背景技术
目前市场贩卖的香皂,多为工业性强酸碱制作出来的皂,工业皂对皮肤有刺激,可引起过敏反应。香皂过敏,在医学上分是接触性皮炎,皮肤过敏的症状是:轻者出现红斑、丘疹、瘙痒;重者会出现水疱、大疱、肿胀、糜烂、渗液、疼痛。如坚持长期使用皮肤还会增厚、粗糙、色素加深,呈慢性苔癣样变。因此针对易敏肤质的人群,制作一种既清洁皮肤又抗过敏的手工皂势在必行。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为解决现有技术之缺陷,本发明之目的就是提供一种抗过敏中药手工皂,可有效解决工业皂对皮肤有刺激,可引起过敏反应的问题。
本发明解决的技术方案是,该抗过敏中药手工皂是由以下质量百分比计的原料制成:橄榄油15-25%、椰子油5-15%、棕榈油10-15%、米糠油5-10%、马油5-10%、氢氧化钠7-9%、纯水15-20%、蛇油2-4%、甘草酸二钾1-2%、徐长卿提取物1-2%、黄柏提取物0.5-1%、黄芩提取物0.5-1%、苦参提取物0.5-1%和辅料0-3%;所述的辅料为椿白皮提取物、五加皮提取物、旱莲草提取物、艾叶提取物的一种或两种以上的组合;所述的提取物提取方法均为:分别将需要提取的药材放入清水中浸泡2h后煎煮,煮好的药液浓缩至1:1(1ml:1g),在浓缩的药液中加入体积浓度为95%的乙醇,使乙醇浓度达到60%,然后放入冰箱中12-24h取出,用旋转蒸发仪回收乙醇,将回收乙醇后的药液放入60℃恒温烤箱中蒸发水分,干燥后得到的固体粉末即为本发明中所述的中药提取物。
抗皱手工皂具体制作方法如下:
1)将橄榄油、椰子油、棕榈油、米糠油、马油混合在一起,加热至40-45℃,得A部分;
2)将纯水中加入氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀,温度降至40-45℃,得B部分;
3)将A、B两部分混合后匀速搅拌1h,搅拌过程中保持温度始终处于40-45℃,至皂化液状态后,加入蛇油、甘草酸二钾、徐长卿提取物、黄柏提取物、黄芩提取物、苦参提取物和辅料,在40-45℃再次搅拌均匀后,倒入模具;
4)皂化液降温固化,20-25℃下放置4-6周即可。
本发明配方灵活,可以根据肤质加减油脂含量,也可根据需要加入辅料,本品为纯天然产品,对皮肤无伤害,可有效抑菌抗过敏,用于过敏体质人群,是中药手工皂上的创新。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本发明在具体实施时,由以下质量百分比计的原料制成:橄榄油20%、椰子油15%、棕榈油14%、米糠油10%、马油5%、氢氧化钠9%、纯水15%、蛇油4%、甘草酸二钾1%、徐长卿提取物2%、黄柏提取物0.5%、黄芩提取物1%、苦参提取物0.5%、椿白皮提取物1.5%和五加皮提取物1.5%;具体制作过程如下:
1)混合油脂:将橄榄油、椰子油、棕榈油、米糠油、马油混合在一起,加热至40℃,得混合油脂;
2)准备碱水:将纯水中加入氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀,冷却至40℃,得碱水;
3)原料混合:将碱水和油脂混合后匀速搅拌1h,搅拌过程中保持温度始终处于40℃,至皂化液状态后,加入蛇油、甘草酸二钾、徐长卿提取物、黄柏提取物、黄芩提取物、苦参提取物、椿白皮提取物和五加皮提取物,在40℃再次搅拌均匀后,倒入模具;
4)降温固化:皂化液降温固化,20℃下放置4-6周即可。

本发明在具体实施时,由以下质量百分比计的原料制成:橄榄油24%、椰子油10%、棕榈油12%、米糠油9%、马油8%、氢氧化钠8%、纯水19%、蛇油3%、甘草酸二钾1.5%、徐长卿提取物1.5%、黄柏提取物0.6%、黄芩提取物0.8%、苦参提取物0.8%和旱莲草提取物0.8%;具体制作过程如下:
1)混合油脂:将橄榄油、椰子油、棕榈油、米糠油、马油混合在一起,加热至42℃,得混合油脂;
2)准备碱水:将纯水中加入氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀,冷却至42℃,得碱水;
3)原料混合:将碱水和油脂混合后匀速搅拌1h,搅拌过程中保持温度始终处于42℃,至皂化液状态后,加入蛇油、甘草酸二钾、徐长卿提取物、黄柏提取物、黄芩提取物、苦参提取物和旱莲草提取物,在42℃再次搅拌均匀后,倒入模具;
4)降温固化:皂化液降温固化,22℃下放置4-6周即可。

本发明在具体实施时,还可由以下质量百分比计的原料制成:橄榄油22%、椰子油13%、棕榈油12%、米糠油7%、马油9%、氢氧化钠8%、纯水16%、蛇油4%、甘草酸二钾1.5%、徐长卿提取物2%、黄柏提取物0.5%、黄芩提取物1%、苦参提取物1%和五加皮提取物1%、旱莲草提取物1%、艾叶提取物1%。

1.一种抗过敏中药手工皂,其特征在于,该抗过敏中药手工皂是由以下质量百分比计的原料制成:橄榄油15-25%、椰子油5-15%、棕榈油10-15%、米糠油5-10%、马油5-10%、氢氧化钠7-9%、纯水15-20%、蛇油2-4%、甘草酸二钾1-2%、徐长卿提取物1-2%、黄柏提取物0.5-1%、黄芩提取物0.5-1%、苦参提取物0.5-1%和辅料0-3%;所述的辅料为椿白皮提取物、五加皮提取物、旱莲草提取物、艾叶提取物的一种或两种以上的组合;所述的提取物提取方法均为:分别将需要提取的药材放入清水中浸泡2h后煎煮,煮好的药液浓缩至每1ml药液相当于含1g生药材,在浓缩的药液中加入体积浓度为95%的乙醇,使乙醇体积浓度达到60%,然后放入冰箱中12-24h取出,用旋转蒸发仪回收乙醇,将回收乙醇后的药液放入60℃恒温烤箱中蒸发水分,干燥后得到的固体粉末即为所述的中药提取物;
其中:
1)将橄榄油、椰子油、棕榈油、米糠油、马油混合在一起,加热至40-45℃,得A部分;
2)将纯水中加入氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀,温度降至40-45℃,得B部分;
3)将A、B两部分混合后匀速搅拌1h,搅拌过程中保持温度始终处于40-45℃,至皂化液状态后,加入蛇油、甘草酸二钾、徐长卿提取物、黄柏提取物、黄芩提取物、苦参提取物和辅料,在40-45℃再次搅拌均匀后,倒入模具;
4)皂化液降温固化,20-25℃下放置4-6周,即可。
