背景技术
支气管哮喘是一种以慢性气道炎症为特征的异质性疾病；具有喘息、气促、胸闷和咳嗽的呼吸道症状病史，伴有可变的呼气气流受限，呼吸道症状和强度可随时间而变化。哮喘可在任何年龄发病，大多始发于4～5岁以前。

本发明的目的在于：提出一种治疗小儿支气管哮喘的白术组合药物。
本发明的治疗小儿支气管哮喘的白术组合药物，其特征在于：以重量计，由白术40-50克、麻黄40-50克、白果40-50克、南沙参40-50克，炙百部40-50克，大枣20-25克，葶苈子20-25克，炙马蔸铃20-25克，甘草20-25克，半夏20-25克，生石膏20-25克，桔梗20-25克；粉碎，包装，即得产品。
功能主治：理气化痰，健脾利湿，补肾纳气。适用于各种哮喘症。
宜忌：忌鱼腥、油腻、辛辣等发物。
包装：可为每小袋30g或每袋500克-1000克规格。
用法：将药粉30g倒入电热杯，加水200ml沸后30-40分钟，取液使用；可加少许蜂蜜饮服。1天3-5次。

病例验证：用此方共治疗各种哮喘325例。结果疗效稳定的95例，疗效不稳定的175例，无效的55例，总有效率为83.1％。
典型病例：
于某，男，5岁。哮喘反复发作，咳喘不止，喉中痰鸣，呼吸困难，剧时喘憋，整夜不能人睡，服3剂咳轻，喘减，精神转佳，只在睡眠时喉中仍有痰鸣音，用本发明此方治疗；服药，10日后，痊愈。
黄某，女，7岁。哮喘反复半年，近两旬哮喘持续发作，昼夜不安，呼吸气促，咳嗽剧烈，不能平卧，痰多白沫，不易咯出，额部多汗，唇紫，苔薄腻花剥，舌青，脉细数，多次急诊用西药未见效果。用本发明此方治疗；服药，10日后，痊愈。随访未复发。
余刘某，女，4岁。咳嗽、哮喘2天，不能平卧。曾用青、链霉素及抗喘药治疗无效。患儿父母均有哮喘病。诊断为哮喘。用本发明此方治疗2日后，复诊，症状缓解，哮鸣音消失，呼吸音仍粗糙；继用本发明此方治疗7日后，痊愈。
余某，男，6岁。患支气管哮喘发作时胸闷气促，呼气延长，被迫坐起双手撑床，两肺哮鸣音，曾以色苷酸二钠、噻呱酮替芬等治疗，均不能预防哮喘发作。改用本发明此方治疗30日后，痊愈。随访2年，未见发作。
