本发明公开了一种气缸杆加工固定装置，所述的气缸杆加工固定装置包含一长条状的固定横条，所述的固定横条的中部设有一对引导圆孔，所述的固定横条的两端分别设有一方形的固定槽口。本发明的气缸杆加工固定装置的优点是：使用时，使用者将机床上的一对引导滑杆分别贯穿引导圆孔，这样，整个固定装置就能平滑地滑动，加工精度高。另外，利用固定槽口同时扣住待加工的一对气缸杆，固定牢固，加工效率高，实用性强。

本发明涉及一种机床夹具，更确切地说，是一种气缸杆加工固定装置。
背景技术
在对气缸杆的胚件进行加工时，需要保持杆身的平面度一致，现有的方法是采用水平尺进行校正，工人的劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种气缸杆加工固定装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种气缸杆加工固定装置，所述的气缸杆加工固定装置包含一长条状的固定横条，所述的固定横条的中部设有一对引导圆孔，所述的固定横条的两端分别设有一方形的固定槽口。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的气缸杆加工固定装置为硬质钢制成。
本发明的气缸杆加工固定装置的优点是：使用时，使用者将机床上的一对引导滑杆分别贯穿引导圆孔，这样，整个固定装置就能平滑地滑动，加工精度高。另外，利用固定槽口同时扣住待加工的一对气缸杆，固定牢固，加工效率高，实用性强。

使用时，使用者将机床上的一对引导滑杆分别贯穿引导圆孔3，这样，整个固定装置1就能平滑地滑动，加工精度高，无需再次校对。另外，利用固定槽口4同时扣住待加工的一对气缸杆，固定牢固，加工效率高，实用性强。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。
