一种纸板烘干房,房内设有放置纸板的台面,墙壁上设有加热管,房顶为锥形且顶端设有排湿风扇。本发明纸板烘干房的中间位置用于放置纸板,加热管设置在墙壁上,房顶设置为锥形作为排气通道,可使上行的热潮气聚集且通过顶端的排湿风扇强力排出,可有效提高去湿效果。

本发明涉及一种烘干装置,具体涉及一种纸板烘干房。
背景技术
纸箱厂对纸板的干燥方法通常有自然干燥法、快速干燥法和箱式干燥法。自然干燥法是将纸板叠放在一起经过一定时间自然干燥后再进入下一道工序。快速干燥是将纸板放置于烘干箱进行烘干、去湿。箱式干燥法是将纸板放置于箱式干燥机内,纸板在传送辊轴和压平辊轴之间的缝隙内传送,经过传送辊轴下方的加热装置烘干达到干燥。自然干燥法虽然成本低,但干燥的时间较长,影响生产效率。箱式干燥法干燥效果较好,但装置结构复杂,成本高。申请号为201220178148.0,公告号CN202599025U的专利公开了一种纸板烘干房,包括正方形体的房体,正方体房体一侧面设有门,另外三侧面
均设有加热管,房体一角处设有热气通管,加热管相连接并连接到热气通管。通过热气通管将房外的热气引入到房中的加热管中,通过加热管将房中待烘干的纸板烘干。该技术方案虽然成本低,但去湿效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种去湿效果好的纸板烘干房。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种纸板烘干房,房内设有放置纸板的台面,墙壁上设有加热管,房顶为锥形且顶端设有排湿风扇。该技术方案中,加热管设置在墙壁上,房顶设置为锥形作为排气通道,可使上行的热潮气聚集且通过顶端的排湿风扇强力排出,可有效提高去湿效果。
为了增大纸板受热去湿面膜,台面的底板上布设有通气孔。
为了进一步提高去湿效果,上述台面设置在房内的中间位置。
为了保证供热,上述加热管与室外的热源连接且形成循环回路。
上述热源为热汽或热水,以实现循环利用,节约能源。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明纸板烘干房的房内设置放置纸板的台面,加热管设置在墙壁上,房顶设置为锥形作为排气通道,可使上行的热潮气聚集且通过顶端的排湿风扇强力排出,可有效提高去湿效果。
2、本发明纸板烘干房的台面上布设通气孔,增大了纸板受热去湿面积,从而提高了烘干和去湿效果。
3、本发明结构简单,成本低,易于实施。

具体实施方式
实施例,一种纸板烘干房,房内中间位置设有台面1,台面1上布设有通气孔4。四面墙壁上均设有加热管2,加热管2与室外的热汽源或热水源连接且形成循环回路。房顶为圆锥形或者多面锥形且顶端设有排湿风扇3。
将纸板放置于台面1上,打开加热管2,纸板受热排出湿气,湿气通过排湿风扇3排出。

1.一种纸板烘干房,其特征在于:房内设有放置纸板的台面(1),墙壁上设有加热管(2),房顶为锥形且顶端设有排湿风扇(3)。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的纸板烘干房,其特征在于:所述台面(1)放置在房内的中间位置。
