Abstract
本发明提供一种养殖场内引诱转移蜈蚣的方法,涉及特种养殖技术领域,步骤为:①取引诱剂在加入10倍体积的水稀释后,使稀释后的引诱剂缓慢升温到22℃,然后将稀释后的引诱剂装入雾化器内待用;②将待转移的蜈蚣养殖场与转移至的目标养殖场建立转移通道,将引诱剂用雾化器雾化后喷洒在目标养殖场内铺设的垫料表面,使垫料表面保持湿润,保持10小时以上,使蜈蚣转移98.1%以上。本发明引诱剂雾化后喷洒在目标养殖场内,可以将蜈蚣从其它养殖场引诱过来,从而实现蜈蚣的转移。该引诱剂对蜈蚣没有伤害,引诱蜈蚣的同时,还可净化目标养殖场内的环境,消灭滋生的杂菌,蜈蚣转移过程中,引诱剂与蜈蚣体表有一定程度的接触,可预防蜈蚣出现脱壳病。

技术领域
本发明涉及特种养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种养殖场内引诱转移蜈蚣的方法。
背景技术
蜈蚣又名百足虫,天龙、千足虫、天虫,是蠕虫形的陆生节肢动物,属节肢动物门多足纲。喜栖于潮湿阴暗的地方,分布在我国南方亚热带地域,蜈蚣为重要的药材、具有息风镇痉、攻毒散结,通络止痛功能,还用于小儿惊风、抽搐痉挛、中风口眼歪斜半身不遂、破伤风症、风湿顽痹、疮疡、瘰疬、毒蛇咬伤。原有的蜈蚣依赖于自然条件养殖与繁殖,自生自灭,难以满足市场的需要。人工开始养殖以后,由于养殖技术水平低,再加上病害,天敌、食料等问题尚未能完全解决,发展速度慢,很难以满足药材市场的需要。现有技术中,人工养殖蜈蚣时,养殖场内的垫料都是一直使用,在养殖过程中不进行更换,致使养殖的蜈蚣容易患病,蜈蚣死亡率较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种养殖场内引诱转移蜈蚣的方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种养殖场内引诱转移蜈蚣的方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
①取引诱剂在加入10倍体积的水稀释后,使稀释后的引诱剂缓慢升温到22℃,然后将稀释后的引诱剂装入雾化器内待用;
②将待转移的蜈蚣养殖场与转移至的目标养殖场建立转移通道,将引诱剂用雾化器雾化后喷洒在目标养殖场内铺设的垫料表面,使垫料表面保持湿润,保持10小时以上,在引诱剂的引诱下,蜈蚣从待转移的养殖场向目标养殖场陆续转移,使蜈蚣转移98.1%以上;
引诱剂由如下重量份的原料制备而成:
太子参4份、当归8份、白芍5份、生地7份、二花3份、土茯苓3份、白术5份、麦芽4份、山药3份、桂枝6份、无花果8份、薰衣草油1份、凤梨汁12份、蛋清液25份、葵花籽油2份、葡萄糖8份、山苍子油1.2份、红糖5份、蜂蜜3份、芝麻油6份、苍耳子提取物2份、酥油4份;
引诱剂制备方法:按重量比称取太子参4份、当归8份、白芍5份、生地7份、二花3份、土茯苓3份、白术5份、麦芽4份、山药3份、桂枝6份、无花果8份,混合后加入250份的水,煎煮30min,过滤,取药液,浓缩至35份;将浓缩后的药液冷却后,加入薰衣草油1份、凤梨汁12份、蛋清液25份、葵花籽油2份、葡萄糖8份、山苍子油1.2份、红糖5份、蜂蜜3份、芝麻油6份、苍耳子提取物2份搅拌溶解,放入0℃环境下冷藏2.5小时,再与酥油4份混合,即得引诱剂。
引诱剂在0℃环境下密封冷藏。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明引诱剂雾化后喷洒在目标养殖场内,可以将蜈蚣从其它养殖场引诱过来,从而实现蜈蚣的转移。该引诱剂对蜈蚣没有伤害,引诱蜈蚣的同时,还可净化目标养殖场内的环境,消灭滋生的杂菌,蜈蚣转移过程中,引诱剂与蜈蚣体表有一定程度的接触,可预防蜈蚣出现脱壳病。
