度基本与缠绕架长度相等,从而使得引导杆装置的工作长度得到大大地提高,所以,可以使整个缠绕架更加有效地得到利用,避免频繁地更换缠绕架,节约了更换缠绕架所耗费的时间,明显提高了工作效率。

1.一种钢管焊缝切削屑缠绕引导杆装置,其特征是:包括引导杆前段(1)、引导杆中段(2)、引导杆后段(3)、连接段(4)与过渡段(5);引导杆前段(1)与引导杆中段(2)通过连接段(4)同轴相连,引导杆中段(2)与引导杆后段(3)通过过渡段(5)同轴相连,在引导杆后段(3)上沿着其圆周方向开设有若干环形凹槽(6),且引导杆后段(3)的外圆直径大于引导杆中段(2)的外圆直径。
2.如权利要求1所述的钢管焊缝切削屑缠绕引导杆装置,其特征是:所述过渡段(5)为一段圆锥体。
3.如权利要求1所述的钢管焊缝切削屑缠绕引导杆装置,其特征是:所述连接段(4)的外圆直径小于引导杆前段(1)的外圆直径,连接段(4)的外圆直径小于引导杆中段(2)的外圆直径。
