本发明公开了一种高镍合金无裂纹焊接工艺,包括以下步骤:1)对需要焊接的部位进行打磨、抛光、并打磨出一定坡度;2)以钝化液清洗焊接部位;3)以焊接料焊接;4)清洗焊接成功的部位,所述钝化液为酸洗钝化液。该发明提供的高镍合金无裂缝焊接工艺,原料易购得、成本低廉,耐磨性好,力学性能优异。

一种高镍合金无裂纹焊接工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及五金技术领域,具体涉及一种高镍合金无裂纹焊接工艺。
背景技术
焊料是用于填加到焊缝、堆焊层和钎缝中的金属合金材料的总称。焊料的主要作用就是把被焊物连接起来,对电路来说构成一个通道。常用焊锡具备的条件为焊料的熔点要低于被焊工件,易于与被焊物连成一体,具有一定的抗压能力,要有较好的导电性能及较快的结晶速度。但是,近年来环保意识高涨,RoHS规定对铅进行了规制,导致含有铅的Pb-Sn焊料的使用也受到限制,开始使用不含铅的所谓“无铅焊料”。目前使用的Sn-Ag-Cu焊料合金作为无铅焊料,无铅焊料合金的适用范围虽然越发扩大,但是在一些环境下其焊料接头易产生破断、劣化的现象。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述的缺点,而提供一种高镍合金无裂纹焊接工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:该高镍合金无裂缝焊接工艺包括以下步骤:1)对需要焊接的部位进行打磨、抛光、并打磨出一定坡度;2)以钝化液清洗焊接部位;3)以焊接料焊接;4)清洗焊接成功的部位。
优选的,所述钝化液为酸洗钝化液。
优选的,所述打磨坡度为5°~8°。
优选的,所述焊接料中各原料的重量份分别为:Sn2~8份、Si15~20份、Al15~20份、Cr5~10份、C15~20份。
优选的,所述焊接料中各原料的重量份分别为:Sn2份、Si15份、Al15份、Cr5份、C15份。
优选的,所述焊接料中各原料的重量份分别为:Sn5份、Si18份、Al18份、Cr8份、C18份。
所述焊接料中各原料的重量份分别为:Sn8份、Si20份、Al20份、Cr10份、C20份。
本发明的有益效果是:原料易购得、成本低廉,耐磨性好,力学性能优异。

3.根据权利要求1所述的高镍合金无裂缝焊接工艺,其特征在于,所述打磨坡度为5°~8°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高镍合金无裂缝焊接工艺,其特征在于,所述焊接料中各原料的重量份分别为:Sn2~8份、Si15~20份、Al15~20份、Cr5~10份、C15~20份。
